I was out walking my dog today and noticed my phone was missing when I got home. Checked my computer and located it near Hope Plumbing where I'd been walking. As I quickly drove over to search the street, I saw a Hope Plumbing van parked on the street, and just in front of it was my phone. As I approached to get it, the driver let me know that he had seen it and checked to make sure he didn't drop it. Realizing it was someone else's he stayed parked there to wait for a bit in case someone came to claim it. I was so relieved.I've already used Hope Plumbing services in my home in the past, but this really added to how I feel about the company. It's great to have a useful business in the neighborhood, but even more satisfying to see its employees act like good neighbors whether on or off the clock.

I needed my main drain unclogged. When scheduling I informed them that we have already had someone out that used a 100ft auger and that did not work nor fixed the issue. What do they do. They come out use a 100ft auger (which isn’t going to work) and guess what! It didn’t work. Charged almost $450 and told us we need to call another company. Waste of time and money. When I scheduled, I feel they should’ve told me they were going to do the same thing and I wouldn’t of even went with them. One star because they at least came out quick to do nothing different.

Weilhammer Plumbing did a 100% plumbing piping replacement on my house that I am rehabbing. New faucets, shower, drains, water heater, etc. Excellent work, high quality, reasonable price. The owner is a person with integrity, a rare find. I definitely recommend Weilhammer Plumbing and would not hesitate to call Weilhammer Plumbing again should I desire additional upgrades.

Mr. Rooter is the rock star of plumbing companies in my book. I recently had a situation where after being away for a few days, I came home to standing water in my finished basement. You can imagine the stress levels in our home went thru the roof. It was a Sunday evening, and we were just sure we would have to wait a couple days to get our problem resolved.

Not with Mr. Rooter. They dispatched an expert out to the house right away- who immediately diagnosed the problem, and put into action a comprehensive plan to not only stop the water leak, but to correct the problem for good.

They were fantastic- great to work with- very professional, neat, courteous, and really bailed us out of a jam.

I called two other plumbers before calling Roto-Rooters. Not only did they pick up but they had someone at my door before the other two could even call me back.Phil Stillinger was great! Not only was he able to quickly evaluate and solve the root of my issue, but he also helped educate me on how to prevent future problems. I’ll definitely call him and Roto Rooters again for all of my plumbing needs. Did I mention they arrived within 30 minutes of calling on a early Sunday morning!? This company is great!

We chose Steg plumbing since other contractors in our area refused to install items we had already purchased. It appeared as if the other contractors needed to get their markup on products they supplied as well as the labor necessary to install these items. With the purchase of our appliance at a national big box store and the quote from Steg plumbing the job would cost us just under $900. Comparing this to a quote from a well-known, heavily advertised local plumber we were saving $1400 on our job. We went into this with a little anxiety hearing horror stories about you never select the lowest bid but that is far from what we experienced. The same person that came out to bid the job was the same person who came to install our job and that is a huge plus. Not only are you relieved of the need to explain everything again you are also assured that what was quoted is what is being done. They arrived within minutes of their scheduled time, completed the work in a professional manner and cleaned up not only after themselves but also after me when I had setup my hose to drain the lines before they arrived. I would recommend Steg plumbing and also plan to use them in the near future when I finish my basement.

JB was quick and knowledgeable. He and colleague quickly fixed my garbage disposal and gave recommendations on my overall plumbing.

In May of 2014, we installed a 2.5 ton Goodman air conditioning unit. The price was $1,600. We began having issues in August of 2017 with the unit. They changed the compressor twice, the inner coils, and added refrigerant a couple times. As they began guessing on the diagnosis of the problem with our unit and replaced our inner coils for $850. This was the last effort by McNeely to figure out why the unit kept failing. Eventually the bill ballooned to approximately $2,000 for a problem that started out with our compressor failing. The unit has now had three different compressors, a new fan, and electrical components. Once we challenged the bill, McNeely put a lean on our house. Once we obtained legal counsel, we agreed to a set payment and to part ways. Anyone in their right mind would have never agreed to spend $2,000 on a unit we purchased for $1,600. We could have simply replaced the unit for that. As of August 2018, we now have our 4th compressor failing. I change the filter every three months and ensure regular maintenance is completed on the unit. Proceed with caution!
