Called Hope Plumbing around 11:30am because I found a puddle forming around my hot water heater. By 1:30 their technician Quintin Bedwell was here. He provided me a quote with several options and explained them all clearly, taking his time to answer my questions. Once we figured out what would be best for me, he along with his apprentice, quickly and neatly replaced my failing water heater. They were both very professional, cleaned up the area after the install, and took away all the packaging, and old water heater. Hope plumbing has always provided us with great service, this time was no different.

Gus is probably the coolest plumber I’ve met and extremely blunt and honest about what you need and don’t need. I love it. First time I’ve used this company and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

Corey came on-time and quickly diagnosed my issue. Performed service on a ejector pit lift pump, which had be clogged. He made sure to test it before departing, and did an outstanding, thorough job. I highly recommend Ciriello and their crew. Absolutely the best!

Kyle was on time, professional, and thorough. While here to fix leaks around hot water heater he also noticed my washer drain needed to be higher. As a new home owner, they were able to help with several problems. Great communication and the work was done well. They are my new plumbers!!

I called Mark Weilhammer today with a leaking pressure relief valve on my water line. One of his competitors had sent out one of their plumbers with a helper earlier that morning,and upon checking the valve said it needed to be replaced. Cost estimate apx. $600. I thought that was absurd. I called Mark and he said he could be here this afternoon and I said great see you then. He arrived at apx. 3:30 and I showed him a picture of the defective valve. He went into the crawl space with a new valve and was done about 4:00. The cost was considerably less than the competitors quote from the morning. He was courteous, efficient and knew exactly what to do without wasting multiple trips into the crawl space. Very happy with the job. Thanks Mark

Came out when they were supposed to. Communicated well. Worked quickly. Worked efficiently. Charged less than initially quoted. I'm not sure how Mr. Rooter compares to other comapnies in the area in terms of price but I am sure of good service when it's received.

Sump pump wasn’t working. Had 2 people come out to look but they couldn’t find the issue. Phil arrived and took care of it in a little over an hour. He was very professional and quick.

Had a great experience with Plumb Doctor. I loved that I was able to call and talk through the issue with a professional to decide next steps. The plumber (Jake) was right on time and very professional. He made sure to keep me in the loop and was straight forward about the cost before performing anything.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. The service manager, Doug, is just about the rudest individual I have ever met. They did the plumbing on our 3 year old home when it was built, and we have had nothing but problems. Most recent, a broken water heater. My husband calls and tells the receptionist what's going. She said it should be covered under warranty. Doug gets to our home and says $250. I begin to ask questions and apparently that was the wrong thing to do. He immediately gets combative and defensive. It's no wonder our homebuilder broke ties with this company. They are unprofessional, rude, supply poor quality material and shoddy work. Steer clear of of this company.

We had a supply line to our upstairs lavatory burst suddenly. Right as we were sitting down for the evening after a long day. We called emergency service and Gary came out and fixed us up. We were glad they sent Gary because he's been here before and when he leaves we can stop worrying about the problem. Godby also set us up with a restoration service. We had a lot of water go into the ceiling before we got the water turned off.

Had to have a significant portion of my ductwork replaced. Chris and Eddie were out to my home for 2 days. They did an outstanding job. Professional and courteous the entire time. Respectful to my property. Would trust them with any other repairs to my home. I would recommend this company.

I think this is hands down the best plumbing and HVAC company in Westfield. They do a great job and always answer the phone when you need them. Communication is key and these guys got it dialed in.

We had a toilet drain issue for about 3 days. Hunter, Warren, and the rest of the team tried many options and finally solved our drainage issue. They were very patient with all our questions/concerns us since we did not have a toilet for basically 48 hours straight. I appreciate all their hard work in getting the job done.
