Best Water Heater Service in Houston TX

Great to have the cool air flowing again! Village Plumbing provided a quick solution when our a/c system quit during a hot week in Houston. Company rep Nancy Harris responded immediately to our request for an assessment balancing the cost of repairs to our 20 year old unit vs a new system. We opted for the new system and within two days technician Levy Pedraza and his assistant Urtzel were on site demonstrating the top-shelf quality of their work and professionalism. When they drove away the next day, we had a brand new system efficiently pumping cool, filtered, and disinfected air throughout our house. We highly recommend the service and work provided by Village Plumbing.

He explained the service that needed to be done and he was very professional! The charge was very reasonable. I also liked that we could schedule our appointment online and they give you a 30 minute call prior to coming out.

My tech from GEI Plumbing Services came out to do routine maintenance on our Carrier Infinity Series heat pump/ac system. He was very friendly, courteous, professional, and thorough. He suggested the installation of a surge protector to prevent possible damage to expensive components. Definitely seemed like wise advice. I thanked him and had him make the install. We have been dealing with GEI Plumbing Servicesice for many years and have nothing but the highest regard for them. Keep up the good work guys.

The pilot light on our water heater stopped working and the unit was leaking gas. After some research I contacted HaLo and got an immediate and informed response.Unfortunately, due to Covid, the replacement part for our water heater was not available. I confirmed this by calling other businesses as well as the manufacturer. After waiting for parts to 'maybe' come in for two weeks with no hot water we pulled the trigger on just getting a new unit.Loren was very helpful and the price was great for the unit we bought and having it installed. I precisely recall that we made the decision to replace the water heater around 2pm and it was installed before 5pm the same day.The technicians were helpful, nice, and very professional. I can't recommend this service enough and have already recommended them to two neighbors who needed plumbing services.

Came out and told me to fix a sink clogging, they needed to break a piece under the sink and they would have to get a different technician out to do so. I unscrewed everything under the sink and fixed it myself in 15 minutes. Thanks for nothing. But at least I saved money on what they thought was a quick come up off of me. Will not recommend

He was great! He was early in the window of time, very professional and sweet. Cleared our drain and offered other services and opinions. We will certainly call again if we have plumbing needs!

I was impressed with these folks. They were very professional, reasonably priced, and very quick with the work. In my experience, larger companies have crazy overhead and charge you unreasonable amounts for minor work - these guys did a great job at a fair price.Work done:- Remove and haul off old toilet, install new toilet.- Repair leaking sprayer diverter on roman style tub- Repair malfunctioning water faucet on tub- Replace water supply lines & shut-off valves to a bar sink and replace the faucet.

I found them on Angie's List. I need to get the plumbing on my entire home redone and they have a special. They were scheduled to visit my home on Friday, 11/10/17 between 9-12pm. They said they would call 30 minutes before they were on their way. They called me at 12:58pm. Needless to say, I had to reschedule. They were supposed to come again today, 11/15/17 between 12-4pm. It is 4:02pm now and I have not heard from them. I would not recommend this company.Thank you for your response Mike, however it is all about communication. A simple call would have corrected the issue on 11/10/2017. On 11/15/2017, I never received a call from your company. If you tried to call and received no response, why didn’t your company leave a message. I didn’t receive a message because your company has not called. Instead of taking responsibility, you’d rather blame the customer. Again, I would not recommend your company. Your company is not reliable and apparently not trustworthy.

Lindell is always punctual and professional. He removed and installed a toilet for us today and was very efficient and timely.

Trustworthy and reliable company that does a fantastic job without cutting corners. If you want it done right, then you should hire these guys since you'd rather have it done correctly! They're also very professional at what they do with a good attitude at all times so expect nothing less of what's written here. Good luck!
