In May 2020 all drains backing up. Called Pristine and within a few hours Pristine's rep responded, evaluated. There was no high pressure and great pains were taken to fully inform me what procedures were included to remove clog, repair broken pipe,and hook up to main line. Not only was the advice free, but it was free advice that would result in a free solution to fixing the problem. He is knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Although I hope we do not have future plumbing issues that would require a service visit, if we do, I would absolutely contact Mark. Thanks!

We always use Hamm & Sons for all our plumbing needs. We live in an older house and have had to have the drain cleaned, pipes all switched out all our old metal piping and fixed various leaks throughout the years.

I accidentally dropped an earring down my bathroom sink. Gage came to my rescue and was able to retrieve it, unscathed.
He alerted me that the pipe drain had gunk & hair that was causing the same pipe to empty slowly. He offered to clean the gunk out and I accepted.
Now my sink drains quickly!

Godly has installed a water heater, water softener and has maintained and done repairs on my HVAC. Everyone there have been great to work with and really happy with the work.

Furnace check:Mark was friendly and thorough. He took the time to explain why our system was not working.Furnace / heat pump replacement:Our furnace / heat pump stopped working. After a very timely estimate, they came out to install the next day. Originally, it was thought to be a 2-day job, but they sent 4 guys out to ensure that they completed the whole job in about 7 hours.Our home is warm now for the first time in over 10 years. They explained that our old system wasn't really adequate for the size of our home, and we were paying for it in our electric bill.The installers were patient while they explained all the changes to our new heating system.They were very knowledgeable and professional.

Juan was very professional and took the time to explain what the issue was with our garbage disposal. He was able to find that the problem was actually one that an electrician would need to help with and instead of forging ahead with replacing the garbage disposal recommended that we do that first in the event that replacing the garbage disposal may be rendered useless. We appreciated his professionalism as well as his honesty and would highly recommend this company and Juan!
