I had a leak in the waterline from the city main line to my home. Cooper Plumbing LLC sent a tech out the morning after I contacted them online. The tech was unable to turn off the main line, so the city had to come in and replace the shutoff valve that evening. Cooper was back out that next morning, replaced the cracked line and cleaned up the area. Tech was polite, kept me informed of what was going on and gave me an upfront estimated quote. He was right on the quote when the job was done.Will definitely use Cooper Plumbing LLC if a plumber is needed in the future.

We had a pipe burst at midnight on Tuesday during our winter storm. Miraculously, Nick's Plumbing was able to send something out the next day. They reviewed the situation, gave us an estimate, and repaired the broken pipe. They were very professional and even showed us the broken pipe and explained things to us. I highly recommend them. The specific person that we dealt with was named Eric, and he was excellent to work with. We would definitely use them again.

Second time to use this company. I use them on by 8-unit apartment complex. They are always on time. Mostly ahead of time.Very professional. Very fair on pricing. Main thing I like about service companies is that I want to feel like I can trust them. This way I don’t have to go checking around on prices with other co’s and I know they’re going to do good work and show up when they say.I definitely recommend them. :-)

I really appreciate the prompt service they provided after our pipes burst during winter storm Uri. Other plumbers were said the wait was up to 2 weeks to have them come out. Halo plumbing came out the same day, fixed my pipes and did a thorough search to look for an other leaks.

Outstanding service - from the customer service rep on the phone to the technician that performed the service. Luis G., the technician, was very polite, professional and thorough. The job proved to be difficult, but he stayed with it and the results were excellent. This was the second service by Roto-Rooter at our home and both experiences have been excellent. Lucky’s looked at an area on the wall behind the toilet that was damp after a house cleaning service did a deep clean through the house a few days ago. The dampness dried up the next day and stayed dry thereafter. However, I called Lucky’s to make sure there were no underlying problems. Eric confirmed there was no leaking from the toilet. He also found a 1/8 inch drop using a level on the floor from the wall to 2 ft away. Since there was no stain around the toilet base caulking, Eric said the water from mopping ran down the grout channel under the wall and absorbed into the sheet rock where I saw the dampness. He also said there was no trip charge!I appreciated Eric’s honesty, knowledge and professionalism and am happy to recommend him and Lucky’s Plumbing

I recently had my foundation lifted and with that had possible plumbing issues within my slab. I work in residential construction and my plumber(Linc Plumbing) recommended their sister company Redfin to assist. They came out the next day and were extremely professional, thorough, and knowledgeable about all of the possible issues I could have. After the inspection, the technician gave an honest opinion on what to do moving forward. I have dealt with a lot of plumbers, Linc plumbing and Redfin plumbing are by far the best in the industry.
