We had a pipe leaking under our kitchen sink. We called Pristine and a few hours later Evert was at our house and repaired the leaking pipe and outside water spigot. We are very grateful for the same day, professional service. Evert done a wonderful job. We would highly recommend their services and will use them again in the future.

When I had a leak from my hot water line in the small crawlspace of my 100 yr old home, I called one of the plumbers from the radio. Upon inspection, the were Quick to tell me that their only solution was to re-plumb my entire house. I called Mr. Weilhammer. Extremely prompt, honest, very much know what they are supposed to do & do it in a very timely manner. Competitive to discounted pricing. We had 2 shower issues [drain & water source]; 1 sink issue [laundry room]; an outside of house issue & misc related issues. We were referred to them by our insurance company. Response time was next day but we delayed a day for our scheduling. Aaron was more than super. Randy was Aaron's assistant. NO problem w highly recommending them. Note: we paid them directly via CC & their charges were under the insurance deductible

Had a garbage disposal clogged that affected both sinks and even the dishwasher. Tyler was professional, and had it fixed in less than 30 minutes. Absolutely no complaints!

1.what company will design this kind of faucet?
2. steg, you are not the designer/manufacturer of the faucet, how you can say that issue is the design of the product.
I would say it is a defective product or your poor installation.

need new parts and cost $3500. Adam diagnosed the issue and corrected it for a nominal service charge. Stephanie in scheduling was also excellent, prompt, and accessible.
