This company is awesome. I called them at 11:30, at first they said they wouldn’t be able to come out until the next morning, when I told them my situation, they said they’ll see if they can get someone to come out today, 5 minutes later I got a text saying someone will be here 5-7 pm. When the tech arrived I showed him where the problem was and he got right to work and fixed everything in a timely manner, and did a great job on the repairs. This is the kind of company you don’t mind doing business with. I highly recommend Cooper Plumbing.

I called late yesterday and GEI Plumbing Services of Houston had someone here early afternoon next day. Our washing machine was leaking and a few things need to be tightened up. But if they hadn’t been able to come on such a timely basis we could’ve had a big leak and problems in our basement. The plumber who arrived was awesome! Toilets were draining outside on the ground due to a horrible clog in the old PVC pipes. I made one phone call yesterday evening 10/31/22 and they had a plumber at my door at 8:30 am 11/1/22. Hugo plumbing came out on a home warranty call. The technicians were great! I highly recommend their services. The guys came out for a clogged kitchen drain and they found and fixed a leaking toilet in the same visit.

I don't see my original post. Worst experience ever! Still waiting on a call back from owner and so is the attorney helping me. I know someone will come and post responses so please don't post just return the phone call so we can settle without going to court. Came to my home tried to install a damaged water heater; was caught. Then the techs caused water damage to my first floor ceiling and sent out contractors who did a crappy job. If you'll double check your paper work you'll see we never signed off on the work because I know that's your favorite comeback. PLEASE CALL BACK I AM NOT GOING AWAY UNTIL THIS IS ADDRESSED!
