DO NOT HIRE!!!!!I had a technician come inspect/diagnose my unit MARCH 23, 2022 as I had a burning scent the night before. He came in and within two minutes informed me that the blower was burned out. So he quoted me $985 for a replacement. He had me pay at that moment and then departed. I have never had to pay for a service before having service performed. A different technician was sent out an hour later and replaced the faulty motor to the blower. The unit still did not work after completing the job and the technician proceeded to try and sell me a new furnace for $4,500 dollars as he did not advise replacing any other parts. He then said replacing the furnace was a bad move as my unit is oversized for the size of my house and he proceeded to offer and sell me a brand new unit for $16,700. I was taken aback and stated that I would have to think about that before making a decision............ I quickly called another HVAC contact (Air Mart of Texas LLC) that my architect boss recommended after sharing my experience with ONE CALL. The other HVAC contact came out and did a full diagnostic. Said the AC/Furnace unit was large but that it was still in good condition. The new HVAC contact replaced the circuit panel for $300 and that is all that needed to be performed to have my unit work.

How about getting a job done in 1 day instead of 2. Anxiety quelled. Our Plumber, once the wall was exposed, saw a way of delivering a more efficient repair and bonus... costing less. When one lives in an inherited home (85+ years) it's gratifying in knowing the Servicemen can and will get the job done, no matter what surprises the old house has inside it's walls and floors. Happy? You bet I am. I have One Call on speed dial, because I trust the Company and.... Thank you Willie, Andrew and Rosario.

Having used OneCall several times in the past (Plumbing & A/C), they never failed us! Sunday noticed a leaking corroded pipe fitting (could burst at anytime) called and asked for 1st. appointment Monday morning. As usual they came through again! Received a call 8am, tech arrived 8:15am. Tech explained what needed to be done with the cost and the 1year warranty. Work was completed in a timely manner, explained the repair and cleaned up area. I would highly recommend OneCall for all your Plumbing and A/C needs!!

Dillon at One Call did a great job. He was super nice and was very insightful on the problems I was having with my heating system. He had to walk up three flights of stairs almost 10 times but kept a positive attitude and kept me updated on the situation.I would recommend One Call for any future HVAC needs

Great team of individuals who are honest upfront and knowledgeable. I did my research before they came out so their answers aligned. Nick and Carter were efficient and took good care of my newly renovated bathroom to fix the problem without having to tear out the vanity. They cleaned up and left my home in great shape. OneCall replaced my water heater in 2021. While I’ve had 1 or 2 small issues since then, one of them being a leak from the pipe fitting that I discovered this Christmas morning (due to cold weather), their customer service is one of the best I’ve seen and keeps me loyal to them.Bobby has come out during each time to come fix the issues and he explains what went wrong and what he will do to fix it.Being an existing customer, they are very quick to respond and send someone out.

I am so impressed with One Call. We lost heat on Christmas Day. Dillon came out the next day and by the 27th, we had a new system that works like a dream.We needed a new dishwasher installed, which Home Depot couldn’t and wouldn’t do 3 times in a row. Bobby, the plumber, had it installed right away.Everyone we worked with at One Call was polite, as well as professional.

I had AC issues that other companies were not able to help me with and advised for me to just replace the unit. Thankfully, I was able to find Bobby Parker, who was able to find the issues and fix it without charging me an arm and a leg! I am so glad I was able to find him! One Call is a good company, we have used them for years for plumbing and a/c work. Billy and Nick did annual heating inspection today and were very thorough. Give One call a call for your A/C and Plumbing needs. They have also done a full re-pipe with pex pipes this past summer.

Bobby was great! He drained my hot water tank to clear any settlements and showed me how to do it next time. I appreciated him talking me through it. The cost was minimal and One Call staff was excellent!!

I used this company to install 2 expensive DAIKIN HVAC systems. The quality of their work was substandard, they used untrained subcontractors for the installation and my ACs were never set up and worked properly. Countless repair calls starting from the day after the installation, premature AC component failures due to poor installation and set up (luckily covered due to DAIKINs comprehensive warranty at the time), every time different techs, poorly trained , with no knowledge of what happened in previous calls. And good luck if you try to talk to a manager/owner of the business. It has been a total cluster.I would not recommend this company

OneCall handles all my ac, plumbing and electrical needs. Always happy with their people and work. All their workers are great, but Bobby is wonderful. He's a let's get this taken care of now kind of guy. Did have a hiccup with fairly new water heater but Bobby is on it and going out of his way to get this taken care of today. Since I have no family in Houston, I think of these folks as my family. I can't imagine doing business with anyone else.

Dylan and Carter did an excellent job diagnosing our issue. They were able to replace all of our ducts on Friday afternoon with no appointment and were finished by 5pm. Exceptional service

Wow! I could not say enough good things about Christian and One Call. I really didn't know what to expect on a short notice call but, these guys are the real deal. We recently had a tenant of ours accidentally snap off a tub faucet, to our dismay. With this particular property being a 1 bed 1 bath we were frantically in need of someone who could get to the property to assess and fix the faucet so our tenant could take a hot shower.That’s where Bobby of OneCall Houston came to save the day. Not only was Bobby able to show up within an hour on a Saturday afternoon to help with our emergency, he was also able to immediately recognize where the faucet had failed and help get our shower back in working order in no time. I don’t often write reviews, but I do word of mouth reviews with colleagues and friends. Edgar, if you’re reading this I wrote my first review (Yelp-on June 1st of this year) but was told by Christian to use this platform instead. See if you can find it-I mentioned Bobby and you in it. This week I had a thermostat issue that Rob diagnosed (on the weekend and headed fishing) but lined up and sent Christian to fix the next day ( we had to replace it). Christian was very professional and efficient in the task at hand. Added bonus was that he could be a stand-up comic in his off time! Edgar, good leaders (you) mold excellent staff that take excellent care of customers.

