These guys are great! As professional real estate buyers and sellers, we are constantly battling clogged pipes from misuse, disrepair, neglect, age, and tenants flushing who knows what (babywipes!!!, plastic baggies, toys, etc.) down sinks and toilets. They have come out to at least 4 of our properties and estimated at no cost, shared insight, and provided services such as unclogging lines, scoping lines, and hydro cleaning. They are on time, priced well, effective, knowledgeable, and up on todays technology for easy pymt and record keeping. We dont even bother calling anyone else. Thank tou for your outstanding service.

Came home to a pin hole in my water pipe. Rodolfo came immediately to evaluate the problem, and fix ASAP. He worked efficiently and quickly to repair the pipes in my wall. Not my first time using Plumb Doctor, and probably not the last (although would love to avoid anymore isolated issues! Haha)

poor customer service, called with emergency waterheater leaking and no hot water with a unit still undet warenty and was told that becasue of hoilday weekend they don't install water heaters and go three days without hotwater.

Great staff all around! They went out of their way to be helpful with scheduling. The technicians were able to fix my gas pipe connection to my service box the same day. Best plumbing company ever!

Of course the issue had seemed to resolved itself after I'd called for a plumber, but I had them to snake out the toilet anyway.

We were very impressed with the work of Gary and his apprentice. They were able to do a diagnosis quickly and made the appropriate repairs. They both were also very personable, which made the bill a little less painful.

I have always had a shaky experience with various house services as I often feel that I am about to be taken advantage of. However, Sevice Plus has done right. Their customer service is top notch, from their office staff to the folks coming out to do the work. Everyone is timely, communicative and not pushy. They strike a good balance of noting issues but not pushing you to do massive projects. They have repeatedly earned my trust and I will return to them for future Issues.

Plumber Dave was timely and took time to explain the drain line issues and what course of action was needed to correct my concerns.

I am very happy and the plumbing technician was very helpful, clean and courteous as well as knowledgeable. Just moved into house and had backup sump pump and water softener put in. Did not try to up sale me like others did. Will keep their number for future plumbing needs!

They sent a superstar jetter/drain(Adam,Andrew? Sorry but I appreciate you) guy to my disabled mom’s house and the drain was kinda plugged but they efficiently and effectively got it open and didn’t even have to go inside.
