Had a couple of toilets that were leaking. Quindarin Taylor came out and was super helpful and fixed all our problems the same day. We also had an problem with an outdoor storm drain and Village sent out Scott Gomez same day. Everyone was super professional and he ran his camera and diagnosed the issue so quickly. I first had an AC company try to clear my AC drain, they “blew it out” but it continued leaking. The inept company told me I needed a plumber. So I called one and after charging for a visit they told me I needed the drain pipe to replaced for $1,500!After an extensive search I found Cooper.was They came in 1 day, cleared the AC drain as well as the main drain the the AC drain empties into.I can’t say enough good things about their competence, professionalism and timeliness. Not to mention they saved me over a $1,000!If you want the job done properly Cooper is the company to call.They also give us veterans a discount. ??

Outstanding installation from the technicians. Removed a 45yr. old sink and installed new one along with faucet and disposal. Also, replaced the old water valves. Very satisfied with their work and professionalism.

Best plumbing service I have ever experienced. Fast, honest, friendly and very knowledgeable. Not to mention that my water heater was repaired when another (franchise) service wanted to replace the unit. Probably saved me $2,000.

I received great service and the technicians were timely, friendly and professional. Communication was great from the time I initially called in. They sent out an email with a photo of the technician and confirmation that they were on their way. Great experience all around.

After a more local business no-showed on us, I messaged them to request service because their reviews were so good. They were prompt in responding to my request, gave me a service time window that they communicated with me within, and bypassed a problem that I regularly had with my water heater. A++++++++++Our home warranty company scheduled their plumber to come out for an emergency overflowing toilets and shower. They never showed. Richard with bluefrog plumbing went totally out of his way to take care of my problem on extremely short notice. We are new customers for bluefrog and they treated us as if we had used them for years. Bret was very professional and I recommend them to absolutely anyone. A+++++++++++

On time and highly professional. They deserve 5 stars except for this:I was quoted a $65.00 service call fee. No problem, come out and tell me what's wrong.The plumbers arrive, assessed the situation (slow draining kitchen sink), and quoted me a price. They were unable to unclog the drain (most likely a collapsed pipe) but still charge me $310 for the service.Now, I certainly understand getting paid for doing a job, but fully charging for incomplete work seems wrong. For this reason the company earns just 3 stars.

These reviews are fake. They’re literally trashy and nothing like described in the reviews. Run while you can. There are so many other places that will do a good job. I’ve learned my lesson. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.
