The person who answered the phone was very polite & helpful She gave me accurate information about what I would pay & I really appreciate that they have Saturday appointments at regular business prices. Taking half a day off work is very hard. On the day of the appointment I was contacted in the morning and was told approximately when to expect the technician When he was on his way, I was sent a picture of his face (truly appreciated as I was meeting him alone) & was able to log onto an app that showed me his real time location so I knew exactly when he’d be at my door. Jeremy Burks was knowledgeable & considerate. He quickly solved the problem & gave me advice on how to prevent it. Great company & great job!

I first had an AC company try to clear my AC drain, they “blew it out” but it continued leaking. The inept company told me I needed a plumber. So I called one and after charging for a visit they told me I needed the drain pipe to replaced for $1,500!After an extensive search I found Cooper.was They came in 1 day, cleared the AC drain as well as the main drain the the AC drain empties into.I can’t say enough good things about their competence, professionalism and timeliness. Not to mention they saved me over a $1,000!If you want the job done properly Cooper is the company to call.They also give us veterans a discount. ??

We had water seeping up from our carpet in the master bedroom and had no idea of where it could be coming from. They sent someone the same day and was able to quickly identify the source. Joe was very knowledgeable and was considerate of doing work that was only necessary. Highly recommend !

I have used Gei plumbing for twenty years and I have always been fully satisfied with their work. They appear as promised, work efficiently and most important covey a sense of confidence and expertise. These guys are the best. They are model plumbers and I cannot praise them enough. Highly recommended and worth waiting for. They are busy but they do not disappoint.

My experience with Roto Rooter has been absolutely terrible. When I first looked them up online, I saw all the good reviews and figured this would work out great for a leak that developed in my house. So I called them a few days ago to schedule an appointment in the 4-6 pm time slot and answered all their questions to classify my leak and get the right assistance. The day of my appointment, the dispatcher that first called me (Jarell) was very polite and courteous and asked me additional questions to ensure that he sent the correct technician to my house, and he informed me that he'd be in touch. So I left work in time to be home for the appointment window and 6pm rolls around and still no follow up call. Around 6:30 pm I proceed to call dispatch and a lady picked up this time. She informs me that I have to keep waiting as the technicians are very backed up. and she informs me that there is no possible way to get a time estimate. At almost 8pm, she finally calls me back and proceeds to ask me what kind of leak I have and what type of service I need (this is now the third time I've answered this question) and she tells me they only have people available to fix a clog not a plumbing leak (which I had originally specified) and that I have to continue to wait for her to see if a plumber will be available sometime tonight. She repeated again that there's no way to estimate what time and if he will even be available. I have already wasted hours waiting for a service person to show up, and now they expect me to stay up even later with no time estimate and no guarantee that a technician will even come by tonight. This is ridiculous. I hope no one else will have to go through a situation like this.

We have called All In The Family Plumbing more than once. They are always responsive to our calls and on time. When in our home they have the best and friendliest demeanor - truly as if we are family. Work-wise they are outstanding. The technician/plumber came by to determine what was needed to to clean out a clogged drain for our washing machine. He gave what I think was a fair price to run the snake in our line to try and unclog it. We determined a date and time for the service which was accomplished to my satisfaction. As I have come to expect Eddie is a very good hard working plumber and so far our washing machine is draining better than it has in years. We have found a plumbing company (Redfin) that I would be more than happy to recommend to my friends.

I HAD JEREMY FROM KATY PLUMBING COME OVER AND LOOK AT THE PREVIOUS COMPANY HAD INSTALLED, ONE SO CALLED HARD WATER FILTER. JEREMY COULDN'T BELIEVE HOW CARELESS THEY INSTALLED THEIR SYSTEM AND NEITHER COULD I. IT WASN'T UP TO CODE, IT WAS ALL EXPOSED, THE CONNECTIONS TO AND FROM THE FILTER WERE LEAKING, IT WAS A MESS. SO JEREMY SPENT SOME TIME TELLING ME THE SYSTEMS THEY SELL, AND HOW THEY'RE INSTALLED. HE EVEN HAD PHOTOS OF THE JOBS HE'D DONE, HE EXPLAINED THAT THEY FOLLOW ELECTRICAL CODE, AS WELL AS OTHERS. HE EXPLAINED THAT THE PIPE SHOULD BE BURIED, AND AFTER JEREMY AND HIS ASSISTANT ROBERT HAD INSTALLED THE WATER FILTER AND WATER SOFTENER FILTER, IT LOOKED VERY PROMISING! JEREMY IS A JOURNEYMAN PLUMBER, I WAS A JOURNEYMAN ELECTRICIAN. WE BOTH WENT TO TRADE SCHOOL, AND IT REALLY SHOWED IN HIS WORK! I'LL NEVER USE ANY OTHER PLUMBING SERVICE, KATY PLUMBING DOES THE JOB RIGHT, ON TIME, AND THEY ARE MORE THAN WILLING TO ANSWER QUESTIONS OR DO MORE PROJECTS WHILE THEY'RE THERE! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM, THEY'RE NOT CHEAP, BUT YOU DO GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR FROM KATY PLUMBING, GREAT SERVICE, AND THAT'S TRULY HARD TO FIND NOW DAYS!