After our home warranty company said that the a/c that we had been band-aiding for a year said it was time for expensive replacements. We didn’t particularly care for the invoice that company produced…seemed like some frivolous things had been added to pad the bill. So, we decided to seek a second opinion. Enter One Call Houston that was recommended by a neighbor. Rob came out to talk with us and look over the proposed work order, and made his recommendations.We took a few days to think over our options and ultimately decided to completely scrap our traditional unit for a brand new inverter system for our large home, based on Rob’s recommendations. While they partner with programs to offer convenient financing such an expensive purchase, we chose to bring our own funds.He got us set up for installation the next week on September 26.Queue some mega bad luck and our installation took much longer than normal. While that in itself was frustrating no a/c in Houston sucks), One Call Houston was absolutely dedicated to not only seeing the job done, they saw it done RIGHT. They will not shortcut anything! Rob, Matt, Andrew ?…I know I am not naming everyone involved because of the unique problems we had, but everyone that entered our room was professional and courteous. I do want to point out that these kinds of installations have the potential to be very messy and I understand that. One Call Houston kept things as clean as possible and I had to clean up very little behind them. Might not mean a lot to some people, but it important to me.Overall, we felt like everyone that we interacted with was very honest and behaved like true tradesman; knowledgeable and professional.Given the chance, we will do repeat business with One Call Houston.

NEW UPDATE:March 25, 2023Yesterday the 25 year old house my wife and I live in decided that it’s HVAC system, or at least the upstairs part, had quietly expired after living a productive quarter century. Since it was summer-like hot in the upstairs I sent a “HELP” text to my friend and owner of One 1 Call Houston, Edgar Connery.By mid-morning today his crew (Mike, Andrew and Rosario) arrived to say farewell to the old system and commenced replacing it with a new, energy efficient replacement. The technicians worked over 7 hours outdoors (87 degrees) and in the attic (even hotter). After the installation theycleaned up and left no trace of even being in the house.As I write this review I am sitting comfortably upstairs where it is once again cool.Thank you again One 1 Call Houston for your excellent service.______________Nov. 3, 2022The power went out in part of our kitchen this morning. Shame on me for not knowing or recalling that OneCall also does electricity repairs. Another company was servicing something for a neighbor can I ask their technician for advice. He told me I probably need a whole new breaker box at the back of the house, which would cost well over $1000.I then called OneCall for a referral and spoke to the owner with whom I’ve been doing business for over 30 years. He told me OneCall also does electrical repair work and his crew would be out to my home within hours. True to his word, his professional electricians were at my house even before the appointed time. They promptly diagnosed the problem (not a new breaker box) repaired it, And the whole episode lasted maybe 30 minutes.I could not be happier with the service that I have been receiving from OneCall since it started in business some decades ago. If you are looking for an honest, reputable, and efficient company for your AC, heating, plumbing and electrical needs, you need look no further. I am as bullish on this company as I was the last time I wrote a review ( a few years ago). One Call is simply excellent.___________________I have been a very satisfied customer of OneCall Services since the company started. As recently as today one of their plumbers, Rigo, came out to my house to repair a severely clogged drain and drain pipe. The work was done expeditiously and he arrived on time. One Call came out to my house to repair my AC system. They completed an AC tune up and my system is up and running. Thank you One Call!

Called them out and the young man ran the snake to clear the washer drain. Finally it worked. For two weeks ..called again and was told that the clog was behind the wall. They tried to Help me with financing for about $700 more than the almost$300 I already paid. Never heard back when financing did not go through. I called another plumber and he cleared the drain. It wasn't done correctly the first time. I'm 66 and in a wheelchair...but not dumb. Really...stand by your work.

Christian was wonderful, he came out earlier than expected and identified the problem within 30 minutes. We were expecting to have to replace the entire AC unit but to our surprise, Christian said it was a small part within the unit that had gone out. He was professional, nice, and overall he provided a great experience. The pricing was very reasonable, in fact, it was a lot less expensive than we had thought. We were so satisfied and impressed with this company and Christian that we have already scheduled for him to come back out and look at some electrical issues. If you're looking for an honest company with nice employees to fix the various issues in your home, this is the place to call!

OneCall Plumbing Heating & AC company is a very good and reliable company; we have had three great experiences with this company for different problems in the past five years. They answered my phone call right away and scheduled my request as soon as possible. The company has a great customer service. Our third experience with this company was with Bobby who is very professional and caring person. Bobby explained the problem in detail and did a great job fixing it. Bobby is a very knowledgeable and skillful technician. We highly recommend Bobby and the company.

Our AC stopped working in mid-July when it was 100 degrees. After another company failed to deliver, we called One Call.They were out within several hours, and Andrew and Rozario quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem. They fortunately were able to fix it the same evening. Within 30 min after their arrival, we had cold air blowing once again. Great service, and they were well equipped for the job. Thanks One Call

addendum for 2nd time they came out for a different issueCalled one call to replace our leaking regulator valve for gas. As our gas was shut off, we needed it fixed asap for hot water and cooking. They evaluated and had it replaced the next day and everything has been working great since then. Center point came back and checked to make sure gas leak issue was fixed and no more leaks were noted. I want to thank Neil for being prompt and doing a great job.I have a follow up review because I used them again and this time around it was a terrible decision. I had water damage on our 3rd floor near the washer/dryer so we called their plumbing services and they said there was no leak and it was likely humidity from dryer so we use our exhaust fan there since then. We were not convinced so we called their ac mechanic to see if there were any issues with system. Those guys came today and said whoever checked the ac and the plumbing didn't check the ac drain line as it was clogged and the ac unit itself was leaking water because of it and it does coincide with the area that had water damage. I am absolutely disappointed by their work this time around and will probably not call them again

Leaks in the ceiling caused by pipe's freezing during our bout with extreme cold snap. Rob came by after hours, found and repaired the two (2) leaks quickly. This is a great company that we will be using again.

Joe was very friendly. Presented me with several options and patient with all my questions.Matt came out on the follow-upa week later and made sure my system was holding in good shave. Nice to have a tech/ company that knows what they are doing and willing to educate the customer, helps create peace of mind.

This company came out same day. The Technician, Christian Tippit was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He went over all of the options One Call has available for replacing our Hot Water Heater and worked diligently to find a finance option that fit our needs. We highly recommend One Call for any of your home needs!

We called Friday evening and spoke to Bobby about a weird drain clog we had where the bathroom sink was overflowing even though we didn't have the faucet on. He talked us through what to do to get through the night so we wouldn't have any overtime fees, then he scheduled us fohe morning. He let us watch what he did so that we could try and fix the clog in the future, though it turned out the clog was behind the wall so he needed to bring up his machine to fix it. But he was very professional, gave good advice, and we felt well taken care of the whole time!

