He was extremely helpful to professionally make the best decision on how to solve our problem. Highly professional, caring, very pleasant. Protected the working area. Reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Contacted Tuesday night, set up appointment for Thursday morning between 8 & 10. Showed up just at 8, repair was done in 45 minutes. Good value. Thanksgiving Day is a time for family and friends not greeting the Fire Department at your front door! As we found out, all our alarms went off at the same time because the hot water heaters in the attic were flooding into them. Hence, a frantic call for a Plumber. We would like to give a big thanks to Duane and Kris at Bluefrog Plumbing for coming out Thanksgiving weekend to replace our leaking hot water system. They arrived promptly and were able to locate the issue and provide us immediately with a new system. Duane even suggested to change the way our system was originally plumbed to make it more efficient and last longer. Duane is such a nice, personable guy. Called in the morning and they sent Joe and Jay who arrived promptly at scheduled time and explained need to replace old water heater and were prompt, courteous and explained process and pricing along with warranty and service to help extend the life of the heater. Clyde #979 arrived quickly after our SOS call for our kitchen sink clog. We were about to have to wash the dishes in the bathtub. Clyde was courteous and professional. He solved the problem quickly with his motorized snake. We were so grateful! He did a great job, and he highly recommend him and Roto-Rooter!
