This guys were very professional. The other company we called we were waiting on new toilets 3 days when I called for status they never ordered them and told us the parts were obsolete so they had to be replaced. Nick's guys showed up as they were suppose to evaluated the situation came back as promised the next morning with all the parts and fixed both of the toilets, Just in the Nick of time according to my husband. After the Texas freeze storm of 2021, we needed to have our home totally re-piped. We obtained a few quotes from other local companies but eventually decided to go with Bluefrog Plumbing + Drainage of West Houston. The ladies at the office who were the first point of contact were awesome and amazingly friendly.CJ and his crew came out to survey the house and started the job soon after evaluating the job and providing a reasonable quote for what it cost to do the job. By midday, the whole house was completely re-piped in a very excellent and professional manner. I have had to use Bluefrog a few times since then for other jobs. I recommend Bluefrog Plumbing + Drain of West Houston for all your plumbing needs. Ask for CJ by name. He is a decent man and knows his job.

James is a nice guy who is professional and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions, provided a reasonable quote, and completed the work on schedule to a high level of satisfaction. Moreover, when the job required less work than what was originally planned, the price was reduced concomitantly with the reduced scope of work without any prompting on my part. Every time I have used Wedgeworth plumbers, I have had a similar experience. They exhibit excellent customer service, and I will continue to call them for my plumbing needs.

Called Aberle to ask about reconnecting a gas dryer (I wanted to stack the dryer on the washer). They sent Mario and Joelle out 2 days later. They were on time, friendly, and professional. When I explained what I wanted to do they gave me a reasonable price to do the whole job; install stacking kit, lift the dryer onto the washer and reconnect everything. They were in and out pretty quick and everything works great. Very glad that I called Aberle. Mario and Joelle did a fantastic job. Will call them again when I need other plumbing related things done.Thanks!

His crew installed an outside clean out. Then after talking to Loren, he spent quality time testing and searching for a leak that the water company says we must be having. He is very professional in his work and how he explains the process that he uses.

So overpriced! I paid $599 for a new kitchen disposal. I thought that it must be some great 3/4 hp disposal. I checked later and discovered that the disposal costs $130 at Home Depot. So, $470 for a house call and a 20 minute installation - outrageous. I actually called Blue Frog the next day because I thought it must have been a mistake. No, they said that was their price for that item. Shameful

I will definitely use Texas Plumbing again. They were able to send someone out same day and he was knowledgeable and professional. He took care of a clogged drain; I also had him use the camera to check another problem (sewer drain).

Two young gentlemen entered our home, and onto the laundry room. They were well trained, and each one carried themselves in a professional, yet personal way. Within a matter of minutes, they had successfully re-stared our water heater pilot light, and without charge and we were flabbergasted!It was just the opposite experience we had with a different firm, and they took advantage of our ages, and frail conditions and committed fraud and interstate criminal actions against our persons, and property. We have nothing but accolades for your young, talented technicians. Your name is made stronger, and your training more ethical than any plumbing establishment that we have encountered.