We had a toilet repaired and three drains cleaned by Matthew. Matthew did a great job. The following day Rigo came to install a new toilet upstairs. Rigo also did a great job. Both men were very professional and courteous. They are the kind of employees any company would want to have interacting with their customers.

I was looking for a maintenance plan for my hvac system, and one call was very responsive and sent a technician the same day. Christian Tippit was extremely helpful with his suggestions and did a great job with installing a media filter and uv light. Would recommend to anyone, their maintenance plan is relatively inexpensive and their upfront with costs.

Have been using One Call since installation of Daikin unit in 2017. Have continued to have maintenance w this company. Christian has come out the last couple of times. Very personable and respectful and extremely competent. This company has always been upfront

No one wants to have a burst pipe happen in the same location twice but it did for me. One Call Technicians, Christian and Matt, fixed the pipe and listened to my request for a shutoff valve in the garage. They were very diligent in their work and improved on what actually got done. They did a quality job that I should have gotten from my first plumber in 2020. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing their services.

He was transparent from the beginning and I could tell he has a passion for the work he does. He explained my options and the process clearly. My local plumber not available for several hours. OneCall came extremely quickly when I had water gushing from my broken off exterior water hose pipe and couldn't find the water shut off valve because it was buried. Willie Johnson was kind, friendly, efficient and he fixed it within in an hour. Thank you...turned a bad day into a better one.

The tech came out and performed a diagnostic of my entire AC system. He was very professional and answered all of the questions I had. He explained what the problems were, how much they would cost to fix, and what might happen in the future if I didn't fix them. We ended up cleaning out the drain pipe, putting in algea tablets, and fixing some wiring on the roof too. Thanks Matthew for explaining everything and taking care of me and my AC! I bought the yearly maintenance package so they can come out and check my ac, heater, and plumbing once a year.

Our water heaters were making Very loud noises after using the hot water. We called One Call Houston and Rob came out to investigate.I was impressed by the thoroughness of Rob’s inspection of our systems and his recommendations. We scheduled a date for replacement of the old units (over 12 years old). Rob arrived on time and did an excellent job of cleaning up the plumbing work around our old units and installing the new tankless units in a clean and professional manner.We are extremely happy with our new units. No more loud noises and no more running out of hot water. And we also save money on our utility bill.Thanks Rob for the great work!

TL;DR: Bobby was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He genuinely cares about his customers and takes the time to educate and inform. Dispatch got him out to help us within 30 min; very efficient! Will use their services again in the future.My husband and I were putting up some shelves and were concerned that we possibly hit a gas line. To put our minds at ease, we called around to several plumbing companies and couldn't get anyone to come out sooner than Monday morning (we were calling Saturday afternoon). We reached out to OneCall and dispatch was incredibly helpful! Within 30 minutes from the time I called, Bobby came out to take a look. He was incredibly knowledgeable and assured us that we did not drill into a gas line; he even educated us on the tell-tale signs we should look out for if we DID in fact drill into one. While he was here, we also asked about some HVAC issues we were having. Bobby identified the issue and showed us exactly what was causing us trouble. We really appreciate that he took the time to help us troubleshoot, even if it was an issue unrelated to the original service call.Overall, incredible customer service experience and we have no doubts regarding which company we will use in the future for our HVAC/plumbing needs!

One Call replaced an A/C unit for us 7 years ago. We have a 10 year parts and labor warranty on that unit. During a recent tune-up (performed by another company), it was noted that this system was low on Freon. One Call sent a supervisor out the following day to inspect the unit. A leak was detected and an order was put in for a coil replacement. No hassle, no haggle, no charge. I appreciated the service tech’s honesty and professionalism. He didn’t try to upsell me. I was very pleased with this experience in contrast to previous experiences with this and other HVAC service companies. In my estimation, One Call has a valuable employee in their supervisor, Christian Tippit.

I've used OneCall for the past few years after bouncing around with various other HVAC companies for the past decade. This has been the only one so far that has been consistent with scheduling and professionalism.Recently had routine AC maintenance done by Christian. While the check-up was done fairly quickly, the part that makes the visit stand out was that afterwards we spent the next 40 minutes just talking about the AC. For example I learned a lot about media filters, even though I don't intend to use one. I appreciate that he took his time to answer my many questions afterwards, even when they weren't specifically applicable to my AC unit.

My downstairs unit stopped working after a storm. Christian, my technician was prompt and professional with my repairs. He gave us options and recommended to us what we could do to make our unit more efficient. I highly recommend using them for your HVAC needs.

OneCall installed my on demand hot water heater a few years ago. They also arranged for all of my water pipes to be replaced with PEX A piping. A whole house water filtration system was also installed. Their technicians are friendly, helpful, informative, considerate and well trained. My latest issue was connected to a lightening strike on my house which damaged my hot water heater. Rob came out quickly and found that the controller board for the heater was damaged. He ordered the board which came a few days later. Bobby came out and installed the new board and returned the hot water heater to a serviceable condition. I wouldn't call on any other plumbing service to work on my house. I am very satisfied that I can trust OneCall employees and the quality of their work.

Great experience overall with OneCall, dealing with Bobby primarily. Had them install a new HVAC system and water heater in my townhome. I appreciated how punctual and responsive they were, and appreciated how quickly they were able to come out, provide an estimate, and then get the work done when I was ready to - sometimes it can be like pulling teeth with other contractors, so I really appreciated this.There was a small equipment issue that came up a few days after my system was installed, and Bobby was very quick in coming out first thing to address it, so I also appreciated the level of service in that regard as well!

I bought a new water heater and after a few months the pilot light stopped restarting. Neil Young was my repairman who had to come out for 3 separate trips to re-install different parts from Rheems that were under warranty. Once the parts were available, he showed up next day with the repair. It's good to have hot water again!

Jonathan & Rosario installed a new hot water heater for me yesterday and they did an excellent job. They were both very nice, knowledgeable, cool guys who put care into their work. I’d trust them with any future plumbing repairs or projects.

