Plumb Doctor was quick to respond to my needs and resolved my pluming issue. I’ve had them out two or three times since my first service request. My home is about 19 years old so there are problems to be expected. I’m happy to have a reliable provider anytime I have a plumbing issue. They do great, honest work.

He shared w/ me some possible issues down the road but wasn’t pushy to have me sign on to services I want to discuss w/ my spouse before deciding a course of action.I liked how Orlando treated my home w/ care, keeping me informed of his whereabouts every step of the way. He wore his mask and booties throughout my house. Overall, Orlando was neat in appearance, too.I would welcome Orlando to service my heating and cooling systems should the need arise later down the road.

Had a pipe burst in the middle of the night that was spraying water so loud it woke us. We called 24 7 plumbing. They came right out and took control of the situation getting the water stopped and made the necessary repairs immediately. So thankful for the knowledgeable, friendly staff for helping us when we needed it the most. Will definitely be my go to plumbers for any repairs or upgrades to the plumbing in my home. They also do heating and air and were able to install a new furnace when it broke down a few months after the catastrophe of the infamous pipe burst. Thanks for your help in our time of need!

Great company, great people. Knocked out a water heater for me while I was out of town. Communication was outstanding. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Seth, the technician, was very friendly and professional. He took the time to explain what was potentially causing the problem and offered options on fixing it. He as able to successfully open the major drain clog and we are happy with the service and results we received. Will definitely use Mr. Plumber again.
