We had a great experience with Austin. We had a number of plumbing issues we needed checked out and he was thorough in evaluating our concerns. After presenting a range of services and quotes, he helped us prioritize our needs even when we weren't able to do a full range of services. He was able to complete our requested service needs the next day, and was prompt and professional. He and Cody wore shoe covers in the house, and the work area was clean and tidy after the job was done. The team was polite and worked efficiently. Austin even noticed a leaky upstairs faucet and tightened and sealed it at no charge. We were very satisfied and would use their services again.

He assessed the repairs needed, estimated the cost of labor and materials, asked for permission to do the work, effectively completed the plumbing repair, and cleaned up the job site when he was done. We are completely satisfied with his performance, and very pleased with Roto-Rooter's quick response to our request for an emergency repair of our plumbing system.

Showed up on time, Chris, our plumber was very friendly, polite, and professional. Pricing on par with any professional tradesman. All in all very satisfied and happy enough to be calling them back tomorrow to schedule work for next week.

They kept me informed about the status of when the service tech would be arriving. I was very pleased with all the help Allan provided. Not only did he fix my problem but, he also educated me about several aspects of my HVAC system. Allan was also very professional. He was knowledgeable and it was a pleasure to work with him. I was glad to hear they have a maintenance service program that will come check everything three times per year and make sure everything is running well! The service call charge and cost for the maintenance program were both very reasonable. I highly recommend their services!!
