Best Water Heater Repair And Installation Services in Houston TX

The excavation crew left the metal edging of my flower bed out on the sidewalk leading to our house. After a phone call to the company, I was assured by the operations manager that it would be fixed. It was not. My multiple phone calls to follow-up have not been returned. I give up. Terrible customer service. My husband and I knew we would be spending more with this company and assumed that would mean a hassle-free job. It did not. Learn from our mistake.3/19/19: In response to the business owner's response: my flower beds were fixed by my lawn care man, not the crew who did the damage. See above. No one replied to my repeated requests for assistance.

Nick's Plumbing did a great job for a higher price point for what I expected. The flange replacement was a welded brass for a new welded brass. It was completed in a hour time. The two technicians were helpful and informative. They cleaned up although they missed the walls where they touched with dirty hands (dark wall color so they didn't notice) so just something they need to be more careful of in the future.

From the moment I called them, they were able to come out quickly and fix my leaky pipe. The tech was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Not only did he fix my leaky pipe, but he also gave me great advice on how to avoid having it happen again in the future! If you need a plumber or any other type of service from GEI Plumbing Services, I highly recommend them.

We had a handle get stuck open in our tub late Saturday night. Blue Frog came on Sunday to help solve the problem. He ended up having to remove tile and did it so carefully that we were able to reuse that same tile! We appreciate the on call work of this plumber.

Second time to use this company. I use them on by 8-unit apartment complex. They are always on time. Mostly ahead of time.Very professional. Very fair on pricing. Main thing I like about service companies is that I want to feel like I can trust them. This way I don’t have to go checking around on prices with other co’s and I know they’re going to do good work and show up when they say.I definitely recommend them. :-)

Loren and his team are the epitome of professionalism in the industry. Quality work at a fair price. Loren is accessible, kind and thoroughly explains what to expect. We hired Halo for a whole-house repipe and the installation of a tankless water heater. The whole job was completed within 4 days and his team came out to the house to show us how to use the new water heater and answer all of our questions after the job was done. We were kept in the loop at every stage of the process and both Loren and his team effectively communicated in an area we knew nothing about. I highly recommend Halo and appreciate the quality work done on our home.

During the freezing weather in early March 2021 we lost electricity for 3 days. We turned off water to the house. Once power was restored we waited another 3 days to turn the water back on because we continued to have frigid weather each night. Once we turned the water back on we didn’t have any problems. One day later I went to wash a load of clothes and water came out from behind the washer. Through our neighborhood paper we found an ad for Bluefrog Plumbing. Ricardo Teran was the technician that came. He was very knowledgeable and from what he could see did not think (but couldn’t guarantee) that we had a pipe issue unless he removed the Sheetrock to check pipes. He gave us an estimate and let us know they did not do Sheetrock work to repair. We approved this and glad we did - there was no pipe damage and he said there might have been some frozen water in the washer drain so when I did a load it backed up. No issues since. We were pleased with Ricardo and would recommend Bluefrog.

The two plumbers were very helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to get right to work and finished up very quickly.I did not have the time to compare their price so I cannot speak to their affordability. However, for having a minor plumbing emergency and coming when they said they would I feel I paid a fair price.

I showed him the 3 issues i was having in my townhome and he assessed the situation quickly. He told me prices and how long the bathtub faucet repair would be. He also unclogged both upstairs sinks as they were draining slowly. Mike was very easy to talk to and he even taught me a couple things along the way. Would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter and Mike Harris to others.

Eric came over to help with a third floor bathroom sink that was clogged. It took him maybe two minutes to diagnose that it was an algae clog due to some sort of ac connection. He then took it apart to show me the algae and I was blown away at how spot on he was. The whole experience was actually pretty amazing as his knowledge base is extreme given that his dad is a master plumber and he himself had been working for almost 15 years at it. He wasn’t short on info and it turned into a seminar real quick as he was happy to share tons of guidance and anwsered all my questions.Thanks a ton Eric I’ll recommend yall to anyone. Cheers!

Please make sure you hire a quality person as they are the face of ur business.Am an individual not a company or ur competitor or a spammer first be ready to accept what is going on with your company. Excellent service! I highly recommend Acacias Plumbing. Called them and they offered to be there the following morning (my issue was not an emergency). My schedule did not work for that so they came out the next day. The plumber who arrived was very knowledgeable and was happy to explain everything to me. He did not push any unnecessary fixes or upcharge me. He took his time to make sure my leak was fixed before packing up and leaving. I am so happy I have found a plumber that I trust!

The gentleman who I spoke to on the phone and the one that actually came to our house were both very polite and knowledgeable. They were able to come out the same day but were flexible to schedule for the next day as well. Weren't pushy about adding on work that didn't actually need to be done, just what was needed to rectify our issue. Pricing is fair for the services rendered. Overall, a very positive experience and I will be contacting them again in future.
