We had a great experience with Roto Rooter today. Our technician, Jim R. (Tech #1046) did an excellent job for us diagnosing our issue and fixing our garbage disposal. He did the work quickly and efficiently. Afterwards he kindly took the time to look at and fix up a problem we were having with another faucet. This is the kind of honest, professional work that we always hope for but is often hard to come by, and for this reason we highly recommend Houston Roto Rooter and Jim R.

We found a leak in our bathroom and looked online to find a local plumber who could come out. I called Friday morning, they came out Friday afternoon, and started on Saturday! They were so thorough. We knew when we bought our house that it had the original plumbing from the 70s that would need updating at some point. Lucky's gave us quotes for the immediate fix that needed to be done as well as what a total repipe would be. I appreciated that they walked us through options. We went with the repipe, because we knew that would put us in a better position in the long run. I can't say enough amazing things about the quality of the work they did! With COVID, we were home the whole time they were working (probably not the most convenient for them). They were so clean, efficient, and communicative as they worked. The plumbing team was amazing; Eric, Daniel, and Broderick consistently made sure we knew what they were working on and as they found other issues, inevitable in a house this old, they walked us through options and made sure we were comfortable with everything they did. One of the things that we loved about their quote was that it included the work and repairing the sheetrock and leaving it in a paint ready condition. Manuel and his team left our house in beautiful shape! Now that we got the house painted, you can't even tell there was ever an issue. I am so grateful for the work Lucky's did. We will be customers for life.

This is the second time we have used Abacus and both times we have been very impressed by the electrician's knowledge, professionalism, and courtesy. Their prices are reasonable as well. Although they don't give you a morning or afternoon time frame for arrival, they do call about an hour before they will be at your home. We will continue to use this company because we trust them. A rare commodity in today's market.
