We called Hope Plumbing because the business advertises that it specializes in older homes. We were not disappointed. We have fixtures in the bathroom that date to the 1940s. The technician, Joe, was very knowledgeable and offered advice on ways we could keep and restore the fixtures instead of ripping them out. We’re still deciding what to do. But Joe’s knowledge and passion for his work have convinced us that Hope Plumbing is the company we want to work with.

Builder grade homes. Nothing nice to say about that subject. However, Tim came out arrived on time. Fixed our faucet leak. The fix was pricier then I was hoping. But regardless. Tim did a great job. My husband and great dane liked him a lot. Super friendly down to earth.

Khuma came to my house on a Sunday and was able to find and fix the problem promptly and efficiently. He was very friendly and knowledgeable of the stopped up drain and how to fix the problem. He put a cover on the wheels of the machine he had to bring in my house to clear the stopped up drain. In addition he placed a tarp down to keep the mess off my floor. I couldn't afford the price that was quoted to me and the service tech was able to get the price down to get my problem fixed promptly. I would hire this guy again to fix any plumbing issues I had.

Our home warranty company assigned Plumb Doctor to repair our water heater. Ashlyn called first thing in the morning to schedule the appointment. She was extremely friendly and professional. They were able to schedule a same-day appointment. Our technician, Dustin, quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it that same afternoon. He was knowledgeable and considerate and made recommendations on how we can avoid the problem in the future. Our experience with Plumb Doctor was the smoothest we have had with any contractor assigned by our home warranty company.

I think Hamm & Sons is a really good plumber. Our whole family lives in Indianapolis and have used them for years. They are very honest and friendly and you dont get that feeling that they are trying to trick or overcharge you that you get with some home service companies.

Steg replied very quickly to a burst pipe in my basement. I am very thankful that Russ had a low cost solution to fixing the pipe and making sure it did not happen in the future.

We had Zoe come out and she did a fantastic job! She called ahead and let us know she was on her way and arrived early. Very professional and great at what she does. Would highly recommend and will definitely call her for more jobs!

Our initial salesman Matthew came out and did a wonderful job assessing the problem. The offer to purchase a high efficiency new unit versus continued repair of the old original one. Financing was easy and affordable with a six month no interest option. Great job and great team. The one star rating had to be a mistake or accidental rating.

I called this business because my family enjoys their daily sign message (and their toilet tree) on I-69. They were out the same day and had my repairs done the next day! I appreciate that they don't sub-contract out their work and the installers were Service Plus employees. They have good warranties and are very professional. Everyone that I encountered with Service Plus was kind and made the process of spending a lot more money than anticipated a bit easier. I would highly recommend them! I also appreciate that they are a family business and seem to all be hard workers. My whole heating and cooling system was replaced less than 24 hours after my initial call to them.If you need work done, give this place a shot!

I called 24-7 plumbing today because my sump pump was running continuously. This company did previous work for me and I was very satisfied. They sent Justin Braunagel who was very respectful, he entered with a mask. I was on the phone when he arrived and he went to the basement where the sump pump was located. About 2 mins latter he was telling me that the current sump pump was fine and did not need to be replaced. He said the float was stuck and he released it and everything was working properly. He could have taken advantage of me but he didn’t. This is way when I have a plumbing issue I will always call 24-7 plumbing. Thank you Justin for the person you are.

Excellent employees

The technician (Juwan Oliver) phoned and said he was running early, which was a plus. Juwan arrived and went straight to work and completed the shut-off valve installation quickly and cleaned up the area before leaving. He also took time to advise us on a couple of future needs. Very pleasant and professional.
