Brandon was extremely knowledgeable, patient and shared his process to help me understand what contributed to my drain issues. He was extremely thorough and was familiar with repairs and issues in the past (he read our record before he came in). He also gave me a detailed plan to help prevent future problems. He even gave me a funnel to help me pour bleach into drain without damaging plumbing fixtures! Very responsive to my concerns and questions. He inspected all my plumbing and water heater for any potential problems. Yay!

Guys came out with in a couple of hours and fixed the problem fast and at a reasonable price. Will be my go to for a plumber from here on out.

We had a major water leak at our meter vault that needed urgent repair - our building was without water. After calling several companies, we found Halo Plumbing which reassured us that they could find the leak and fix it. They responded quickly and sent about 5 guys to tackle the issue. They not only found and fixed the major leak, but encountered a smaller leak as well, which they also repaired. We are so impressed with their service that we will continue to hire them for future plumbing needs. I cannot recommend Halo Plumbing enough.

Update to the review I previously posted. I left the previous review to emphasize how quickly Roto-Rooter responded the the feedback...Within 24 hours of posting the feedback below, I was contact my Roto-Rooter dispatch managers - Jim Bozarth and a woman (I cannot recall her name). Both were very helpful and agreed to make it right. Our licensed Roto-Rooter plumber (Joel?) arrived on time and resolved our issue quickly. Thank you for the going the extra mile and making it right. I would have given 5 stars if not for the original experience. Happy to use Roto-Rooter again.Earlier post...The gentleman who took the order was pleasant, and one of the dispatch persons was helpful (male). All other were rude. Original appointment was scheduled 9-11am. I was contacted at 10:30 to let me know the technician could not meet that commitment. Reschedule from 2-4pm. Called again at 3:40 to say technician could not meet that time commitment - promised 45 minute arrival. Then, after 1+ hours, I called again. Promised technician GPS showed almost there - be there any minute. Waited 30 more minutes, called again. Dispatch now says technician is stuck in traffic and would arrive in around 15 minutes. I informed this dispatch person that the previous rep said something different. She got an attitude and said she well, like I said, I just returned from lunch... Not apologetic and overpromised and underdelivered. Quite frankly, not what I expected from the Roto-Rooter name. Guess times have changed.

After having a BAD experience with Mercy Plumbing, my friend gave me the name of All in the Family. They came out, fixed my problem, confirmed what I thought, that Mercy was going to show me NO MERCY, and charged less for cleaning out ALL drain lines than Mercy did for the kitchen sink clog. They should be voted Best in Texas.

Steven Barrera did an outstanding job of replacing the shower fixtures my two bathrooms. He was professional, efficient, and courteous. Abacus has a two-year warranty on their parts and labor. They are a tad pricey but you get what you pay for.I also obtained electrical service. Carmen Gonzalez gave me a reasonable price. Cole Barndollar and Ruben Ontiveros were here all day patiently and competently overcoming challenges of wiring my four cameras among other things. These were thoughtful professionals who cared about the quality of their work.