Very cordial, and the $67.5 trip charge was fair, but they quoted almost $500 to remove toilet and replace wax ring. I took a couple hours and did it again myself. The real disappointment was said they said they cant guarantee that would be the fix and anything else would be much more. I guess if you make over $200/hr maybe its reasonable,but its out of my price range. My expectation was there was going to be a more thorough diagnosis and plan of action than a lets start here and rack up a bill with no firm guarantee. Maybe their charges are reasonable but I did not think so.

With the winter freeze that just happened, it has been so hard to get anything repaired, but OneCall really stepped in and managed to squeeze us in their filled schedule. We got a next-day appointment and now everything is fixed! We especially have technician Marvin to thank. He came and finished the job so quickly, he even gave us some extremely helpful tips for things that don't necessarily need repairing, just some sprucing up. Since he left, we are so relieved and confident that he did an amazing job fixing everything! This was definitely the most pleasant and stress-free repair experience we've had.

The technician, Bobby was super professional and kind. He showed me and explained in detail what the problem was and also ordered additional parts just in case the problem was further than initially thought. When the repair was said and done, he didn’t need the additional part and we were only charged for what was needed. He also made an adjustment to the setup to prevent further issues. He was honest and helpful and I would absolutely recommend this business to anyone in need of AC, plumbing etc.

Had Christian come out to give me an AC tune up and clear the main AC drain line. Got that fixed up and noticed another drainage issue and did not hesitate to stay and help try to resolve the issue. My call to One Call was three weeks after the big freeze. Mine was no emergency, but I was anxious to get a drain line unclogged on a home I had just bought as I was concerned about the possibility of a busted sewer line. I was told in the nicest way that an exact service time could not be promised as the company was still very backed up with repairs from the freeze, but they would try to give me a day's notice, with a minimum notice of 30 minutes. I could live with that. The very next day I received a call because one of the plumbers was working in the area and had some time to take care of my problem. I was able to leave work and met Ricky at the house. He was very king and informative. My problem was taken care of in just a matter of minutes and he had ideas about keeping my drains unclogged. Used another company to install 2 units a year and half ago. Nothing but problems. Fired other company and will only use Onecall from now on. Rigo did a fantastic job today. Extremely knowledgeable, well spoken, and thorough. I thought had a leak in a pipe in the attic, but Rigo ended up figuring out it was an issue with the HVAC ducting (cold air leaking, mixing with the hot air in the attic, causing condensation) leaking down through the attic floor. When I thought it was a pipe leak, I closed the water supply valve to the house... which broke! Rigo replaced the valve correctly and communicated great with me all day. A+

We have been on the waiting list since the freeze happened and have to call constantly asking when someone is going to come out and repair our thermostat or even get us a quote for installation. They the ones that install our AC and heating system, so we have been using them consistently to maintain it and have been happy until this new experience with them. Man, this was as good as it gets! Made a request about our water heater not staying lit. We've been having issues for a while. Mr. Rigo, the technician, explained various possibilities, but as it was an older heater, I insisted on having a new replacement. 3 hours later we had hot water. Last year we had another company tried to sell us a replacement, but I didn't feel good about it. One Call's offer was less $$ and 10yr parts & labor versus 1yr each. I will definitely use One Call again and specifically Rob. He correctly analyzed our plumbing issue and the price was very reasonable. He was punctual, professional, cleaned up after the work and he fixed it! We talked to 3 other plumbers and we chose Rob because he was very practical in his approach and seemed so honest. The others immediately started with the sales pitch and a couple of them said ridiculous things that just didn't make any sense. It's hard to find good people and these are good people.

Marvin was the service man who came out and repaired busted water pipes. He was friendly and professional and explained everything he was going to do to fix the problem. He showed each cracked pipe that he repaired and took pictures of all completed work. Before he left he cleaned up and discarded all broken pipes. In the future if I have busted pipes I will definitely ask for him and I would recommend him and One Call Plumbing to anyone needing their services. One day after closing on my home, I scheduled what I thought was routine AC maintenance, as advised by the company who performed my home inspection. Initially, I called a well-advertised company to come by to perform maintenance and was informed that my unit was a nightmare and that nothing would or could be done in its condition. The technician also informed me about a leak and told me he put tape on it. Gee, thanks.I googled other companies and was led to OneCall and Rob came during the scheduled time frame. He was awesome. I didn't get the greatest news because I ultimately had to replace the entire unit, but Rob explained everything I needed to know and I didn't feel taken advantage of. Oh yeah, even though the leak did exist, Rob did what he could in the meantime to make sure my house didn't flood, which apparently was close to happening. Toooooo expensive. Used them to clean clogged pipe in toilet and it cost me more than $340. Will buy me an Auger for $40 and have it handy just in case.

I received services for new Heater install on 04/2020. But March 2021 2 components went completely out before the warranty expired. They were both replaced at no charge due to the warranty. But now January 2022 again the exact same two components have gone completely out again but I was told I would have to pay this time $915.40 & it hasn't even been a full year yet. On the web page it states All Customers Will be Completely SATISFIED I AM NOT AT ALL . There's no INTEGRITY & I did not Fell VALUED... I am have already made a complaint with the BBB & my my next approach will be small claims court for all the money I paid for installation ($1800.00) & a ($67.50) service fee. Not good service at all.. I have no hot water in my home for over a month now

