Best Emergency Water Heater Repair in Indianapolis IN

I had a gas leak. I called the gas company, they came out and checked for the gas leak. They found a leak and shut my gas off accordingly. I called Hope Plumbing and they sent out a technician (Jonathon). The first thing he did was to explain what he would do to detect the leak. He was very knowledgeable and professional and made me feel that he cared about his customer. He finished the job in an acceptable amount of time. I am very satisfied with this company and would not hesitate to recommend my friends to Hope Plumbing. If I ever need a plumber again, I will certainly be calling this company. They are also very reasonable and fair on price.

Spoke with this company on two occasions, neither of which were pleasant. I was scolded by someone the first time telling me they wouldn’t give me a professional opinion on plumbing. I would have thought “Benjamin Franklin PLUMBING” had that capability. Then I called to apologize for needing to cancel and got a rude customer service representative. Good job BF Plumbing. Very, very pleased with Jeff and his work. He was extremely professional in repairing a leak in our water shut-off valve. As part of replacing the valve, he devised a modification to extend the valve handle which made it much more accessible to reach in its closet location. I called Roto-Rooter Plumbing a Sunday afternoon for emergency repair (outdoor faucet replacement), after failing to get two other companies to come. Twenty minutes after I called, service technician Lal Muana showed up, with a great smile despite having been working for more than eight hours already. This job took him two hours, for it turned out to be more intricate than at first sight. The repair was finalized beautifully, and thanks to him we could turn the water back on without having to wait another day. Lal Muana was very pleasant and courteous throughout, and obviously very competent.
