Maxwell and sons were contracted by home warranty company to fix some plunging problems. The did a terrible job, had to come back a second time after 10 days to fix the problems again. They were rude and shifty. They don't clean up after themselves.

While I was satisfied with the overall service there was one thing I didn't like. When the plumber asked if it was ok if he cut a small hole in the textured drywall ceiling of the laundry closet to run his camera and view the dryer vent I said sure, no problem. If I had known beforehand that he wasn't going to do anything to patch the hole after he was done my answer would have been different. So I now have a hole that's 2-3 inches by 2-3 inches in the ceiling of my laundry closet that will let in any type of critter that wants to come in and I, being a first time homeowner, have no knowledge of how to do any kind of drywall patching to fix the issue.

I called these plumbers a few weeks ago because my home was experiencing weird sounds in the pipes. Ended up being trapped air, but it sounded like moaning animals. They came out that same day and only charged me a minimum. These are guys you can trust. They have great reviews too. Call this Fisher's plumbing company today! You won't be disappointed

From the initial call with Tammie the customer service was exceptional. Tammie was able to get my service scheduled on the initial call and fit me into an earlier appointment. I called Summer's first and Mr. Plumber was a quicker response for the service I required. The team that handled my issue was very prompt and explained clearly what fix was required. Hayden was the initial tech to assess and when he ran into an issue and needed a camera to assess further Jenny arrived in about 30 minutes and was great in showing what occurred and check the 100ft plus of the sewer pipe to make sure it was clear. This provided confidence in what had to be repaired. Cole and his team arrived a week later, called ahead they were coming and arrived on time. They completed the job in a day and kept me updated on their status through the day. Lastly, I had some questions and Jenny called me back quickly which I didn't expect. To note, she was on vacation and took the time to discuss and was greatly appreciated. This team did a great job from start to finish and would recommend to any of my friends to use their services. Had a slow drain, my snaking skills are lacking! Was able to get an appointment quickly. Andrew was professional and made sure to clean everything up. Very easy to ask questions and he was willing to help me understand. We also talked houseplants! Very friendly and will definitely use again.

DO NOT USE THEM!!! Our kitchen sink was backed up. Based on Next-door reviews I gave Gurney Bush a call. A technician came out on a Thursday but looked at the plumbing and said he couldn't snake the drain. It would need to be replummed so he scheduled their plumber to come out the following Tuesday morning and I would get a call 30 minutes before arrival. By late afternoon I called them. They were sorry. Still on a big job ... can they come tomorrow. I said yes, but please come this time because I have standing water in my kitchen sink. Received a call on Wednesday morning ... still busy can they come Thursday morning. Received a call Thursday morning ... can they come Thursday afternoon. That was the last I heard from them. They didn't show up. They didn't call. They left me with a week of standing water and clogged drain in my kitchen sink. The worst customer service I've ever experienced.
