We've used plumb doctor a second time for a different sewer. They were so good and affordable the first time we didn't even bother to get additional quotes. They did a good job leaving minimal damage to the yard. They came out quickly and started work as soon as the permits were in. We'll definitely call them for future issues.

Plumb Doctor came out soon and was able to replace our sewer drain a few days later. They knew exactly where to dig and did the work quickly. They put in a larger callout then normal at our request and at no extra charge. They also came back twice to cut the pipe down to ground level. They were several hundred dollars cheaper than the other estimates we got. This is partially as they don't have the large overhead of a large company but also because they don't actually level off or reseed the ground afterwards.

We always use Hamm & Sons for all our plumbing needs. We live in an older house and have had to have the drain cleaned, pipes all switched out all our old metal piping and fixed various leaks throughout the years.
They have always been arrived on time, everyone they've sent out has been friendly, efficient, and explain what the situation is, what they will do to repair/replace and the prices are incredibly reasonable. I cannot recommend them enough for all your plumbing needs!

When I booked the appointment they told me it would be $93 or free for the first 100 feet to open the sewer line. He gets there and determines it probably doesn’t need run but he can for an additional $325 plus a $97 trip charge. I asked him about the price advertised online he told me that was not correct. Them charged me $97 to show up and do nothing.

Cannot emphasize how much I hate home repairs! When my toilet broke, Indy Water Heater and Softener replied immediately. Danny went to the store and took pictures for me of toilets to choose from and Ronda quickly got me scheduled for an install. Dominick, the installer was awesome! I was overwhelmed by the way this people served me. My drain was emitting foul smell and it was technically becoming very difficult to survive. My kids were having the toughest time. Carter’s My Plumber was excellent in cleaning the blockage and lifting us from our sordid state. I called the Plumbing Doctors to look at our kitchen sink. We just purchased the home and the sink wasn't draining well. I can't tell you how courteous, professional and kind they were.
