Mario our contractor was very knowledgeable and explained every detail of the repair before proceeding. After his explanations I felt like an expert.

We had an emergency on Sunday and after calling many plumbers GEI was the only one to say they would be happy to come to our rescue. It took 2 days to do the repair. They arrived at 8:30am and stayed until 12 am to finish the job. We are senior citizens and really appreciated the time and work to get our plumbing back and working for us.

The experience with Blue Frog Plumbing was very professional and all work was done in a timely manner. The front office personnel Mrs.Jill was very courteous and helpful. The techs did a great job and I would definitely recommend this company.

Rex was very polite and professional during both appointments. His first visit he completed plumbing work in both my bathrooms. He did an awesome job! His second visit two weeks later he installed a new hotwater heater. Again he was very polite and professional. He was mindful of his time and finished both jobs in a very reasonable time frame. I will call Wedgeworth Plumbing and ask for Rex the next time I need a plumber.

At the time of this posting, the job had not been started yet. Patrick had come out and given us an estimate on the job that needed to be done, the young man seemed very knowledgeable and explained the work to be done and when it could be started.

They arrived early, quickly found the problem, devised a solution and implemented it. The team was courteous and pleasant, did what they said they were going to do, and cleaned up everything afterwards.

Friendly people. Customer- oriented. VERY fast to fix plumbing issues. Thorough and took good care of my yard. They re-planted my grass and didn't disrupt any tree roots.

Water Heater Replacement

The Project Manager, Michael Leija, was Excellent!!! He helped me throughout the insurance process & coordinated all of the services needed to complete the job. The water restoration technicians, Jose & his co-worker were Excellent! Forgive me for not remembering the other young man's name. Those young men were very knowledgeable and professional! My plumber, Brent McGee, was So Superb! He was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful, & he fixed my plumbing issue! I wish that I could give 10 stars to everyone who helped me in this process! Thank you Roto-Rooter for your very knowledgeable and professional staff members!!! There was one other Project Manager that I would like to thank for being so Excellent also, Mr. Sampson!

Awful. The vm said out of town for a wedding until the 10th. Send a text. Sent a text no reply. Now the 17th no reply. Called got same voicemail. Never used them but not for lack of trying

I have always had fantastic, quick and reliable service from Lucky's. From fixing a backed up sink to replacing my water heaters to completely remodeling my master bathroom, they have been a wonderful company to work with.

I have dealt with a LOT of companies in this hometown of mine but, I have never experienced ANYTHING like Mr. Rooter! I had an overall check done of my new home (new build) and Michael was thorough, informative and helpful in checking EVERYTHING, explaining how it all works and teaching me how to maintain and check things going forward. I am still in awe of this experience. He was also very considerate of my home; from placing a mat outside the front door, to putting on those shoe wrap things that must embarrass men, to my walls and just everything in our home! I will always call Mr. Rooter for any issue I have going forward! I can highly and honestly recommend this company - especially if Michael is any indication of their overall competence and courtesy!

First, let me start off by saying Lindell is so kind and polite. When I explained my water heater issue, he tried to walk me thru any possible remedies over the phone. When they did not work, he explained the after hours policy and he would be at my home within 2 hours. He communicated his ETA as well as the entire process to fix my issue. There was no up sell or fluff, straight to the point and got the job done within 30 minutes. He was so professional and courteous. I will absolutely use his company again!

Excellent service! I highly recommend Acacias Plumbing. Called them and they offered to be there the following morning (my issue was not an emergency). My schedule did not work for that so they came out the next day. The plumber who arrived was very knowledgeable and was happy to explain everything to me. He did not push any unnecessary fixes or upcharge me. He took his time to make sure my leak was fixed before packing up and leaving. I am so happy I have found a plumber that I trust!
