Matt and the other technicians did a fantastic job of a lot of repairs on our 70 year old house plus a new water softener. I would say it is miraculous the way the existing antique and corrupted plumbing was modernized. The quality of work is 5 Stars.

Did an entire pipe upgrade in the crawlspace of our house because it was done poorly by the people who rehabbed the home. Was having issues with our sinks and toilets gargling because of it. Did an amazing and quick job replacing my hot water heater. Friendly, reasonable, just overall great experience. He also repaired a leak on the main water line for free that another company quoted 2000 to repair. Very honest service, I highly recommend him to anyone having plumbing issues.

The plumbers arrived on time, were friendly, quickly diagnosed the problem, and installed a new garbage disposal that works perfectly. The price was reasonably and the service was excellent.

We had Damon come out to our house to help figure out why there was flooding in our basement. He not only helped get the water gone but gave us some good knowledge of the inner workings of our plumbing system.

With regards to an issue with my sump pump, Jason from the Plumb Doctor arrived on time and did a fantastic job. He identified the problem quickly, replaced the effected pump and did great in cleaning up after himself once the work was complete. Our water heater cracked open and Steg replaced it. The work was done quickly and they were honest about costs and options for replacement. They let me know when they were on their way with a text message and email with the workers picture and bio! Great work and great communication. I highly recommend them.

Godby is a great company to work with, pricing is fair and services is quick. We just had our winter maintenance on our furnaces and Dan was our service technician that come out. He went though everything thoroughly and did a great job! I would ask for him whenever you get a chance. He was polite, clean, organized, and informative.

Hosey has come out to our house a few different times and I’ve appreciated his communication and professionalism in working through issues. I do not recommend Gordons Plumbing, they do poor quality work. They did not have an inspection done by the city before burying the pipes, otherwise it would have not passed inspection. We got ripped off.

This company is great! The people are knowledgeable and professional and personable. They also repaired a gas leak and re piped the whole house. I would recommend them to anyone. They also clean up after themselves
