I have had Jesse, Steve's son, come to my home three times in the past year, and I have had a very positive experience every time. Last winter, our water meter froze in the front lawn because our pit was slightly open. It burst, and sprayed water, as well as stopped the water going into my house. Steve was very quick to answer the phone, and talked to me calmly while I was highly stressed after having no water in my home for three days. He did what he could to adjust the schedule so that Jesse could come help me, at a time when I'm sure many other homes were experiencing busted pipes due to the freezing temperatures. Jesse was friendly and explained what was happening clearly. He drained the pit, explained what I needed to tell the city so they could fix the meter, and left me with a quote to fix the actual pit when the weather warmed so this wouldn't happen again. Steve and Jesse helped me get through my stress and frustration, and also taught me some things I didn't know yet about home ownership.

This fall, Jesse fixed two leaky toilets, and again, explained everything he was doing before proceeding, and was very clear about pricing. He was also kind enough to talk us through some other unrelated questions we had for possible future work.

Finally, Jesse came out recently to fix the water meter pit. Same experience - friendly, quality work, clear expectations, etc. He left the area looking very nice, and gave us good instructions for getting grass seed down quickly to make it blend with our yard again.

Each time I've called, Steve has been ready and willing to work with me on information, scheduling, and pricing. Jesse has been a pleasure to have in my home. I would HIGHLY recommend Steve and Jesse to anyone needing plumbing work, and we look forward to calling them again in the future when we do some home renovations!

Jesse arrived quickly after I called to replace my leaking water heater tank. He explained every step of the way what he was doing. and was very knowledgeable. He even had tips on prolonging the life of the tank. It ended up being an intense project, much longer than anticipated, but he kept a smile on his face the entire time. Great service!

Steve Morin Plumbing Service is the best, not only did he do a great job in installing my water softener, when I called a year later to express my concern about a problem I thought I was having he explained to me what I was supposed to have done in the beginning to use the system properly, then bought me a new filter because I had replaced one that had not been used properly and had delivered to my home by his worker. Thanks Steve you're the best. I see the difference already in my dishes are now sparkling clean.

They were great. I had several small issues around the house. Steve worked hard to find the most economical solutions, repairing instead of replacing when possible. When the final bill was $74 less then the estimate he credited me. He could easily have kept the difference and I would never have known, but he was very honest and gave me the credit.

I also appreciate the fact that I was given a set appointment time, instead of a long window.

Steve was also very responsive by email and text.

They replaced our water heater, and a broken toilet, rebuilt a toilet, tub, and 2 showers. We have poor water quality and our plumbed appliances suffer as a result. All are working beautifully now though.

Our water heater crashed and burned. I called quite a few plumbers for help. Several plumbing companies refused to even provide service to us because we live in a mobile home. What were we supposed to do. Steve Morin Plumbing to the rescue. Not only did Steve Morin Plumbing take the job, they knocked it out of the park. They requested me to send pictures of my current water heater. Shortly after I sent the pictures, they called me back with a quote and explained my options. Jesse did our installation. He showed up on time. He had to replace old piping, haul out an old water heater that wouldn't drain due to the excess of sediment buildup and fix some other issues from the installation of the old water heater. He didn't complain or get upset. He simply explained what needed to be done with a smile on his face and got it done. They finished quickly and worked cleanly. I would not only recommend their services, I will never use any other plumbing service going forward. I am a customer for life. Thanks for the great work!!!

I called Steve to replace a water sprocket and then he agreed on a time in the afternoon, I was traveling out of town and on way home and his guy came out pushed his way through and my wife is working remote so she was occupied and then he finished gave her a $600 bill and she signed unbeknownst he was supposed to give. He never gave us an estimate on how much just rushed thorough and charged, very unacceptable and if we knew we would have not used them.

I then disputed it and he keeps harassing me, very unprofessional and inappropriate for s business leader and he uses old scare tactics to get his money so old school and dark, I wouldn’t recommend anyone do business with him.

What started out as a positive experience ended up being not so great.

I had a Steve lined up to come today (3/4/19). I felt very comfortable with him and his reviews. I took a half day off of work and was home by 11:45 at the latest. Steve called and texted at 12:04 to say his plumber was on his way and was home? I didn't hear his phone call or text, either because I walked outside to the mailbox at one point or just didn't hear it when I was mopping the floor. I called Steve around thirty minutes after his initial phone call and he curtly told me he sent his worker (his son) to another location. Note: I was home. He said he would send his son out between 12:30 and 1:30, after he finished up with his previous job. He never said he would call ahead of time. I had just texted him pictures of the water damage the previous night (3/3/19) so, obviously, I was going to be home.

There was no excuse for what he did. His reasoning was they always call ahead of time because customers change their minds. That was NEVER mentioned to me.

I was very clear that he was the plumber I wanted to use, and that I was taking a half day off. Obviously, I planned to be home if I texted him on Sunday night at 7:00, showing him pictures of the water damage in my home.

I would never treat a customer like this, and as a result, I would never recommend him to anyone.

I wanted to write a review of the EXCELLENT service I received from Steve Morin plumbing. I have to say I think he was the FIRST plumber to give me honest and helpful advice. I would recommend his company! A+

Steve Morin Plumbing is the first plumber we've used in Indianapolis that was on time, polite, knowledgeable, and completely professional. Our issue was solved quickly and under budget! Imagine that! Would recommend to anybody with plumbing needs.
