Mike got here and got straight to work finding out what needed done, sewage was coming up through my bathtub drain and the base of my toilet. He went over the costs and helped me understand what needed done and why. He got everything cleared and pulled out tree roots! I really appreciated the conversation and quality of work Mike provided. 10/10 I'll be recommending Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to my friends and family and I'll absolutely be using them in the future.

Office staff was very accommodating over the phone. Mark came out that same day to replace my water heater and did a great job!!!! Very pleased with the professionalism and service.

I had a problem with the water pressure in my house as well as an issue with my kitchen faucet. I contacted Weilhammer Plumbing after reading the good reviews they received in different websites. I called and spoke with Mark. He diagnosed over the phone that I needed a new water softener. They came to my house, and replaced my water softener at the price I was quoted. Mark and his brother in-law were extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and did a great and professional job. They even fixed the issue I had with my kitchen faucet at no charge. I will definitely recommend Weilhammer Plumbing Co. to anyone needing plumbing work.

Had a clogged pipe during our home inspection and they resolved the problem for a fair price. Had an issue with part of our bill that they also resolved. Great customer service and would recommend to all in need of drain repair.

Awful deceptive pricing. They over charged me for simple 10 minute job. Never informed me of actual cost before doing the work.

Rodolfo arrived and immediately diagnosed the problem. He fixed it efficiently and was conscientious of any mess. It was a great experience.

Steg was called to replace valve between water supply and toilet. Received a prompt service call same day. Tech was pleasant and had the new valve on in about 15 mins. However, we were given a bill for $190 and told if we joined a service plan it would be $170. Bill was excessive for service rendered. After tech left, toilet was found to run continuously. For $170 you think a tech would check it. Also, found debris and water on the floor, apparently poor clean up. We will look for better value next time.

Start to finish Mr Plumber was courteous, professional and made me feel valued as a customer. I feel I can't Thank them enough for job they did. When buying my home I didn't realize just how bad the bathroom plumbing was and Mr Plumber took the time to get the full picture, quoted me a fair price and did the work in 2 days with minimal interruption to my day-to-day. I recommend them to anyone in need of their services because they show up and and genuinely care about their work/job and thus passing that on to their customers like me and you. Mr. Plumber will now always be who I call!

**Update: Have you ever been so impressed with a company that you wanted to leave two raving reviews? In the work that was done there was an oversight. When I called Mr Plumber about it, they responded immediately and sent someone next day and took care of the issue, how's that for customer service!! Kenny in the Godby service department is top-notch! He solved a problem with our multi-zone heating and cooling system that stumped multiple technicians before him. I was starting to worry that we had a big and possibly unsolvable problem until Kenny arrived. His knowledge of these systems is second to none and his professionalism and service minded attitude make him a unique person this day and age. He’s also humble, genuine, thorough, and clean to boot! Would give him more than 5 stars if I could!

The man who came and did our review was extremely polite and well educated in his craft! Would 100% Recommend this gentleman gets a raise. He wasn't Pushy like other people are when it comes to recommending upgrades or repair suggestions. He suggested and offered financing and everything. Hands down best plumbing company/hvac in town!

Pipes burst in the garage

I came home on Sunday night to a water leak from my upstairs bathroom. Big Frog came first thing before anymore damage to my ceiling occurred. They were able to stop the leak quickly and educate me on how to prevent this problem in the future. Professional and knowledgeable all around. Will use again.

They also have a good sized service area around Indianapolis so you should be able to aquire their services if you live around there.
