The winter storm of 2021, what I call Snow-VID (Winter-COVID) was devastating for so many across the state.When the plumber from Nick's arrived on the scene his professionalism and calm helped me get through the situation. There was not one copper pipe leak, but two. The tech completed the work quickly and shortly after he left I had one of the most glorious showers in years!

GEI Plumbing Services came to our house to fix an ongoing mystery of having very little hot water despite another company having installed a tankless water heater. Anyway, they arrived when they said they would, gave us a fixed rate quote and SOLVED the problem later that afternoon. We were blessed to have them come in and solve our mystery. I am sure they also felt the same way about us.

From start to finish, this company did a great job. From the time I scheduled my appointment to when the plumber arrived, they were prompt and updated me upon arrival. Randy was professional and immediately diagnosed my sink clogged issue. He was careful in lining the wooden floors with blue mats from the doorway to the sink area. After the job was finished, he cleaned the area and left the area spotless. Randy was friendly and was informative on my issue and upfront on my costs. I highly recommend this company. Good, honest, and hard working group.

I went with this company because of all the great reviews but I had horrible experience with them. The 1st appointment no one showed up and when I called they said technician was running 2hrs behind. There was no courtesy call to inform of this delay after we were already waiting 2hrs. I rescheduled and the tech came out for all of 5min just to tell me would need a new toilet and could not just replace tank. I don't understand why they couldn't tell me that based on the picture they requested. I still decided to give them a chance but their quotes were ridiculous and the person I was speaking with had no clue what was going on. Every question I had was responded to with well that's not on the website. I don't know. Very disappointing

I have had continuous plumbing problems, specifically sink backing up, which fills up my dishwater, quite a mess. I live in an older home in Lazybrook, so this is to be expected. I emailed Halo Sunday evening, and Halo promptly called me Monday morning at 8:15 am. I mention this because many times I have called plumbers (or other trademen) who never return my call or make an appointment and NEVER even show up. Loren Brusatori, owner of Halo was at home at 9:30 am. I found him to be both professional and knowledgeable. He was very efficient, polite and thorough. He did not try to pressure sell me on other things which I asked him about, I really appreciate this because many times I find tradesmen will do their best to pad their bill. I will MOST DEFINITELY be calling Halo back out to do other more extensive plumbing work, in the next couple of weeks.

We received the service through the HomeServe insurance through CenterPoint Energy, and the plumber came out and did a great, effectively and fast repair of the gas leak. We were very impressed with the work and how fast they finished the work. It was actually done in a few hours and should have been a seemless transition to obtain a final inspection to set our gas meter again. Unfortunately, our experience went downhill from there. The plumber insisted we needed to pay @$1,500.00 additional repairs in order to start the transition to request a final inspection. Luckily, I'm a former CenterPoint Energy employee and was able to confirm that most of the repairs listed in the estimate were bogus. I immediately called the city and HomeServe to get guidance and they were able to tell me the plumber has an obligation to file the permits and final inspection regardless of the status of any other repairs they seem to think is necessary. I called Texas Quality Plumbing and tried to reason with the inspection department to submit for a final and they would not approve until I agreed to allow them make the repairs and even insisted to a payment plan because I explained I could not afford all the repairs quoted. It was not until I threatened to file a complaint with the state that they agreed to send a final permit inspection to the city, and I could just sign a waiver, decline repairs and pay for any additional trips the city inspector has to make.The city inspector came in and confirmed non of the repairs the plumber quoted were necessary and I only needed to do 4 things to get my green tag and only 1 of those required an actual part which we purchased for less than 25$ and installed it on the water heater. Consumers be aware and ask a lot of questions before agreeing to prices and repairs. Get several quotes and read reviews. The lack of honesty was disappointing because if I had gotten a quote in line with the city inspector, I would have been happy to give them the job to make the repairs. Nonetheless, they delayed my inspection for being dishonest, and I had to continue to take care of essential needs like purchasing food, taking showers, and cooking meals with family members . I will file a complaint with the state because of the delay. I was held hostage to their greed.

Christian Jordan 0179 and Damian Euell 2014 were awesome they showed up got straight to work and were extremely detailed with their diagnostic process. We are building contractors and it’s awesome to see guys that live up to our standards. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for plumbers great guys great company will use them again in the future!

Wow! Ben and Junior came out this morning and fixed my sink. Someone I know installed it wrong and I had water everywhere. They came out within 24 hours of it happening and had it fixed in no time. The kept me informed as to when the would be here and they were absolutely on time. Seems like a small thing, but when you're working thats a big help. I 100% will be using them if I have plumbing problems elsewhere ever again. Thanks guys!

I was given Brad's Plumbing as a recommendation from my neighborhood Facebook group. The water would not turn off in my master bath shower. I know nothing about plumbing so was freaking out a bit about all the wasted water flowing. I called Brad's Plumbing and left a message. Within 10 minutes I received a call back from Brad and he said he had a man who could come out within an hour or two depending how long his current job would take. I was SOOOO appreciative for the same day service.BUT IT GOT BETTER! 1 hour after my initial call to Brad's Plumbing Joey arrived at my door to fix my master bath shower. Joey was polite, friendly and he gave my cat some attention which is always appreciated by my cat. Joey fixed my shower and even helped me get the ladder to my attic crawl space back in place (I was struggling).I cannot recommend this company enough.