UPDATED 6/11/21:DISCLAIMER: I have no affiliation with One Call Air other than as a customer.These days it is almost impossible to find reliable home support services: Water, heat/AC, plumbing, electric, etc. Everyone wants that magic master list of people they can count on time after time. One Call Air is on that list. I am a semi-retired professional photographer and have been involved in a major charity project for the Houston Sheriffs department. I had a shoot scheduled for a Thursday afternoon, but on Wednesday my Daikin split level unit stopped working, and this after many years of great service. Murphy's law, I guess. So I immediately contacted One Call Air, and that day, they had someone come by to troubleshoot the problem. As it turned out, I decided to replace the old system, but had very little time in which to do it. No problem. The next morning, Marvin [manager] showed up one of his crew and the work to install the new units was underway. I can't say enough about Marvin's professionalism, workmanship and attention to detail. After everything was installed, he even brought a bottle of Windex to wipe any traces of fingerprints off of the studio walls. He also made sure that the unit's head was in perfect alignment with the walls and spent time with me to make sure that everything was operating properly. This is what i call service. Most people are just looking for a quick buck and they're out the door forever. One Call Air is not one of them. They stand by their customers and you can always count on them to perform the services in an exemplary manner. I had a clogged bathroom sink faucet; a Kohler. Just a trickle of water was coming out. So I called a well known local plumbing business to fix the problem. When they arrived, they told me - without even bothering to investigate - that I needed a new internal component and that they would have to order it. Two weeks go by and still no component. So I went into their showroom where they tried to sell me a replacement for $700 - plus installation! So I called Edgar at One Call and he had Vance - one of his technicians - at my home the following day. After literally 3 minutes of work, he told me that there was debris in the valve and that needed to be cleaned. This took him about 30 seconds. He replaced the existing part and everything worked perfectly. The entire operation was 20 minutes long - not two weeks, a total run around, and a $2000 bill! You have to be very, very careful with contractors these days because they will absolutely gouge you if they can get away with it. The only reason i didn't call Edgar the first time was because I had forgotten that he also provided plumbing. In the past, I have used One Call for all of my air-conditioning needs. I would mention the name of the other company, but it's not my style to publicly bash a business. Just be careful. Thanks for the great work, guys!

Very satisfied!We called at 8am to fix a clogged tub drain and we're given an 11-3 window when they could come out. I asked for the earliest available time as we needed the tub functional ASAP. They called back and said Rob would be out at 11.Rob arrived and was nothing but professional and courteous the entire time. It ended up being a very easy fix that didn't require any additional work! $50 for the trip fee and we had a working tub! 4/12/21 UPDATE: Marvin and Isaac came out and quickly identified the issues with both of my AC units. They showed me where the issues were happening and gave me various solutions. After speaking with them, I enrolled in the PHP plan and I can already see the savings and benefits. Valerie was also very helpful with assisting through the whole process. Overall great experience.Marvin came out and immediately found the problem. He explained what the issue was and what my options were. He immediately fixed the problem and let me know how I could possibly prevent this issue in the future using regular maintenance through OneCare.I will definitely be using their services again.

When I called, I was scheduled for 4-6 pm, because Rob was in another call. Around 8 pm I was reschedule for the next day, something I did not mind because Lupita and another staff member kept me informed of the other job that Rob said took him close to midnight to finish. When Rob showed up at my old home, he was very courteous and knowledgeable. He got to work and in no time he had fixed a broken hot water pipe $ 498.00 I would have gladly given them 10 star review if possible.

I called because the AC in my house I purchased 2 weeks ago was running for hours with the temperature going down extremely slow (1 degree per hour or so). Two techs came by yesterday. I thought they would diagnose the issue but all they did was hold the temp reader against the vents in each room and say that the temperature was getting cooler. They addressed that the filters need to be replaced and they discovered mold in the coils of one unit in the attic. The quote they sent me was to modernize my home (literally stated on the quote) with adding Reme Halo (2 for $2,4K), Pure Air Media Box (2 for $3,2K) and the installation of a tankless water heater ($7K). I asked several times during the visit whether they'll send me a report of all deficiencies with the cost to fix these. The tech confirmed he'll do this. But then went on to sell me a bigger unit and the latest technology (which he listed on the quote). This visit seemed to diagnose the issues but not address them and instead sell units and other unnecessary expensive stuff to upgrade your system.The quote didn't include removing the mold in the coils, which may need cleaning of the units. I still don't know which service is offered to fix the issue with the continuously running AC. I ordered new filters and will see if this solves the problem of the AC running for hours. But I am still left with mold in my unit, for which OneCall did not provide a solution. I am disappointed with the 'trouble shooting' for which I paid $67.50! This was just a sales visit and I need to find and pay another tech to come out and assess the cost for cleaning the mold in my unit. I will never use OneCall again!Update 09.12.2019: Edgar, the owner called me two days ago to verify the review and listen to my experience. He offered free heating and plumbing services for a year to make up for what his employee did wrong. I appreciate the owner making personal phone calls to dissatisfied clients to hear what his company can do better to make customers happy. I also appreciate the refund of the $67.50. Therefore I changed my review from 1 star to 3.Update 12.16.2019: No call from Edgar to schedule any of the free services he offered while he mentioned he put a note in his calendar to call me in November. Guess his first call to me was just to increase the review rating. Edgar, if you read this, please don't call me as I'm not interested.

Bobby and Jacob were very helpful, honest, and helpful in all the questions we had. We ended up needing a water restoration company, and they were able to get one out very quickly. I would definitely recommend them to others!

My A/C went out on a Friday evening and One Call was the only service that answered their phone. Rob was out promptly on Saturday morning and had my system up and running in 30 minutes. Price was very reasonable for weekend service. Will definitely use them again next time. I have an HVAC issue.

We had an issue with a foul odor from our plumbing. We called One Call and they sent a technician out within an hour. He was polite, listened to what we had to say and then gave a thorough examination of our pipes. He gave two options, one being temporary and another for a long range repair. One Call fixed the problem and we will use them from now on with a problem.

AC went out during the day and didnt know until we got home pretty late that night. Called OneCall pretty late at around 11pm and surprised that someone actually answered. Was able to get David out to our house the next day to look at our unit.David was very kind and respectful on entering our home. He was able to diagnose our AC issue pretty quickly and get it up and running within 20 minutes. It was a simple part replacement, and while no AC parts are cheap, we feel that it was a fair price for both the company's time (especially to get it running within 1 day) and replacement part.5/5 stars would recommend to friends and family.

I hired One Call to lower a gas pipe in my kitchen. They came the same day I called. They were there within 4 hours of my call. Lance and Saul were polite when they came into my home and put covers on their shoes. They quickly assessed the situation and gave me a quote; Lance showed me in his binder where the prices came from. They even stepped outside while I made a phone call! Within an hour they were done with the work, but upon my inspection Lance could see that I wasn't happy. He instantly came up with a way to fix it and in about 30 minutes it was perfect! They cleaned up behind themselves and took credit card as payment. Overall, I was very pleased with their speed, manners, and work. I would definitely recommend One Call to my friends and neighbors.

