They were flexible with my schedule but more importantly got the job done efficiently and quickly so I could get back to my normal day routine of life. My sewer line was backing up on a Saturday which they did everything they could before they determined they needed to dig up the spot they marked to get eyes on the troubled spot. Turns out I had a broken sewer line pipe and within 6 days of the original call, they had the pipe fixed. Mark and Shawn did a great job in the short amount of time to get things fix. Kyle was on time, professional, and thorough. While here to fix leaks around hot water heater he also noticed my washer drain needed to be higher. As a new home owner, they were able to help with several problems. Great communication and the work was done well. They are my new plumbers!!

Our technician was prompt & professional. Though he couldn’t fully diagnose our plumbing issue, he did as much as he could and put in an order for another type of technician to come do more to diagnose & treat the issue(s).

Casey was efficient, friendly, and flexible. He rebuilt/repaired leaking faucet in a jiffy for a very reasonable price. He also clearly explained my options and didn't try to pressure me into the more expensive longer term solution (of replacing the whole sink/the valves underneath that have issues too) since I couldn't afford at the moment and that was a relief. He even came back out to look at a side effect of the repair for me (a clogged aerator due to debris in my line from turning off and on my water to the house) for free. A gem among plumbers. 10/10 would call again.

Beware - can't event troubleshoot and unplug a toilet - Plumbing 101. Had 2 plugged toilets, 1st tech came out, threw a wad of toilet paper down each toilet, tried to auger one, said they were fine, and left. Both still plugged. I went to Lowes and bought a small auger and tried unplugging myself. I got a bill for $180 - he was only there 5 min and did not unplug either toilet. Called and they lowered the bill to $90 and I said I would only pay if they came out and fixed it properly. 2nd tech showed up, flushed the two toilets and said the flapper valve was closing too quickly. Did not even try to auger either toilet and coerced my wife it paying the $90. Now I am out $90 and still have two plugged toilets. I am going to Lowes to get a longer auger (was using the 3.5ft one in between the plumber visits) and fixing it myself. My advice, fix it yourself or call someone other than Gordon.

They sent a superstar jetter/drain(Adam,Andrew? Sorry but I appreciate you) guy to my disabled mom’s house and the drain was kinda plugged but they efficiently and effectively got it open and didn’t even have to go inside. Awesome, Amazing Knowledgeable guys. I’d trust my moms plumbing to them anytime I’m out of town. Thanks for squeezing it in! You guys are the best and made everyone’s night. NuvoH2o Whole House Water Treatment system. The service technician was professional, knowledgeable, pleasantly friendly, and helpful. The system itself should be a big help in my house.

We used Hellyer to install a new water heater and also to service our water heater a few years later because of hard water build up. Tony was professional and great at explaining everything to me. I think Hellyer provides great quality service at reasonable prices, and we are so thankful to them for their hard work and expertise!

What an amazing service Mark provided. We had an emergency with blocked drainage and he made it over in couple hours and fixed the problem. Very professional, courteous and well experienced. I highly recommend Mark and his service and will use his service again.

Had water backed up in my basement and they were quick to come clear out the drain. After they broke 2 drills they said the pipe under my yard needed to be fixed. The came the next day and and got everything call cleaned out. Great service

We called for a quote. Our rep showed up early and offered many ideas/options about how to achieve what we needed done. He was professional and once we decided what we wanted to do, he completed the job in a very timely manner. He even cleaned up the work area - cleaner than he found it.
