The first tech didn't know what she was doing, when they dispatched Pete Martinez he knew exactly what the problem was, he fixed the problem, and the the temperature got up to 80 degrees and after Mr Martinez fixed the problem it is coming back down and it's now 75 degrees and going down to set temperature of 73. Mr Martinez should be recommended to fix any problems he is a more seasoned technicianthen the prior tech Shade Moore.

Timely, polite, and tidy! Our shower was badly constructed originally and the faucet was inaccessible behind the tile. Eric was prepared and able to cut the tile out (pretty neatly!) to install the new part and get everything back together.

I called Texas Plumbing Wednesday afternoon with a gas leak. They came over right away. They worked until they found the leak, dug up my yard, pulled up concrete in one piece without destroying it. Replaced what needed to be replaced and put the yard back together (including the concrete). While they were there I had them fix a water leak inside the house.I am very satisfied in the work, the way they left my yard/cleanup, how quick they got to my home and their professionalism.

My hot water heater went out and I called them to come to relight it. They charged me $230.00 and stayed perhaps 15 minutes. My family and I went out of state the following day, due to it being Memorial Day weekend. Get back yesterday, no hot water.

18 years ago Thomas Ibanez was recommended to me as I was building my log cabin. He installed brand new sewer and water lines including hot water heater, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and sprinkler system. I never had any plumbing problems. We were so pleased with his quality of work and work ethic I called him again when I was building my new summer home. And again I was super pleased with his knowledge and workmanship. Trevor helped me to fix the dripping shower head. The cartridge was stuck inside and really hard to take out, Trevor managed to fix it. I appreciate his effort big time. Plus good service scheduling and come on time, everything is great!

Nice plumber. Job completed. Work required: connection of drain from ice maker; leaking sink and faucet in utility room, running toilet. 4.5 hrs and $150 parts total $760.00. No Kohler parts on truck. Work completed: 2 Strainers and drains replaced, o-ring in faucet; toilet bowl had to be removed to replace leaking valve. When drain line connected to piping for ice maker, strainer drained leaked afterwards. Longer than expected and higher cost than expected. You be the judge as to how I faired.

So we called this company at 8am yesterday and they sent out Rafeal and he came around 430pm. He was very knowledgeable and polite! He was informative and provided all the options that we needed for our system. Here it is the next morning and we are still cool. I have passed this company information to my neighbors and my friends because of Rafeal great service.
