Two stars for restoring my water. The three missing involve integrity and respect. A panicked homeowner was amusing and doing the bare minimum for someone who did not know any better was 'sport'. Misleading statements (as close to a lie as you can come) re: money wraps up this tidy little bundle of a company I wish I had never met.
I contacted management with detailed information about these concerns. It fell on deaf ears - not even the courtesy an acknowledgement of having received my memo.

I had a wonderful experience with this company from start to finish. The front desk quickly got me in touch with the owner of the company. He was friendly and professional and was able to get to my house that same day to fix my water heater. Quick and efficient service!

I think Hamm & Sons is a really good plumber. Our whole family lives in Indianapolis and have used them for years. They are very honest and friendly and you dont get that feeling that they are trying to trick or overcharge you that you get with some home service companies.

Tino and Jorge were great. They fixed an electrical issue we have been trying to get resolved that plagued two other companies. We also now have a working exhaust fan that hasn’t worked in years. I’m very happy with their services.

I had Service Plus come out to replace my failing water heater. While it was a bit shocking when it came to the final price it was a must. All technicians were pleasant and easy to work with. I would recommend Service Plus.

Great local plumbing and heating company serving the Fishers area. We live in Geist and heard they do a great job. Had Brandon replace our HVAC units and they did it for the best price. It wasn't the cheapest but it was the most accurate I feel. This is why it was the best. They were the most honest about what it would cost.
