10/10 experience with Hope. Hope was our second opinion when looking to figure out what was wrong with the low hot water pressure throughout the house. Ryan Carter was the technician on the job and was professional, clean, and knowledgeable. Ryan offered several solutions and was able to help us out with the quickest and cheapest one. Really thankful to have received this second opinion from Hope Plumbing!Wore booties, wore gloves, cleaned up after finishing.

I highly recommend you to use this company. I originally went with another plumbing company and if it wasn't for Pristine and their professionalism I would have been out around $6,000. The original company did not fix the problem and charged me hundreds of dollars just to have them come back out a couple of weeks later to tell me it would cost around $6,000 to fix. Due to a recommendation I received (Thank God) for Precision I was able to have everything fixed for 1/16th of what it would have cost with the other plumbing company. CALL PRISTINE before any other Plumbers! They will give you ALL your options, explain everything thoroughly, and will do a fantastic job in a very timely manner (they even adjusted their schedule to make it to my flooding house the Same day with in just a couple of hours!!! Donnie T was very friendly and professional. He took his time to explain what he would do, why, and my options. He came right on time, ane even gave me tips on unclogging my toilet if it happens again. When Ben Franklin Plumbing comes out, you know it will be done right.

I called them for an emergency service call at one of our rental properties to repair a bathtub faucet that would not stop running. Rodolfo Vargas was the technician and he was prompt, courteous and kept in contact with me by phone to advise of any additional work he found. The price was reasonable considering they were there and done within 2 hours from my initial phone call. Will definitely use again!

After having a decent experience in replacing our water heater, we were disappointed to receive such sneaky tactics from one of the technicians, Tim, to sell us on replacing our entire shower system over a broken screw in the valve stem.There was no troubleshooting nor education from their team and all around a thoroughly disappointing experience to immediately sell us on an expensive, unnecessary repair.

Brent was our assigned technician. He responded quickly and on time. During his inspection he took the time to explain everything concern he found with are old furnace and AC unit.After deciding to replace both units, Brent went through serval options they would be perfect for my household. He explained in great detail the products, services, and warranties on all models, so we could make an informed decision.Brent was able to get us scheduled the follow day for installation. Brent is great representation Mr. Quik and I will continue to use them for future household needs.Thank you Brent.

This is the second project we have used JW's Plumbing services for, and each time we have been blown away by the smart, efficient service each one of their plumbers have provided. This time, we had Ryan install a kitchen faucet, garbage disposal, and water filter, and check some issues we were having with a previous plumbing project from another company. No doubt he will be back to do some more work for us. We offer our highest recommendation!

Did a great job with my drain very happy with the service

The company was very responsive and fixed the problem. However, no estimate or even explanation of the problem was provided prior to the work being performed. The result was getting slapped with a $230 bill for something that was covered under warranty. When I called to office to discuss, a manager agreed this was not how they do business and would work with me. Never heard back from them after that.

They came out to assess the issue immediately and came promptly the next morning to repair. They were very flexible and wonderful! I highly recommend!

Eric was a very personable and professional young man, very knowledgeable and willing to explain everything he was doing. He worked diligently and neatly, taking care not to leave a mess. He carefully returned the removed faucets so we can donate them to Habitat for Humanity. He did a nice job at adding an access panel for the hose bib he replaced for us. Overall quite impressed with his work, except that he seemed to forget to turn on the water heater circuit breaker before he left so the next morning we didn't have any hot water ☹️. Easily fixed, but wifey had to take a not-so-hot shower.

Steve was great! He figure out my major problem right away. My system has a historical issue that others have never figured out. Steve listened to me describe it and when my system short cycled - he was on it and found a loose wire. A LOOSE WIRE! Now, my system runs normal. I have been trying to fix this since 2015 - Steve did on his first visit. Impressed.

Louis was very confident and knowledgeable in completing the installation of a new toilet. He was also very courteous to me and my home. Good job Louis! Thank you!!

Highly recommend. My home warranty company contracts with Final Touch and I’ve been able to get them for 3 different repairs. Each time they were prompt, friendly, and professional. They also talk to me like a homeowner instead of asking me some version of is my husband home. Most recently, I was discussing some possible work I wanted done and Jason gave me advice that made the work unnecessary, which means he will get all my work in the future.
