Best Heater Installation in Indianapolis IN

I called to get an estimate on replacing our water heater and they were prompt with a return call to schedule an appointment.Ryan was our tech, he came on a Saturday and did our estimate. That was great, we didn't have to miss any work for a 30 minute appointment.Ryan came back today and did the installation, again a Saturday. He was here maybe 3 hours. He was very friendly we chatted for a few after he was done, nice dude!I would recommend Hope and Ryan to anyone.

Same day service, even though it wasn’t an emergency. Plus, they sent regular status updates on when the technicians would arrive. The technicians were friendly, professional, and quickly found and fixed the problem. The phone dispatcher was also very friendly. I absolutely would use them again!

They replaced two shut off valves in my bathroom. Prompt service and reasonable prices.

I recently purchased a home and encountered major plumbing problems within a week of moving in. A big box plumbing company came and quoted me thousands of dollars for unnecessary repairs. The 2 Plumbers that came over to my house yesterday, I believe it was a father and son team if I remember correctly the fathers name was Larry! They were terrific! They were extremely nice and they really knew their Plumbing business, They gave me my options of what to do to fix my sump pump and then immediately set forth and finished the job! I was about ready to bring them coffee but before I could they had already finish the job! I highly recommend this to person team from Carters my Plummer!

Great group of people quick response

We had LD Smith (no relation) come out to handle a drain-stoppage issue that had been recurring, ever more frequently. They quickly determined what was causing the problem and why it was becoming more/too frequent. We have an old house with very old and deteriorating outdoor connections to what was once a weird system of cisterns and septic tanks but are now connected to sewers. They worked out the best way to take care of things long-term and did it very efficiently. The work ended up being substantial, as we knew it would be. The price, timing, and personnel were all excellent. Of course, with any large (for us) project, there was a hiccup. They handled that with honesty, understanding, and aplomb. We will definitely be calling them first for future plumbing work.

Phil was great! He showed up, found the unknown problem, which ended up being TWO problems, and he fixed them. Afterwards, he offered knowledge and advice about how to prevent any further problems in the future. I would recommend this company every single time you need ANY plumbing or repair work done. Great work knowledgeable people

Was here within a day and installed new water heater and identified that the last person who touched our water cut off did not secure it properly so they fixed that too. This is a great company!!

We had a burst pipe in our wall this afternoon, I called around to 6 different plumbers, all who wouldn’t come out until the next day because it was later in the day.

I kept calling down the list of plumbers until I got to these guys. Dawn answered the phone and was so sweet and helpful. We had a plumber out here within 30 minutes after I called.

He was very kind and jumped right in and told us the problem. We thought it was going to be hundreds of dollars to repair, and being graduate students that stressed us out, but he had the problem fixed in less than an hour and our bill was an affordable and beautiful relief.

I’m super happy with this company and wouldn’t hesistate to call them again!
