The technician Brian did a outstanding job of answering all my questions. I requested quotes from 5 companies only Ben Franklin Plumbing responded they responded with in the hour of the request, it has been 3 days since I requested quotes. The quote was acceptable and am scheduling service for next week.

I have a 70+ year old house. I had a corroded 3 sewer pipe that lead out of the house, located in my basement. It was leaking a lot of water a day. In less than 3 days, they came, gave an estimate and even gave me a bundle deal to replace my bad sump pump, as well, and fixed everything. Was very impressed. Quality work and couldn't ask for a friendlier or more knowledgeable staff. Another thing that helped was the financing they offer. If (or I should say,when ?) the next thing goes wrong with anything they cover, I will definitely be hiring them again and will refer them to friends and family. I don't have one negative thing to say about them. I was definitely impressed and was very worried about the whole process, but they put my mind at ease, right away! Thanks Again, Kyle.

They were subcontracted by another vender to complete a small job in our home. I got a good vibe from them, they’ll be my first call for a quote on our next project/issue (I’ll update the review). My HOPE ? is that they’re better than other expensive companies who have major name brand recognition but don’t actually care about the customer.

Steg was called to replace valve between water supply and toilet. Received a prompt service call same day. Tech was pleasant and had the new valve on in about 15 mins. However, we were given a bill for $190 and told if we joined a service plan it would be $170. Bill was excessive for service rendered. After tech left, toilet was found to run continuously. For $170 you think a tech would check it. Also, found debris and water on the floor, apparently poor clean up. We will look for better value next time.

Company couldn't even start job one person left to get parts they left at shop. They tried to price gouge me, and charge double for work not performed. Denied quoted price. Hollered and cussed me when I denied their services and refused to overpay. Not professional and very hateful. I wouldnt sugguest using a company like this.

I had a guy named william from this company come out. He did awesome! He was only there for about 5 minutes. I couldn’t seem to get my water to turn on. He came in and worked his magic and boom water! Lol He was great at explaining everything to me if i have any other issues i will definitely be using this company again! Thank you!
