This company is awesome. I called them at 11:30, at first they said they wouldn’t be able to come out until the next morning, when I told them my situation, they said they’ll see if they can get someone to come out today, 5 minutes later I got a text saying someone will be here 5-7 pm. When the tech arrived I showed him where the problem was and he got right to work and fixed everything in a timely manner, and did a great job on the repairs. This is the kind of company you don’t mind doing business with. I highly recommend Cooper Plumbing.

I tell you, I’ve never met nicer people. I had a weird incident with someone driving over my meter box and it broke the main water line into my house. One phone call to Nick’s and they had a couple guys out the same day. They were friendly and very experienced. I was pretty shocked at the damage, but they took it in stride and knew just how to fix it. Great communication the whole way through, and I had water restored to the house a couple hours later.Will definitely be calling them for all my future plumbing needs.

Recently, our main floor toilet started making loud knocking noises whenever we flushed it. We called GEI Plumbing Services and Evan was able to repair the issue right away, leaving us very happy customers. We have used GEI Plumbing for every plumbing issue that has come up over the past 2 years (leaky faucets, changing out fixtures, drainage issues and installing a Water Cop system) and we have always received kind and professional service. Evan performs above and beyond what is expected of him.

In addition, the ladies I spoke with at Blue Frog were friendly and helpful when I was frustrated at not being able to find a plumber. I highly recommend Blue Frog of West Houston. Sean and his team of professionals did a great job on our home. We had to re-pipe the entire house with 3 1/2 baths, kitchen and laundry. Sean is very personal, knowledgeable, and professional. He doesn’t cut corners to delay a problem happening down the road.

Christian Jordan was my main contact during our sewer line connection repair. He carefully explained exactly what and when the repairs would took place which I appreciated. The excavation and repair crew arrived on time and completed the job in a professional manner. After the repair was completed Christian followed up with an in-line camera review. I thought the whole process was very well managed with excellent communication with me.

I had a great experience with Hugo's when I had an attic pipe leak last November, so I used them to repipe my house and install a new water heater. The communication about arrival times, etc was good, but there was clearly communication issues between the company and the crew they had (as I later learned) subcontracted out. That crew had left my house in disarray, left major appliances/furniture in the middle of hallway/rooms, didn't reconnect my washing machine, and made no effort to minimize the mess they were making with the drywall cuts - everything felt careless and sloppy. I had to call later because they had left my old water heater in the middle of my neighbor's yard. They came that evening to move it until it could be hauled away the next day, but I think this was a really disappointing experience for a project that is already known to be expensive and disruptive. I appreciate that they were able to schedule the job so quickly, but I had to ask for someone from the company to come and check the work - which, to their credit, they came and did on the same day.The woman in the office was apologetic and offered me a coupon for my next job, but I don't think I'll be using it.
