Steve K from Hope Plumbing came and gave me an honest assessment of my well pressure tank and the surrounding plumbing, letting me know what should be addressed, and what could wait. He patiently answered my questions, and when I called a few weeks later to accept their bid, it was Steve that again came out to do the work. He and his coworker were on time, kept the floors clean, and gave me a tour of the work completed at the end. I never felt pressured, condescended to, or kept in the dark. Great company, has definitely earned my business in the future!

Plumber did a great job on fixing our wax ring.

They showed up on time. Donny was extremely professional, kind, knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. He gave us a price estimate, before doing any work. Which, allowed us to decide if we wanted him to continue. Would use this company again and would ask for Donny.

Two stars for restoring my water. The three missing involve integrity and respect. A panicked homeowner was amusing and doing the bare minimum for someone who did not know any better was 'sport'. Misleading statements (as close to a lie as you can come) re: money wraps up this tidy little bundle of a company I wish I had never met.
I contacted management with detailed information about these concerns. It fell on deaf ears - not even the courtesy an acknowledgement of having received my memo.

This is the best experience I have had with any repair company. From the office staff to the plumbers they all were extremely helpful and went above and beyond expectations to result my slab leak and did it all cheaper then any of their competitors quoted it would cost.

I have used Hamm & Sons Inc for multiple plumbing needs including emergency plumbing service as well as new plumbing installation. I have had them fix a toilet and sink and install a new water softener and basement bathroom. All service calls have been handled very quickly and efficiently. All new installations are very professional and within or under budget. I would not hesitate to call Hamm & Sons for any of my plumbing needs and would recommend them to anyone looking for professional plumbing services.

David came out and inspected the new water heater install and water pressure reducer install. Adjustments were made. He also fixed a problem with one of our toilets. We are very happy with the results.

Corey was great! Super helpful to explain the whole process and make sure that I understood what needed to happen. While here he went ahead and fixed something else that will help our plumbing work better that wasn’t on the original work order. But we’re super appreciative of his Above and beyond service!

The 4 gentlemen came out to my home and fixed a 4yr old plumbing problem. They were very professional, courteous, and kind and we even had a few laughs, they repaired my plumbing from the top floor to the basement being very courteous of the fact I had a newborn granddaughter in the house and two little dogs. they cleaned up the areas they use and they kept me informed of what they were doing throughout the process, really appreciate the service.. would definitely recommend them.
