Jake evaluated an alarming sump pump outside my house. I had turned off the alarm. He checked everything out and found it in good working condition. It just needed reset. He didn’t charge me the trip fee. Great service and timely response. I have Plumb Doctor in my contacts for any future plumbing needs!

I woke up this morning to a flooded bathroom. I called Mr. Plumber’s emergency line and they were able to have an emergency technician to my home within a very reasonable timeframe for a Sunday. Zoe was our technician. She gave me a call twice - once to get an overview of the issue and then a second time to let me know she was on her way. Zoe was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was extremely professional, pleasant, personable, knowledgeable, and was very quick to diagnose the issue. Zoe also went out of her way to clean up what ended up being quite a mess after she completed her work. Thank you so much Zoe!

The company was very responsive and fixed the problem. However, no estimate or even explanation of the problem was provided prior to the work being performed. The result was getting slapped with a $230 bill for something that was covered under warranty. When I called to office to discuss, a manager agreed this was not how they do business and would work with me. Never heard back from them after that.

We have done business with Williams Comfort Air for several years. Today we have a new tech Matt who was very patient and professional. We were spoiled with Josh Carey who is now in management but Matt stepped right in and we are confident he will continue the excellent service we have had for five years at Williams Comfort Air. Highly recommend! I needed my water heater replaced. I sent a picture of my old one and was told it was probably still under warranty based off of how new it looked in the picture. He was right! They saved me the money I would have spent on a new one! Came the very next day to do the job! No hassle for me! They took my old one out and to the store to be exchanged and I stalled my new one. Didn't take long at all!

Used coupon for $69 tune up for first time customers. Technician showed me inside of my furnace before cleaning. Stating there is mold in my blower which would have already spread it to my ducts. $69 tune up now has turned into a quoted $3500 repair bill. I was skeptical since I had only been in the home 11 months and the home inspection pictures appeared to be similar to how it looked now with no mention from the inspectors outside of a recommended cleaning.

I used a mold remediation company to take samples and test this biological growth. Tests returned negative for anything biological and appeared to be corrosion at best.

I would recommend staying away from this incompetent company and using literally anyone else. Summers attempted to take my $69 discounted tune up and pad the bill into a $3500 unnecessary repair. I WILL NEVER USE Summers FOR ANY SERVICE AGAIN!

We had some plumbing issues and called Jason. He theorized a simple fix that might not be worth us paying for him to come out. Sure enough it worked. So, technically, we have never used his service, but this type of honesty earned our business hereafter.
