Very responsive. I did have to insist that they keep their promise about coming the same day, but eventually they sent someone. Great plumber, very experienced and did a quick thorough job.

We have started working with Pristine Plumbing in our Property Management division and they have been AWESOME! They are very timely in getting someone out on the job to review what is needed, and their prices are very competitive! Josie is always there to help with scheduling, Ron always calls with updates and to discuss strategy and all technicians keep you updated on progress. Highly recommend, 10/10!

We had Mr. Rooter come out to take a look at a sewer line clog. We've had this done several times over the last 8 years with different companies and have always had rough experiences.

This was our first time trying Mr. Rooter. Our technician was Randy and he was fantastic. He explained everything thoroughly, treated us kindly, and was completely honest about everything. He took great care to keep our house and bathroom looking nice. He explained some different options and even was willing to offer some thoughts.

Ultimately, we had to install an entry point to our sewer line outside in order to clear the clog and see the line. They worked quickly yet took great care to do everything right. I haven't encountered many service professionals that were as thoughtful or detail oriented as Randy. For the installation of the entry point and line clear, he had another tech with him named Cory who was equally good at his job.

Everything was quick, well communicated, high quality, and very fairly priced.

After having so many negative experiences in the past for sewer line clogs, I couldn't believe what a great experience we had with Mr. Rooter. We are especially grateful for Randy and enjoyed working with him.

We had a Saturday morning kitchen drain emergency and Roto-Rooter was able to come quickly. The plumber was very knowledgeable and good at explaining the main issue then fixed it immediately. We appreciated the intelligence and years of experience the plumber had.

I was grateful for Plumb Doctor's quick response to my Sunday evening request for assistance, auguring a clogged toilet. Chris Smith, the plumber, was very personable, and he resolved the problem efficiently. Chris also explained to me clearly the cause of the problem, fixed another toilet problem that I mentioned to him, and he answered patiently and well questions that I asked him, all of which I appreciated.

Called for a clogged sewer drain on Sunday. Hamm's drain person showed up in a timely fashion and spent 2 hours cleaning roots out of the sewer drain. Professional, courteous, friendly, and above all very skilled.Fee charged was very reasonable, particularly for Sunday service/

I accidentally dropped an earring down my bathroom sink. Gage came to my rescue and was able to retrieve it, unscathed.
He alerted me that the pipe drain had gunk & hair that was causing the same pipe to empty slowly. He offered to clean the gunk out and I accepted.
Now my sink drains quickly!

I called interested in a back up generator for our house. The first response I got was they started at 10K and they were booked through May. My impression was they only were interested in serious inquiries. I was turned off by this approach.
