After having a date set for a plumber to come by and meet me for a free estimate on a bathroom update in my home, they didn't show up the date of, so I called and they said they would send someone out the next day. Well that didn't happen either. So I call again to complain and get put on hold, to eventually hung up on and blocked apparently, because my wife can still call the business but I can't. Very unpleasant and unprofessional in my opinion considering I really need help on the fixture update.

Corey was great! Super helpful to explain the whole process and make sure that I understood what needed to happen. While here he went ahead and fixed something else that will help our plumbing work better that wasn’t on the original work order. But we’re super appreciative of his Above and beyond service!

From my call to their answering service Friday evening to a return call 15 minutes later from Corey, to a scheduling call Saturday morning, to a visit from Corey Monday morning, to a followup call from the office Tuesday morning, B&W was very professional and attentive. We needed a water heater replacement and we were able to get someone from 24-7 Plumbing to our house the same day we called. There were some nuances to our installation, and the team at 24-7 Plumbing worked very hard to make sure we were satisfied. They are professional, efficient, and willing to be flexible when requested. We will definitely call them again!

My team found a water leak here at our community. I called a different company first, who never gave me an estimate. I called Gordon Plumbing, who sent out someone within 24 hours to check things out. Received a quote right after. Price was reasonable, and the crew who did the work were all business. Water was shut off for a limited time, and the work was done without any issues. I am calling Gordon Plumbing from now on!

The plumper was prompt and friendly. My water heater needs a new part, but since the brand is no longer made he said he did not have parts. Due to my water heater being over 8 years old, I was quoted $2,308 for a new unit installed or $1,200 for them to install one I bought. Paid $98 for visit.Called Whirlpool they referred me to a parts company and quoted $75.00 for part before shipping.Ended up overnighting a $32.00 part off Amazon, which my family member is installing for free.There are many “universal” parts that were not given as options. The only option was a new unit and them bringing the area up to code. One code was for a drip pan under the unit and my utility closet had a built in drain in the floor, right in front of the unit.

JR was awesome. Very knowledgeable- offered explanations of everything he did and made the whole ordeal much less painful!

James was an outstanding technician. Took apart the air-conditioning unit and thoroughly cleaned and serviced it. Noticed that the drain from the condenser lacked a trap and remedied that. We want James to be our man for A/C and heater service in the future.
