Couldn't have had a better experience with Hope Plumbing and Richard. He was amazing. Easy to talk to, answered all my questions, accurate estimate and went above and beyond on the work itself. He always kept me in the loop and explained anything that might deviate from the original plan. I had a whole repipe done from old galvanized and iron to Pex and PVC and it looks great. Will definitely recommend him to anyone that needs a plumber in the future!

I have used them a couple of times now. They are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They were able to schedule my repair quickly. Repairs were done to code. No one wants to have to do sewer work, but they made it very easy for us!

Benjamin (8603) did a great job determining why I wasn't getting hot water to a shower, and had new parts and the repair complete all within a couple of hours. I had the opportunity to have Jason .D come to my residence for some work. The guy was awesome !!!!!Not only did he do a great job, he also was a person who you could hold a conversation with while the job was being completed. At first I called for Moon Family Plumbing to do a project in my kitchen. What some plumbers told me would take 3 days Moon Family Plumbing knocked out in 2. Inspection and demo on the first and before lunch the next day the job was complete.

This company will not quit until the job is done right. Very persistent and skilled. When I wanted to settle, they did not.

Rudy and his team just finished switching all pipes in my house, installing a new water heater. They were professional, punctual and came prepared with all supplies they needed ( so you don't have to run to store to get something which you need to provide to your contractor). AND the best of all not only the price was unpar with other licensed plumbers but they also did all the work in one day. It felt like he did his homework, planned ahead and completed project without a hitch. Considering my latest experiences with contractors in CA, I would say if you need a plumber Rudy should be in your phone address book. I will definitely will use them again.

Ah, I have to mention one more thing he said he can apply for city permits when you need it and if anyone ever faced this dilemma they will know how much time it takes besides money.

We used Hellyer to install a new water heater and also to service our water heater a few years later because of hard water build up. Tony was professional and great at explaining everything to me. I think Hellyer provides great quality service at reasonable prices, and we are so thankful to them for their hard work and expertise!

Our drain was clogged out in the main line so sewage was backing up into our basement. Mark was phenomenal. Professional yet personable. He was available on short notice and was even super easy to reschedule with when we needed to. He had all the tools and knowledge to fix the problem. His prices are great too!
