Best Water Heater Services in Houston TX

Village Plumbing & Air Plumber
Do not use this company. We have a maintenance policy with them, they came ( 2 people, one plumber and one HVAC) The plumber recommended to replace water heater BUT the HVAC person broke our AC. The younger guy spent 3.5 hours sitting in our den;eventually I suggested that he call a supervisor That person came and checked the units . He said that they were still under warranty ( which we knew) and to therefore call the original installer. Yes the 2 units are under warranty however after 3 years, parts are covered but we pay for labor. We have now been without air conditioning for 6 days while the part Village Plumbing broke is on order. The owner called me on day 3 of our saga and told me that he had just become aware of our situation, but offered no further explanation or recommendation . I told him that we had no AC, but he seemed unfazed .Terrible company terrible service

Nick's Plumbing & Air Conditioning Plumber
No job is too big or too small for Nicks. I needed something installed this morning, Friday,December 20th. I make the call in the morning to set up the appointment, and within minutes I received confirmation that the plumber would contact me when he was on his way. That was then followed up by a text message, with a picture of the plumber who had been assigned to the job. When the plumber arrived, sometime before noon, I noticed that his feet were covered with protective covers, which I thought was a nice show of respect for my house. Nicks does not charge an automatic “show up fee”. Instead, the plumber and I negotiated the price of the job ahead of time, and I was able to pay with my credit card. No hidden costs - no games. Thank you Nicks plumbing, and Merry Christmas to you all!

Halo Plumbing Services Plumber
Neighbors... If you have ANY plumbing issues whatsoever, you need to call Loren at Halo Services! Super honest, extremely responsive and very professional. The details below if you're interested! Our hot water stopped working on Tuesday afternoon. I briefly troubleshooted it and couldn't get the pilot on the 5-yr old hot water tank to stay on. My youtube research seemed to point to the controller being the issue. I'm pretty handy, but seeing how this dealt with natural gas, I figured better to call the pros. I called Abacus on Tuesday, because that's who we always hear about on TV... They managed to squeeze me in for later that afternoon. The technician came, tried to light the pilot TWICE, came down from the attic and told me I needed a new Hot water tank for a multitude of different reason and that it would be $2,500-$3,000. He advised me that replacing any parts would just add cost and that we would need to replace parts and by trial and error, determine the fix, so slowly we would work our way to a new tank anyways... so may as well just replace it. Full transparency, the cheapest option that he offered me was a $600 controller replacement. Those guys don't repair anything, they're just parts salesmen! I politely told him I wasn't interested and escorted him out. That evening I googled plumbing services and came across Halo Services on Google... I called, left a VM, then also texted (as instructed in the VM message). I promptly got a response from Loren. We spoke on the phone for about 10-15mins while he asked probing questions to try and pinpoint the issue. On Wednesday he made some time in his schedule to come by and take a look at the hot water tank. He troubleshooted for about 15-20mins or so and determined it may be the controller or maybe the burner. But more importantly, he let me know my tank was still under warranty! I called the manufacturer and told them what Loren told me and that the controller would need to be replaced. They honored the warranty and told me where they had a distributor close to my house to go pick up the new part that afternoon. Loren swung by on Thursday morning and in just about an hour, replaced the faulty controller and we were good to go!! Hot water again!Loren was on point with the issue and thanks to him letting me know about the warranty, the entire fix only cost us $150! So Abacus: a disengaged technician and $600 repair MINIUMUM, but fear sale tactic recommending a $3,000 fix… or HALO SERVICES: a genuine honest business owner, a warranty covered part and a prompt repair for $150… Great to know there are companies out there that are looking to grow by doing the right thing and providing top-notch service!!Loyal customer gained!

I used blueFrog twice recently to install a tankless water heater, and then do a cleaning flush of the unit a year later. They provided very professional, expert, and timely service for both jobs. I believe the price was competitive as well. Based on this experience I can easily recommend blueFrog.

I was impressed with these folks. They were very professional, reasonably priced, and very quick with the work. In my experience, larger companies have crazy overhead and charge you unreasonable amounts for minor work - these guys did a great job at a fair price.Work done:- Remove and haul off old toilet, install new toilet.- Repair leaking sprayer diverter on roman style tub- Repair malfunctioning water faucet on tub- Replace water supply lines & shut-off valves to a bar sink and replace the faucet.

The prices with the quality of workmanship is unbelievable, the technicians are well trained and know what there doing , Eddie answered every question and concern I had , and also explained to me why they also have a roofer come out to reseal the exhaust pipes over both of my new hot water heaters. Abacus Plumbing, Air Conditioning & Electrical Plumber
Called at 8am for what I thought was a simple job to unclog drain, replace garbage disposal, and fix circuit breaker. They were there by 10am. The clog and disposal was easy but the breaker replacement turned into an all day job. Thebroken water line from last Feb freeze got into the panel and started to corrode the various breakers which is what started my problem with the bad breaker. Vladislav Kolsnick explained all the issues and options I had and how Abacus had a solution to every option. He is extremely knowledgeable about his job and very patient and polite explaining in laymen terms what was wrong and what he could do. He had to call another person to help, Sam Padron, who was just as knowledgeable, patient, and polite as Vladi. It is no wonder Abacus has it's reputation with workers like Vladi and Sam.
