This is my 6th experience with Hope Plumbing and they have all been excellent. This one was more urgent than most because our sewer was clogged and we dared not flush a toilet. Hope was super responsive with a team of experts.Most memorable for me is camera expert, Ricky Crawley. He left me with a video of the entire 157 feet of my sewer as traversed by the camera on a cable. I was able to map the curving path around my garage and under the street next door to the city main in the yard across the street. How? Ricky left behind locator flags complete with depth indicators. His technology can tell him where and how deep his camera is.This was beyond normal because our problem persisted after ordinary solutions should have worked (sewer rotating drill and hydro jet.)In the end the unexpected solution was built on detailed information and coordination by experts at Hope in our time of need!!

A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. Communication was also great.

Although it was cost prohibitive to have the work done by this company, he gave me the encouragement I needed to try fixing the issue myself which was very much appreciated! We had a leak in our basement which ended up being a serious plumbing issue. Any water that went through our pipes ended up on the basement floor. After receiving recommendations and quotes from several companies, we chose 1-800-PLUMBER+AIR. They understood the urgency of our situation and Tammy (sp?) was extremely kind in her communications with us. David and Jerel were very pleasant to work with in an unpleasant situation. They provided details of what they were doing along the way to ensure we understood the reasoning. They also made sure their work was inspected by the city. David gave us some tips about our water softener which was very helpful as well! The owner, Wendy, contacted us which was a pleasant surprise! We also needed a letter regarding the work done and Kyle supplied it the very next day. We will definitely use them again!

Our water heater went out in the morning and by 4:00 Mr. Rooter was knocking on my door to install a new one. They did a great job, were very professional and the price was good. All around good experience.

Very quick and very professional. The serviceman was timely and quickly repaired an old water heater without any issue. The serviceman also educated me in further care and how to do simple repairs if need be to avoid further costs. The price tag was a little high but definitely worth the overall service and care. Would highly recommend!

Came out in just 2 hours and diagnosed my issues quickly.

I had smelled gas from work done previously. They sent 2 men right over. They spent a good amount of time checking for leaks, and I didn’t have one. I must have smelled some back burning or something. I tried to pay them for their time, they were here for over 30 minutes. They would not accept payment. Nice guys, very professional.

Technician arrived on time, very courteous, wore a mask and shoe covers. Completed diagnosis of furnace that was not working, arriving mid afternoon within 1 hour of original call, located and obtained needed part, and completed repair next morning. Also was kind enough to help us light our gas log to provide heat during down time.

Corey is polite, punctual, explains things well, and I trust that his quotes are fair. We will always use him for our plumbing needs.

We used B&W at our old house. When we moved Across town in our heating needed some work, I called some companies and they all put us out a week. We decided to see if B&W serviced our current location… They were out within a couple hours!! Extremely helpful, explained everything… Highly recommend this company!

I had a leak under my kitchen sink and the sink wouldn't hold water. Big Frog came out bright and early. They found the source of the leak, fixed it, put in a new basket strainer and a new disposal. My cast iron sink needed an overhaul and BigFrog did it.

Had dishwasher leak. Scheduled same day repair. Justin was on time, knowledgable and efficient. Represents your company well.
