Dowdy just installed my Generac backup power generator. The crew arrived on time and was sensitive to my need to limit the amount of time I was without power. With my sloped lot, they did an excellent job of leveling the unit. The lead technician was responsive to my questions as he walked me through the unit's operation. All pilot lights were relit after the gas service was interrupted. The work area was cleaned up before the crew left. Overall, an impressive compant!

From the initial phone call to set up an estimate appointment to the final installation. Duwayne was great, he was very professional and knowledgeable. He listened and explained everything very well and on layman's level. He was patient and had no problem revising our quote 3 times until we were happy with what we wanted.