I called to have them check if I have a shut off valve for my gas stove. I thought I did not have it and was clueless, but for safety reasons I just want to know if I can install one. Thay came and showed it to me where it I was. I surprised why they charge me the whole 70 dollars for doing absolutely nothing. These oeople have dollars signsin their faces. I asked for consideration sice they did not do anything but they still charge me the whole amount. I know it was a lapse on my part but during this time of economic dowturn, cant they give even a small consideration. Just goes to show what is in their hearts. Wow. How common is it that a service company comes to your home, does the job they are hired to do, charges reasonable fees, and leaves your home better than it was? Not common enough. Edgar and his crews are top notch, certified technicians ready to be creative enough to see a better way to make things better. These guys are not parts replacers.One Call has seen me through 2 Insurance claims on both of my bathrooms and recommend a mini-split system to replace a ducted HVAC system when replacement of the downstairs system was warranted. Great customer care from David Nieves. He is very punctual, professional, and responsive. He arrived within 30 minutes of our first call and installed a full central air the same day. His team worked until midnight, on the hottest day of the summer so far, not stopping until the job was done. David offered his cell phone for text message and responds within minutes to every question until midnight. With his team working into the night to finish the job he offered to come back with a fresh set of eyes the next day to make sure everything was done right. The hot house was stressful during the day, but we got a great night sleep in a cool home that night. Thanks David.

I called this place for a very last minute second opinion and they came out right away and the tech give us his honest opinion about our previous quote, even though my mother didn't go with them, he explain to us in detail everything that we didn't get explained by the other company. I personally would've went with their deal base solely on their great financing but it was my mother's choice. Last weekend my kitchen sink became clogged. I tried 2 different drain cleaners, but to no avail. My husband called One Call and they were out the next morning with a $69 drain cleaning special. Once Anthony got to see my predicament, he was professional on his knowledge and what I have been told in the past as the gunk was stucco, he told me that was grease. They fixed our leak outside the house before the big freeze and came to the house within hours. Also home Depot and Lowes ran out of pipe liner and they got us some and installed it too. Mike Sheldon was the One Call Houston personnel that responded to the call for service. Another plumbing company had been out as part of the home warranty and indicated that there was no main sewer clean out drain to be found. I relayed these findings to Mike who refused to believe that the drain did not exist. We walked around the house and did not find anything, but again Mike went a step further and got a probe and continued the search. His professionalism and determination to resolve the problem led him to find the main sewer clean-out hidden and then was able to proceed. This action alone spoke to his personal commitment to the customer as well as to his company and we appreciated that greatly. The problem turned out to be major as the lateral line leading to the city line was clogged with roots, made of concrete, and broken in a few places. We moved forward with the replacement and all went well. This was also a few days before Harvey hit so it was great that Mike was able to move this job along and get the work completed in a timely fashion. I know I am going on and on, but Mike Sheldon's service and commitment was second to none, top notch, professional, and demonstrated true commitment to himself as a professional and to One 1 Call Houston as an organization. I called on Saturday morning after having a pipe burst under the kitchen sink. We had shut of our water main, and quickly needed someone to come by so we could get our water turned back on. I called at about 11am, positive that they wouldn't be able to fit us in on such short notice. They quickly marked my job as urgent and I was given a 2pm-6pm window. Bobby, the technician, was polite, cleaned up all used parts, and even used disinfectant wipes in the area around the toilet after he was finished (the job was rebuilding the toilet tank). It is unusual to see a repair person who is concerned about leaving the client's home clean and neat, so I was very impressed and appreciative.At my request, Bobby also provided a reasonable cost estimate for doing future faucet replacements in my bathroom & kitchen. I originally call to have the drain lines for my AC looked at because they were clogged. Bobby came by the following day, walked everything down for the whole system and come to find out I needed a lot more work right away than expected. They quoted me a price and were there by the end of the week to replace both drains, replace all the ducked work and install two additional cold air returns. This was easily a two day job. There install team finished to project in one day!!! The install team were very informative and polite to answer any question I had. And they ended up doing more work than expected for the same original price. Price and the work were all very good and I’ll recommend these guys to anyone.Great job and thanks guys.

I honestly just feel obligated to warn people. I was in need of AC service since the outside unit had stopped working. One Call was easy to coordinate with and on time, but their prices are outrageous. Wade showed up and was very knowledgeable. He unscrewed 2 screws and looked at my unit and instantly knew it was the dual run capacitor. He went to his truck and pulled one out... it looked like a $10-$20 part and installed it - I thought max $100 part. He installs it and the unit starts working and then says it's $325. I don't know why I didn't look it up and went along with it, but i paid the $325. The AC works, but the part is literally $9.90 at Walmart. It looked easier to install, took less than 10 minutes. The capacitor has no warranty, but I feel confident i could install it myself next time, just make sure to cut the electricity before doing any work. Moral of the story: I should have only paid the $50 service call which was very reasonable and not paid for the part.

My a/c went out a few days ago, and One Call sent Bobby almost immediately to have a look. He was able to quickly assess the situation and let me know what my options and how much I was looking at spending. He said putting freon in the damaged unit would bandage the situation until I was able to make a decision about what new unit to buy and from whom. I told him I didn't want to spend the money on the freon just to turn around and get a new unit. He said he would put freon in free of charge, and I was only charged their $48 service call fee. Bobby bought me some time to figure this out and assured me there was no obligation to use them for the new unit, but after this great experience, I most likely will!

On 10--23--16 my air conditioner went out. After getting nowhere with my warranty company I called one call Houston. My technician was Henry a comfort specialist. Henry was very friendly and very professional. Henry quickly diagnosed my problem and turned out I needed a new complete ac system. The very next day my old unit was out and my new unit was in. Once your unit is installed they come bback out for a Quality Check to make sure your system was properly installed and answer any questions you have. My quality check technicians were Bobby and Henry. Great guys very friendly and very professional. Great experience with a great team at One Call. So glad I made the right choice. OneCall came to clear a sink clog and fix an annoying sound in the sink from the AC drain. The repairs were completed promptly. However, a few days after the initial repair we noticed the AC drain noise was louder than before, so I reported the problem and the team returned promptly and fixed the noise. We appreciate the prompt attention and making things right. Five star service.

