Very easy and convenient to set up appointment. Appreciate all the communication - confirmation, follow-up with information on the plumber Anthony, and updates on the arrival of the plumber. Anthony was extremely helpful and did a great and professional job with the installation of the faucet. He was patient with all my questions. I requested additional quotes for future work, and he sent me all the quotes at the end of the visit along with pictures and videos he has taken of the issues noted. Work was very thorough and would be contacting them again.

We used Halo Plumbing on the recommendation from a neighbor. We had a leaky pipe (very slow) that connects to our hot water heater. When I first contacted Loren he let me know that they were slammed with calls from Winter Storm Uri and he would schedule me once things slowed down since the issue wasn’t urgent. I appreciated the transparency. His office called me sooner than expected and sent a tech out. The job ended up being more complicated than they initially hoped due to old pipes and corrosion, and the had to cut into our wall to access the pipes. They worked really hard to fix the pipes without having to remove our water heater, which we really appreciated. Both techs were very nice and cleaned up before leaving. The cost ended up being a little higher than the initial estimate, which after taking to the office manager Karen we understand reflects the added complexity of the job. Overall we are satisfied with the work and would recommend Loren and Halo.

I had problems with my hot water heater for years. I had them replace it and they were awesome. The hot water heater was installed the same day and they were very polite and professional. If you need any kind of plumbing help I highly recommend them

Made appointments but never showed. I had to make lots of calls to lots of people and after 17 days without gas, it was finally fixed. No thanks to TQP.

My plumber Anselmo Del Valle was fast, reliable, professional, and very knowledgeable about what he was doing. I would defiantly recommend him and his company Roto Rooter to my friends and family for all their plumbing needs.

These guys are great! They moved 2vent pipes, moved s water line for the fridge, installed a toilet and installed a water filter system for our bar. I would say the quality of work is excellent ? and we will be using them again for our plumbing needs.?

We've used Lucky's Plumbing on several occasions and their service is fantastic! Over multiple visits, Brandon fixed a pipe that was leaking in our attic, repaired an outdoor shut-off valve, unclogged a slow draining kitchen sink, and also gave us a heads-up on things to watch for with our pipes as our house ages. Emily at the office has answers to all the questions, and was very helpful setting up my appointment including excellent communication leading up to their arrival on site. Hector and team came out to fix a few miscellaneous things from a home inspection. He was very responsive and they always call or text regarding their ETA.All the work was done properly and tested and their invoice included pictures of the work and even some before/after photos where necessary.Best of all, they're respectful of property and wear shoe coverings inside (and they remove them outside! It's pointless to wear them outside AND inside the house) and clean up after themselves.

I was given Brad's Plumbing as a recommendation from my neighborhood Facebook group. The water would not turn off in my master bath shower. I know nothing about plumbing so was freaking out a bit about all the wasted water flowing. I called Brad's Plumbing and left a message. Within 10 minutes I received a call back from Brad and he said he had a man who could come out within an hour or two depending how long his current job would take. I was SOOOO appreciative for the same day service.BUT IT GOT BETTER! 1 hour after my initial call to Brad's Plumbing Joey arrived at my door to fix my master bath shower. Joey was polite, friendly and he gave my cat some attention which is always appreciated by my cat. Joey fixed my shower and even helped me get the ladder to my attic crawl space back in place (I was struggling).I cannot recommend this company enough. Thank You Brad for the quick response and Thank You Joey for fixing it so quickly. And Bronson thanks you for the pets :)

Had previously given this company a 5 star rating. This week, we have had them out to replace our external electric box, update our internal box to current codes.After this, we found out we needed to replace our entire A/C system. They came out the next day, then left without finishing the work (we found this out when the new A/C stopped working the next day and one of their techs informed us that it was not complete).They also told me they would schedule someone to come the next day and re-install our attic stairs (this wasn't scheduled until I spoke to their management on Thursday night). It's currently Friday, the stairs have finally been re-installed (took literally 30 minutes to do). There are exposed wires lying on the ground outside next to our condenser that have been spliced together and covered in taped and I've been getting an endless string of your on the schedule for today, but no ETA after being told the evening before that someone would be out before noon.Update: Have two customer concern escalation tickets logged. We'll see if they get in touch.Update 2: They called and tried to schedule an appointment for Monday. I explained the situation to the scheduler (which was probably my 9th time to explain it to someone) who was very understanding and helpful in escalating it. Someone is now on the way out to the house. This was a horrible experience.Update 3: Finally fixed. I should say ALL the technicians we're excellent. The issue with this company seems to be with the installation crew, a lack of communication in customer service and dispatch, and management (except for Rick who was extremely helpful). Not sure what happened to this company but it'll be a hard road to win back any trust from us.Pictured Below: Electrical safety!

I have called 3 different times and every time is its a run around. The first two times I called to get someone to come out they told me they would call me back and never did. Good thing I called around. The funny thing is my company is right across the street from them. Today I call because we need a leak fixed and yet again got the run around. They told me since I don't have an account with them they can't send anyone out, until I set an account up with them. I was never told the first two times that I needed an account to get serviced. So, I was put on hold then I reached an assistant and she asked me who I was waiting for, I then told her accounting (Which they were not in the office at the time I called). I expressed how unsatisfied on there service and I was ready to look else where. she told me to hold on and she will get to the bottom of it and get back with me. So yet again i was put on hold for a good minute until she got back on the line. she proceeded to tell me that she spoke to the dispatcher and the accounting lady was back in her office, her name was Kelsey I believe. so i sat on the phone waiting to be transferred to this lady and the call ended. This was a headache just to get service, found someone else and they our on the way and it took less then 5 minutes to get everything set up. i will never call them again. spend your money elsewhere.
