Great guy and employee !! Turns out we have the worst luck at the moment with drain pipe damage but luckily you guys send Jason to find out the issue right away. Jason informed us of the repairs that have to be done now and explained how this situation could of happened. You’re very lucky to have a knowledgeable and great employee like him. Thank you guys for coming out and for that affordable drain pipe special you have at the moment. Really do appreciate it .

This is a very mixed review. I called to have my water heater checked and repaired and ended up having to replace it, for about $2000 in labor. in total I paid about $2800 for a new water heater when all I wanted was to have it repaired. Seems like their goal was to sell me a new water heater from the get go, not to repair it. The reason that this review doesn't get 1 star is for 2 reasons: 1) the workers were very friendly, professional and prompt. 2) It was an old water heater that I was planning on replacing eventually anyways; just not now. The reason that I will not put 5 stars however, is because looking back on it, I feel ripped off. Seeing that the water heater costs around $900, $1900 for labor seems outrageous. Overall, great work done, but definitely get a second opinion next time.

The professionals at Nick’s plumbing are not only incredibly professional with superior service, but they are gracious and friendly and make one feel like they’re doing the job as if it was for their own family. They go out of their way to explain the estimate, the job and the ultimate price so the customer is fully comfortable and aware of what is being done. And for the last three service jobs Nicks has come to my home I have felt comfortable and well taken care of. Excellent customer service, all the more important in these uncertain times of COVID. A+ service from initial service call to completion of job. Loved the free estimate. Jake and Stefan were professional and friendly! Donna was super helpful getting me scheduled. Had water heater replaced in attic (not a small feat!). Will definitely be using this company again because they are honest and fair. I can tell they really care about their customers.

We have used Lucky’s Plumbing on two separate occasions and could not be more pleased with the quality, efficiency and value of their work. Attached are photos of our most recent plumbing repair which required patio area excavation and localized sewer line replacement due to a severe blockage and near collapse of a 50+ year old line. The work crews were technically very competent and Brandon and Emily were most helpful and responsive throughout.

Thomas “Junior” was awesome showed me what was going on and identified the issues and was just super helpful of keeping me in the loop of what is going on. Customer service was awesome from start to finish.

Same day service!!!! Called for an estimate and they arrived promptly and with a competitive price. Asked when they could start and was completed the same day. I know this may not always be likely, but I was so impressed and the customer service and workmanship was above par!!! Highly recommend ❤️

WE WOULD NEVER HIRE BRADS PLUMBING AGAIN. Sent out 3 guys in two vans, one admittedly an apprentice that did not much more than stand around hold a ladder. Only one guy did any real work.They broke the access panel in the ceiling and made a makeshift replacement out of MY materials, BUT they were just going to tape it together and do nothing more, but I prevailed. For 2 SMALL leaks needing only 2 galvanized nipples, one coupling and 2 waterflex connectors, we were charged over $550.00 and not provided an itemized invoice. My husband was aghast at the bill and I called and asked for an itemized invoice detailing material and labor which I received promptly by mail. Brad showed he charged $9.00 to provide an itemized invoice. Padding the bill and charging for itemized invoices....what a shady businessman. BAD BUSINESS>
