Jon Bidart was an amazing tech! He came to our house and had great knowledge about our plumbing issues that we were encountering. I am so happy I called this amazing establishment to work with! I will be telling all my friends to call Hope plumbing!

We live in a 96-year-old house with a clay tile sewer line about 13 feet below ground and 110 feet long. The Saturday after our 2021 family Thanksgiving our line gave out, backup into the house and filled with sand in certain sections. The house was unusable, and we had to move out. I talked with many vendors and settled on Pristine. Ron (Pristine owner) was experienced, knowledgeable, and honest. He took me through the details of the project, estimated time frame, and the issues that would likely surface. The price was reasonable and fair. During the project, Pristine communicated clearly and often letting us know when workers would be on site and when they would not. They also let us know the names of the workers coming each day. Most days, for our project, Pristine sent Mike and Stephen. I want to say a few words about these two hard-working men. Mike and Steve were committed, diligent, and most admirably, took pride in what they were doing. They were experienced, confident, and efficient and worked as if they had done this type of repair a thousand times. This gave my wife and I the reassurance we needed during this disruptive time. I highly recommend Pristine and would hire them again in a heat beat. Thak you for fixing our sewer line!

Extremely prompt, honest, very much know what they are supposed to do & do it in a very timely manner. Competitive to discounted pricing. We had 2 shower issues [drain & water source]; 1 sink issue [laundry room]; an outside of house issue & misc related issues. We were referred to them by our insurance company. Response time was next day but we delayed a day for our scheduling. Aaron was more than super. Randy was Aaron's assistant. NO problem w highly recommending them. Note: we paid them directly via CC & their charges were under the insurance deductible

Very professional and explained everything they where doing . Came out and gave me a free estimate and let me decide what to do. Had someone follow the technician and check to see if everything was good. Gave me a fre camera inspection of my drain.Great job

Doug is absolutely the best. Super knowledgeable and the only plumber I trust to work on my personal home. Being in the building industry myself, this speaks numbers as I can tell which subs know their stuff and are pleasant to work with. Doug is both of these and so much more. Dontril was a star for us today, removing an old KitchenAid dishwasher and installing a new Bosch machine, which needed to be custom-fit. He is a friendly, professional, experienced, very skilled plumber with a stick-to-it attitude, and Dontril was exceptionally patient today on our job. Juan showed up on time and ready to work. Very efficient and professional. Juan also went above and beyond on his service, and answered questions about other plumbing concerns unrelated to what he was repairing. 24/7 is my new plumbing go-to. I would definitely recommend.
