Pristine Plumbing was able to send someone out quickly. Doug was outstanding. He was genuine, solved my problem in a timely manner, and explained everything to me clearly and thoroughly. I will definitely use Pristine again (and I will be requesting Doug!)

He repaired the garbage disposal, by unlocking the bearings (that’s my description???) Quick fix and then looked some issues in two bathrooms and advised what I would need to do. He was pleasant, informative and professional. I will use the business again when needed.

Prompt and excellent service. He even went out of his way to cut a piece of scrap metal as a make shift door for the front of the water heater since ours was MIA.

Mr. Rooter installed a cleanout in the main sewer line of our 65-year-old house and identified and fixed a broken clay tile pipe between the house and the city sewer. The team used shovels as well as an excavator to minimize the mess associated with the holes that had to be dug in the yard. Mr. Rooter charged less money for the whole project than the “Big Name” competition quoted for the cleanout installation alone. But the best part about this experience was our interaction with the personable, conscientious guys, who exhibited remarkable teamwork and seemed to enjoy their work. We would definitely use them again!

Clogged drain and line backing up. I had used this company before and it worked for me. When I called in I was handled in a very professional manner and emailed information that someone would be in touch with me.When the technician arrived he informed of the problem and how it would be handled and the cost involved. He informed me of his progress and how long it would take.Cleaned up afterwards which was very important to me.

Hamm & Sons was the only company I found that quoted an exact price over the phone to replace a water heater. I called other companies to get even a ‘ballpark’ figure and none were willing to give me one, although one finally gave me a price with no guarantee. Another insisted someone had to come to my house to give me an estimate. Both prices were more than $600 over Hamm & Sons’ price. I was so worried by the extraordinary price difference that I called H&S back several times to confirm. The price charged after the installation was the exact price given over the phone. I also expected a less than qualified installer to show up due to the low price. My worry was proven wrong. Keaton (I hope I got his name right), a professional in every way, arrived alone, said it would take about 2 hours to install, but I’m pretty sure the entire install didn’t take longer than an hour from the moment he arrived until I handed him a check!
Time will tell about the quality of the water heater, but I was so impressed with the entire installation experience that I’m telling everyone I know.

Update: Unfortunately, they don’t unclog drains.

I had a pipe in my basement that burst. They came very soon after I called (after hours). Juan was the technician and he was very thorough and did a great job fixing the broken pipe and saving my basement from flooding. I would definitely use them again.

Don with Gordon's plumbing was an answer to my mother's repair prayers. She had called several companies, who charged outrageous service fees to come out. Don came out analyzed the problem and had a new commercial Water Heater in for a fraction of the cost proposed by competitors.
