Best Plumbing Repair in Indianapolis IN

I cannot say enough great things about Hope Plumbing. After a month of seeking solutions for my gas leak from different plumbers in Indianapolis, some told me they wouldn’t even quote the project while others wanted me to convert my whole system to electric. Richard P. from Hope Plumbing was the only one to provide me with multiple solutions that did not require me to convert my system to electric, showing a true ability to problem solve. After being without gas for a month, Richard, Willy, and Sam came on a Saturday and a holiday weekend, just one day after giving us an estimate to replace our gas line. They are clearly dedicated to their customers. They were such a hard working & personable/professional team and their work was meticulous. I wish I would’ve called Hope Plumbing first and I will going forward. Thank you Richard, Willy, and Sam at Hope Plumbing for giving us hot water again!

They came out the same day and cleared our drains. Daniel told us exactly what he would do and how long it would take and how much it would cost.

On time if not a head of time, I have had Three Kings do a job for me several times and I am always pleased with a job well done. Thank you Three Kings (Mike), I appreciate you coming right out and taking care of our issue.

I have had Attaboy out to work on our home several times now, and they are always very clean, courteous, and thorough with both their explanations and the neatness and cleanliness of their work. We are in an older home with mostly original piping that is reaching its end of life from so many decades of use, and they have they been willing to work with me on planning and pricing for the scope of the work we've needed to make sure we have a great experience every time we call for service. Attaboy is our plumber of choice and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for help with plumbing work!

Mark was very helpful and answered all of my questions about my new water softener. Very professional.03/28/2023- Rick came out today to check my new softener. I was concerned that I could see water in the brine tank. Rick assured me that this is expected with the regeneration of the tank; I did not know that. I asked Rick about which salt I should buy and he assisted me with that and approximately how often I should buy the bags of salt. Thank-you Rick; you put my mind at ease.

They were able to come out within an hour of my call. Very nice and finished within 30 minutes. I've used them twice and they've been great both times.

They were just awesome. Jodi specifically. He came out and quickly figured it out. He got us a great deal and had it installed that day! Very impressed and will be chosing carters for any future plumbing needs (which I hope isnt too many). Super pleased.

Alex, the technician was great. He was able to assess the issue and gave me a few options to pick from so that I could make an informed decision. I will definitely be using this company for any of my plumbing needs.

Robert did a fantastic job today. He fixed the leak and didn't charge an arm and a leg for it. I will definetly be recommending this place to other.

Mark and co. came out and replaced my water heater a couple of months ago, and did a great job! In and out in a day, reasonable price, didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need. I'm only sorry it took me so long to get around to writing this review! Definitely pick these folks for your plumbing needs!

Speedy service and Fantastic care! Sump pump failed leaving a completely waterlogged basement. The owner came out to diagnose and in less than 6 hours a new pump is installed and working fine! Thank you all!

Worst service I have ever received. They come out, give a quote then schedule the work. But when they come for a service call they don’t know what work they are supposed to be doing and leave. They did this, 5 times!!!!! You call to find out what’s going on and they send you to dispatch and then say, well that employee doesn’t work until 1 so they can’t come in the morning. If that guy isn’t doing their job send someone else?!?! But no, they didn’t do that. They tell you they will give you a call back, but you never receive any call backs. They are the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Don’t even try getting a manager or supervisor on the phone, they just continue to transfer you to different associates so you have to repeat yourself over and over again. They say they are the best nationwide company, but they utterly ARE THE WORST!!!!! I will never use Roto-rooter or refer them to anyone I know!!!!

Works on weekends, is available to communicate through text, does great work

They were subcontracted by another vender to complete a small job in our home. I got a good vibe from them, they’ll be my first call for a quote on our next project/issue (I’ll update the review). My HOPE ? is that they’re better than other expensive companies who have major name brand recognition but don’t actually care about the customer.

We picked Reasonable Plumbing in Noblesville a few weeks ago based solely on these reviews and we were not disappointed! Extremely responsive, very friendly and knowledgeable, excellent communication and quality work. We had a failing water softener removed and a new one installed quickly and professionally and considered the price very reasonable. So lucky to have found them. Our go-to plumbers from now on!
