Best Plumbing Emergency in Indianapolis IN

We were very satisfied with Quinton's work. He replaced my broken disposal and fixed some running uphill plumbing in the basement of my old home. He had a pleasant, gentle demeanor about him, answered all my questions patiently and left the kitchen very clean. Thank you!

Excellent job by all staff used on this most difficult job due to the extreme cold and snow. Derrick was very good and kept me informed at all times. Job was completed yesterday. Our Water Meter was stolen from our yard in front of our house that is being rebuilt after a fire, so we had water gushing everywhere in our yard and into the street. Jason M, came out to meet with me to analyze the problem and make an estimate to fix the water pit, bring it up to code and replace the meter. At the scheduled time, Travis and another plumber came to the house and dug a new pit, replaced or fixed the damaged pipes and added dirt to hopefully get the ground smooth around the new pit. Everyone was VERY friendly and professional. I had reason to call their office a number of times due to the odd situation and everyone there (especially Pepper) was great to talk with. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin to anyone! Very Happy! Thank you!!!

You know, they are not the cheapest plumbers. But they are the best. They show up on time, they are kind and thorough and informative, and they follow through on their excellent work. I would not go anywhere else for my plumbing needs. Larry gave us our estimate; Joe and ??Brandon (I can’t remember - I’m sorry) did the work installing a tankless water heater. They did a fantastic job. Very happy to have them as our plumbers.

Great company. No problems

I called for an emergency service call on Sunday night and was told they were booked up. Called another plumber and was told it would be about $250 for a sunday night emergency call and have the leaking elbow on my hot water heater line fixed. I called Roto Rooter back and got an appointment for Monday thinking I might save about $100. (Keep in mind, this is a crack in a little elbow. Solder the crack or replace the elbow right?) Technician comes over and charges me $365 to fix the leak, and then I see a picture and he had put 5 Shark Bite fittings on this one pipe just to fix the elbow and it took 10 minutes and $50 worth of fittings! $365!! I could've had it taken care of a day earlier on a weekend night for cheaper and not had half a dozen fittings puzzled together! And no, i'm not going to copy this and email it to you with all of my information Roto Rooter.

Very pleased!! After having 2 other plumbers come out to try to fix a leaky faucet and loose fixture without success, we contacted Plumb Doctor. Jason was amazing!! He arrived earlier than scheduled appointment time (and contacted us to make sure that was ok).. He was professional, courteous, and quick to fix the issues. We will definitely use Plumb Doctor with any future plumbing projects/problems.

Was told would be $90.00 to come out to check for a water leak and check a tub faucet. Agent sd he ws charged by hr but bec. I said on phn also psbly have leaking faucets he had to no charge me $130 so was more than quoted. Plummer also scratched his balls constantly and told me I would have to call someone else bec. he couldn't find the leak. Also, told me would write an estimate for the tub faucet although it seemed fine yet never wrote the estimate. Agent did fix a seal in toilet found that was cause of water leak (he told me how to fix it) then sd he would replace seal for free and not charge me...then charged me $6.00 plus labor on that also. Agent sd don't be mad at me I know I told yo 90.00. WILL NOT USE THIS company again for many reasons and was referred by someone who had good exp.

I would not use anyone else, they are punctual, nice and clean up after themselves. The rate is okay - you get what you pay for so I prefer not to go with the cheapest!!!! Quality is important

Kitchen sink draining slow. My pipes due to them being cast iron had to be rerouted. Tedious job but due to Mike's expertise and professionalism, it was done timely and accurate. My opinion is that your company have some excellent employees. They care how they do their work and present themselves which is a representation of the company. Thank You

I was very pleased with their service on my ac unit. I thought I was needing to replace the whole unit before Aaron came in and repaired very quickly with just a part fix. Arrived on time but did not take time to pull area rugs out of the way ruined the brand new rug with rust and sewage water just bought the rug last week and Left roots and sewage on the floor the bad part is that I'm a plumbing professional plumbing is what I do for a living this is highly unlikely professional and inexcusable Gordon plumbing should train their technician better

The technician called to let me know when he was on his way. I also liked being able to check the app to show the estimated arrival time. The technician was polite and professional. To notes of what the problem was and went right to work. My issue was a clogged bathroom sink drain. He cleared the drain and it works great. Took him about 30 minutes. He explained everything to me and made sure the area was as he found it. Did a wonderful job and I will certainly use him again if I ever have a drain issue. Great job.
