Carlos was amazing. My dogs loved him and so he saved me money on doggie daycare for the days he was here. Also he was friendly, clean, and knowledgeable about his craft. On 12/28/2021 I discovered we had a leak in the pipe between the flow meter at the street and the main shutoff at the house. On 12/29/2021 I made a few calls to some plumbers I’d used in the past but received zero calls back… except from one, Pristine Plumbing. After explaining the issue to Josi, she got Ron to come out the next day to assess the issue. On 12/30/2021 Ron came to the house, confirmed where the problem was, and presented me with a couple options. I decided to go with running a whole new line via bore as we’ve already had repairs on the old copper line. Ron gave us a job start date of 01/06/2022 which we were good with considering the scope of the job. At 0800 on 01/06/2022, Derrick showed up and started the job. He had to dig a large hole in the yard by the flow meter and bust up concrete in the garage to get the new pipe hooked up. One thing to note, 01/06 and 01/07 were some really cold days. I didn’t hear anyone on-site complain about it. On 01/07 they came back even though it was quite cold and bore the line. Derrick, Mike (I think that’s his name), and another gentlemen stayed until about 1800 to ensure everything was working and cleaned up. Billy came out today to finish up the concrete work.

As someone that believes good customer service doesn’t happen as often as it should now days, Pristine Plumbing nailed it. They not only did a great job, they did it with a great attitude. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with and I’ll recommend them to anyone I can. Thank you guys!

Forest worked quickly, cleaned up after he finished, explained his work since the installation was a bit different than the last water heater. He was respectful, worked quietly and has a real sense of humor.

Dan came out on time & installed new water heater in a very tight space and replaced old valves. This was not an easy replacement
as we re-inforced the wood base, added a drain pan, re-positioned the valves where they can be easily reached, and removed two un-nessesary valves. Also the exhaust duct had to be modified. Highly recommended.

Technician was very helpful and professional. Was able to locate underground drain line extending under concrete patio and unclog blockage using video snake. Very quick and easy with the right technology. Money well spent!

Both Big Tony And Little Tony, came out to replace our main sewer line. It was an old clay line that had collapsed and sagged in the wrong spot. The 4 gentlemen I had contact with were all pretty amazing. All very professional and knowledgeable. I would have no issue recommending thos company to my friends and family. My technician, Juwan Oliver, was outstanding! He was on time, listened to my problem, gave me several options, and then made the repair. He made sure my water pressure was good, and was very thorough in explaining what he did and why he did it. Juwan was very professional and helpful. Our drain was clogged out in the main line so sewage was backing up into our basement. Mark was phenomenal. Professional yet personable. He was available on short notice and was even super easy to reschedule with when we needed to. He had all the tools and knowledge to fix the problem. His prices are great too!

We have used Roby’s for years (and at three successive homes) – and have only positive experiences to report. The people they have answering their phones are actually knowledgeable about plumbing which is very helpful. We have never had to wait more than a day or two for any plumbing call – and less time as reasonable in an emergency. The rates are always extremely reasonable and their service men are personable and so knowledgeable. We referred them to friends on many occasions over the years – with all good reports back to us. We trust this company and frankly can’t imagine using anyone else.

Especially their employee lance he came out to do a routine service on my equipment and not only did he do a great job but him knowing that I didn’t know much about the maintenance of the equipment. he went above and beyond to actually show me and explain stuff to me and the stuff I should look out for!