They charged me $200, and all the tech did, was run a hand held plumbing snake down the drain for 5 minutes. Then without looking at the pipes behind the wall or using a camera to see inside the pipe, he told me that I need a $5000.00 repair. I then went to home depot bought my own drain auger and draino, got the water flowing for $40.00, and haven't had any problems in 2 months. The technician was very nice, but it seems like he was only interested in selling me a repipe service, he probably gets commission. He was at my house for about 30 minutes and 25 of those minutes were just him trying to sell me a house repipe service, he tried offering discounts, warranties, financing even a free new toilet w/installation. And all I wanted was to fix a slow drain.

Don't trust the Google review - these people are rude and unprofessional. I called to arrange an appointment well ahead of time. I was assured it would not be a problem. Then, well after my appointment window was to be called, I got a call from a very rude and disrespectful person who indicated not only that my appointment was being canceled but that they could not reschedule for that day or the next. And making me feel like the bad guy. Go with someone else, unless you like being insulted.

One call does it all! I’ve used these folks a few times for ac repair and plumbing. They have always responded quickly, most notably when the weather was 98 degrees and my house was 102 degrees inside. They came same day, charge reasonable prices, diagnosis the problem, inform you what steps will be taken, and then review the applicable charges. I’ve dealt with a couple other folks in Houston for similar services and was less than statistics. Call One Call first, they’ll take care of you!

These guys are great. I've now had them come out four times and each one was a great experience. They were friendly and professional each time either a plumber or A/C specialist has come out and I can't say enough about their pricing. There was an issue this last visit that resulted in them purchasing parts which we ended up not using because the problem ended up being the shower valve and not the cartridge. They ate the cost of the parts that weren't used and resolved my issue in a timely fashion. My shower works better than it ever had before! Can't say enough about these guys. Josh was sent out to make a simple water line repair; but the job ended up being much more complicated!! One Call quoted me a price on a simple repair and when things didn't go according to plan; they did not pass that cost onto me!! They are an honest company which means a lot to me! On Monday of this week our AC stopped blowing air through our house. My landlord used his preferred company to come check things out. Long story short the problem was misdiagnosed from the beginning costing my landlord a new blower and circuit board when the problem was just a bad circuit board. My landlord's company installed the blower no problem but when it came time to connect the circuit board, these guys were in over their head. My first clue that the young man was clueless, was when he stated I wasn't expecting so many wires. By 7pm Thursday night I had enough and asked the young men to leave as they could not get the board working, I was very tired by this time. I called One Call Service the following morning. They sent two experienced technicians Henry and Bobby out the same day. They arrived early and ready to tackle my problem. Very respectful grown men! They even wore the little shoe booties. Respectfully wearing paper shoes when entering our home was an extra plus.The kitchen faucet was replaced within a couple hours and the cost more than fair and reasonable.We hope, we will never need to use them again, but if we need a plumber, will definitely use these guys again. I highly recommend them and will certainly recommend the company to my neighbors and friends.

My neighbor told me about One Call. He said that they have a service that would check AC, heating and plumbing on three separate visits. Being new to Houston, I was told how important it is to have AC. I called One Call and Henry Newsom came to my house on-time, introduced himself and immediately gave me his business card. After inspecting my AC units he took the time to explain system, possible failures and the options that I had available to me. Very Professional. When it came time to repair my AC unit, Billy & Eddie came to the house before I was expecting them, introduced themselves and immediately went to work. They were done in half of the time that they said that it would take and there were no surprises with the bill! Great Service. I also appreciate Amanda in the office who was quick to answer my questions or to get me an answer whenever I called. I am so satisfied with the customer service that was provided by Mark the service technician. I was so leery about having to make the call on this morning, however I was able to get a person to come right away and he (Mark) was able to fix the problem, use care and cleanliness, leaving no mess behind. If only I could minus the stars...Gave these guys a call about the shower not working, these things are usually just cartridges or simple things like that, so I figure it can't be that bad. The whole interaction felt like I walked into a shady car dealership and they guy is trying to sell you the most expensive lemon possible to someone that knows nothing about cars, expect he does ;) Long story short, quote came out like 1,500 USD for half a day's work (I should be a plumber) because you have to do this, and that, and that. All supported with some make-no-sense-explanation, so like a said, shady used car dealer behaviour, maybe they work on commission I don't know. Quick call to a neighbourhood recommended plumber, 80 dollars for a new cartridge and fixed it in 30 min. Baffles me how this company manages to get people into massive bills, I could have happened to me if I didn't know better. I mean they could have said let's replace the cartridge first for 80 bucks and see if that works right. I wont mention the technician not the get him in trouble because obviously they got a sweet deal going on here.

Replaced 2 units when only one was broken. This is not fake. I had two units...one was a 22 month old Goodman and the other was broken. I called about why the new unit was replaced and never got call back. Only the broken unit needed to be fixed. Salesman took advantage of my tenant who got stuck paying for two units for over $16K.No record in your data base? I have the original of the collection demand you sent me for work I did not authorize on the property which I solely own. That is when I first found out that you had replaced my 22 month-old Goodman unit with a Comfort System.

Use One Call for the 1st time for my plumbing , they did a great job for replacing my garage disposable at a reasonable price . The technician went above and beyond , when he heard that I made service call to my to hvac company about my heater not working today. Didnt know that the technician from one call is also specialized in hvac. Went to my attic and came back right away and asked me if I'd had any other service providers up here working on anything. I told him yes , comcast fixing my internet. One call technician told me they accidentally shut off the switch in the attic to your furnace . He turned it back on and now and now my house is heating again!!! Thank you One Call

We have been with One Call shortly after Edgar started the business and four houses later we are still with One Call. Honest is the word that stands out about this company and the service has been excellent over all these years. My wife and I have used them on our own residence's and rental property. Great Service. I scheduled One Call Houston to come and service my Air Conditioning units. I received a courtesy call and email regarding the appointment and Henry called and arrived ahead of schedule. He checked and cleaned each unit very carefully. He hooked up pressure gauges and thoroughly explained everything. When checking the inside units he alerted me to a small issue with the blower motor and gave me guidance on how to monitor it in case I needed to call them back. It's a good feeling knowing that my AC units have been properly serviced and are functioning properly going into the AC season. Money well spent.

