Matt T. was very knowledgeable, punctual and helpful. Within the same day, he diagnosed and completed two (2) separate projects, both of which were a big concern, in a short amount of time.. It was also great, since Hope experts, like Matt, really know old and renovated homes. I will definitely be using them again for any of my plumbing needs!

Nathan was the best. Really. He didn't mind me asking questions. He went above and beyond explaining everything that he was doing and why he was doing such. (I had a pinhole leak in the copper pipe from my water heater.) Nathan knew that the shut off valves above the water heater were not good and replaced them both so that I would not have another problem anytime soon. He is also a dog lover. Instead of asking me to lock my dogs away he loved on them as he did his job professionally. (All 3 are 60lb + and the most needy was my pit bull. )
This is the 2nd time I've used Pristine Plumbing and it won't be the last.
Nathan, keep being the honest, sweet, above and beyond young man that you are. The world needs more people like you! Technician was not sure if he will be able to open slow drain or not. He still wanted the whole price to be paid whether he will be able to open this simple drain or not. Later on I used some chemical mixture. I will never hire this service again.

Carter's was recommended from a friend and I am very happy I booked them. Everyone I interacted with from sales to technician was friendly and professional. I didn't have an emergency need so I was able to pick a time and date that worked best for my schedule and they accommodated perfectly. I was very pleased when I received a text showing me a picture of the technician so I knew who to expect. Jacob kept me informed of his arrival and throughout the process. He did a great job with the install. My basement is not easy to get into and he never complained once! I'm not sure how he managed to get the old water heater out and the new one in, but he did! I'm very impressed and will definitely be using Carter's for any plumbing needs.

Had a gas leak and the gas company turned the gas off, mr rooter came the next day and fixed in a really fair price I would recommend them to anyone

I needed to have a severally damaged outdoor hose spigot extracted and replaced, and was highly satisfied with the process. Andrew was extremely thorough, explained everything he was doing as he went and was very friendly through the entire process. The work was completed quickly, and done very well.

Tim and Josh were prompt and courteous in addressing a small plumbing issue for us. They were extremely professional and friendly. The entire process of scheduling the appointment and getting Plumbing Doctor out to look at the problem was easy. *update- my husband discovered that they didn’t actually fix the problem and under the sink was once again covered in water.

Hamm & Sons was the only company I found that quoted an exact price over the phone to replace a water heater. I called other companies to get even a ‘ballpark’ figure and none were willing to give me one, although one finally gave me a price with no guarantee. Another insisted someone had to come to my house to give me an estimate. Both prices were more than $600 over Hamm & Sons’ price. I was so worried by the extraordinary price difference that I called H&S back several times to confirm. The price charged after the installation was the exact price given over the phone. I also expected a less than qualified installer to show up due to the low price. My worry was proven wrong. Keaton (I hope I got his name right), a professional in every way, arrived alone, said it would take about 2 hours to install, but I’m pretty sure the entire install didn’t take longer than an hour from the moment he arrived until I handed him a check!
Time will tell about the quality of the water heater, but I was so impressed with the entire installation experience that I’m telling everyone I know.

Update: Unfortunately, they don’t unclog drains.

I was so pleased and happy to have Trace help us with the heating problem. He was genuinely determined to troubleshoot the furnace and he determined the blower wasn't working. He suggested that the furnace may still be under warranty from another company and to check with them. I had an ongoing horror story with my existing furnace installed by a home warranty company and needed a real professional to come install a new furnace ASAP. It only took 24 hours from the time I called 24-7 to when I had my new furnace on and heating my house, and this was right before a major snowstorm! They were fast, knowledgeable, professional, and very polite folks. I would recommend this company to anyone and will be using them for all my HVAC needs from now on!

I called Gordon Plumbing to one of my rental properties to get a second opinion on an issue another company had looked at. They were expedient and friendly in their communication and the technician was knowledgeable and explained everything. Gordon Plumbing was able to resolve the issue without the massive overhaul recommended by the other company, saving me thousands. I have since used Gordon at several of my rental properties and their service and recommendations have been worth it every time.

Chuck did an excellent job! He was on time, explained the process and options and just an overall nice guy. We can flush the toilet again!
