Alex is beyond amazing. My overall project took a LONG time to finish but he consistently provided excellent service until his part (an all new HVAC) was complete. He was responsive to all of my questions and concerns. Definitely ask for Alex if you want any HVAC work done. You will not regret it.

Recently, our main floor toilet started making loud knocking noises whenever we flushed it. We called GEI Plumbing Services and Evan was able to repair the issue right away, leaving us very happy customers. We have used GEI Plumbing for every plumbing issue that has come up over the past 2 years (leaky faucets, changing out fixtures, drainage issues and installing a Water Cop system) and we have always received kind and professional service. Evan performs above and beyond what is expected of him.

I called Bluefrog to clear out my French drains. The water from heavy rains was starting to BSc up in the yard. At first I thought the estimate was a little high, but for all of the work they did to make sure the end result was totally clean drains and clear water,it was worth it.If use them again and recommend them.

Freddie (3702) and Antoine are the most competent plumbers I have ever met. They found the broken pipe in my sewer system under my driveway using a state-of-the-art in-line camera and scheduled a repair job. They are also the friendliest two guys who have ever come to my house. It was a pleasure watching them work, and they showed me what they were doing every step of the way.I would proudly recommend them for anyone's plumbing work.Follow Up PostTwo guys came to my home the next day. They cut out a section out of my driveway and dug down to the broken sewage pipe. Then they replaced the broken pipe with a better section with a clean-out directly over the replaced part. Then they filled the hole with dirt, and mixed concrete and repaired the driveway. All this was done in less than 3 hours.Thanks, Roto-Rooter, for a job well done. Carlos and his helper were just as friendly and courteous as Freddy and Antoine the previous day.

I had a really bad leak in my pantry and Alex and George explained everything to me and what they were going to do to fix the issue. They also fixed the flapper in my upstairs restroom. They were very kind and pleasant. I will definitely be using this company in the future.

I have used Brad's Plumbing since 1993 when I bought this house. Today I called as usual and they came right out to inspect the problem I had with my water meter connection. They (Jeremy, did a great job) replaced the connection and did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. Would recommend them to anyone in west Houston/Katy area.

I am very disappointed in this business. I had an issue with my A/C unit not pushing out cold air. We had a technician come out and inspect the unit. He informed us the Compressor was bad, and it would be cheaper to get a whole new unit. I asked if it was the capacitor, and he said the capacitor was not the issue. He didn't even check the capacitor.The man then quoted me $9,600 for a new unit but had a 10-year warranty on it. I told him I would have to think about it, in which he said, I'm not your financial advisor, but you'll need a new unit soon. He then charged me $199 for the diagnostic, even though I told him I was a veteran.I called an army buddy of mine who was HVAC certified as well. He informed me my Compressor was fine, but my capacitor was dead. He then replaced it without issue, and now my family saved over 9000.I am disappointed that this business would take advantage of a veteran and his family, especially in these hard times. I pray that no other family is taken advantage of by this company, who's main focus is to sell A/C Units and not repair them.I even looked up the same unit that was quoted and found it to be around $2300. Unless labor is $7000, this company is taking advantage of people. My only regret is that I cannot give it a zero star.Abacus, shame on you. Shame on you for taking advantage of people in this heat. Shame on you trying to sell me a whole unit when it wasn't needed. Shame on you for charging me $200 for a diagnostic. I hope you change your business model and think of the people you serve.

Chose them over 10 years ago because they offer Aceduraflo. Have helped me out a number of times, many in a pinch! They expect only the best out of all their employees who are proud to work for TDT. They offer the best solutions for the situation. They are not in business to sell you unnecessary products or services. They will come back out of there is an issue. I have fired two plumbers in Houston due to ethics and overcharging. TDT is an awesome company!

Professional and patient. They came quickly even though they were busy, and explained the answers to all of my questions. We had a sewage back up and they were able to diagnose and fix the issue right away. Highly recommend.

I wanted to switch back to a gas stove, but was worrried about the capped gas line and hook up. M&M came out, checked the line and then hooked up my new stove and even re-lit my water heater pilot light when done. They didn't try to sell me on stuff I didn't need and did great work at a reasonable price. Solid friendly folks!

Arrived on time, quick, knowledgeable, though pricy service. They charge a modest $45 fee due to fuel cost increase. They sent Yanis (a Master plumber) to evaluate and replace a broken leaking plastic ball valve and replace and relocate an improperly located pressure reduction valve in one visit. Yanis showed considerable knowledge and spent time explaining the repair and best practices. Whole job cost $1080 and took about 2 hours. Did a great job cleaning up too. Of the 2 hrs, waited 30 minutes for someone to drop off parts.Edit: Price was actually on the high side after researching parts installed. Parts was about $200 so paid about $350-400/hr for labor but Yanis was knowledgeable.