I have been using One Call for several years and they are very responsive and efficient. Most recently, Mark came out to help me get the house ready for summer and was extremely efficient, explained all of his actions very thoroughly and was exceptionally polite and gracious throughout his time in my home. After my a.c. Decided to quit out on me on a Sunday afternoon, One Call Houston quickly sent over a technician to fix. The technician, Eddie, was extremely helpful and efficient. He gave me a work around so I could have cool air until he was able to get the part needed the following Monday morning. He came back out first thing and worked quickly and efficiently so my day was only slightly disrupted. I would definitely recommend Eddie to anyone.

A friend of mine used One Call in Katy and was very pleased with her service, so she recommended them to me when I told her about my flooding issue. I called One Call and had a plumber set to come to my home according to my schedule. However, it was a rocky start when I called to tell One Call dispatch that I was available earlier than I thought and the gal couldn't find me on their appointment list at all. With that hiccup resolved, a plumber was dispatched to my home. This is when I started to smile! TJ arrived and calmly assured me that he would be able to assist and I needn't worry. I had a water leaking in my bathroom, but the origin of the leak wasn't apparent to me. TJ quickly found the leak and fixed it (it was actually my air conditioner leaking!)! I was extremely blessed that TJ was dispatched to my residence; he is extremely knowledgeable, capable, and efficient. I must also mention that the cost was very reasonable. I've experienced plumbers who have taken advantage and price gouged, but One Call was is different. I'm so pleased. I hope I don't need plumbing services in the near future, but if I do, I'm calling One Call and requesting TJ! Thank you!

Not only incompetent but these folks are crooks. I called then out to see about a pipe. THey had done a repair for me years ago and charged me over $5000 for what two other companies said should have cost me $3000. When the tech came out he noticed that my pipes were level and not sloping and water was not flowing to sewage properly. I told him that ONE CALL installed that pipe years ago. When I called the office I was told they would replace it at no cost. When they found out that I went with another company to repair my current problem they stopped answering the phone and responding to all of my emails. Criminals and incompetents.

Josh is a lifesaver!! He easily and happily cleared a deep, monster clog (between two shared master bath sinks) that stumped other plumbers for hours. Josh was pleasant, personable, trustworthy and efficient! The clog plagued us for months - our only regret is waiting so long to call for help. Affordable pricing and exceptional service! UPDATE: Received a call from the owner Edgar, he was extremely apologetic for the miss diagnosis. Was engaging with the technician on the issue. The bulge in the capacitor bottom should have been seen which indicates it had been blown. If you have questions or concerns with an estimate or diagnosis, ask questions. They have been very transparent.Never again!! Called One Call Houston for a warranty repair, technician stated our 2 year old AC compressor needed to be replaced. Cost $1500 for labor! Called our builder, the AC contractor who installed the system when building house replaced the capacitor (starts the compressor) for $80.

I'm glad I'd made a call to onecall. Not knowing any service provider in the downtown area. Moving from Chelsea Massachusetts. Gave them a call for my third floor toilet was backing up. Let me share my experience of them.My work life requires that I live in an Austin apartment part time. I've got a rental home in Houston. In October, 2015 my tenants had barely moved in to a very well kept home. Suddenly the plumbing stopped working which made the home unlivable. They notified me promptly up in Austin.After a few brief phone calls between myself and my tenant I decided to call One Call to diagnose the difficulty as well as offer an estimate of the repairs. It was going to be several days before I could drive to Houston.The plumber in the field, who had excellent communication skills, talked with me via phone every day while I was up in Austin. The staff in the office was eager to send emails as progress was being made to repair the plumbing issues.Upon my arrival in Houston, The One Call plumber informed me that the City had to come out to inspect the repairs made by the One Call employees. Every bit of old plumbing from the home to the property line was completely replaced.The trenches were precisely dug and the new plumbing lines carefully laid and connected seamless, one to another. I was utterly amazed by the attention to detail! Needless to say, their work passed inspection!My tenants were extremely happy to live in their home once again with the brand new plumbing that took about a week to install.

I had One Call install a new aircon system and water heaters. GREAT customer service, however we did run into several issues which prolonged the installations and resulted in a number of extra service calls (at no additional charge). Called about a very badly clogged kitchen sink drain, got same day amazing service from One Call. Vance came out and did a full snake/coil and camera service to see what was going on. Protip - don't put eggshells through the disposal. Will definitely be keeping this company's contact info!! Super fast, and communicated what needed to be done. One Call also gave us a call ahead to let us know when our service provider would be heading over! Would use again!

My dog chewed my AC cords outside, and when I called at 7 AM, I received an immediate response. Six hours later my problem was solved. A tech named Bobby came out and fixed my AC in about 30 minutes. He even gave me a $50 discount. Bobby was professional and offered great suggestions on how to secure the cords on my AC unit to prevent this problem from happening again. He even taped everything up very well. I hope I don't have to use OneCall again, but I will be giving the company my business again if necessary.

He told me my options without pushing me to buy a new garbage disposal (mine was jammed up). He did a great job fixing it. He was polite and kind. Did I think it was expensive? Yes. Did I think they overcharged me? NO. Plumbers are expensive and I think their prices are in line with most other professional services.

TJ provided excellent service today. He repaired my water heater for a fraction of the cost estimated by Abacus. OneCall Plumbing provided on-time, courteous service at a reasonable price. What more could you ask for?

Never again will I call One Call. My A/C unit was not blowing cold air, so I called One Call for help. I will admit that Wade showed up on time, which has almost never been the case for me when calling a service company. In about 15 minutes, I was told that my motor in my A/C unit was out, and that it would cost me $999 to buy a new motor, because my unit is apparently out dated. It's a 10 year old unit, so I figured that may be true, but that still sounded way too high.Before I could even think about what I should do, it turned out that the service guy is also the sales man. Wade tried to tell me that it wasn't worth replacing the motor and that I should look into getting a whole new unit. He also was quick to pull out his catalog that he had on hand, and recommended that I spend around 12,000 for a new unit. At this point I was fed up, and told him that I would get a second opinion.After doing some research, I was able to buy the motor at a nearby store in the heights for just under $100 and install it myself. I told the story to the guy I bought it from, and he laughed and said that Lennox sells (or at least used to sell) these motors wholesale for $35. Unbelievable.Anyways, my A/C has been working fine ever since. I cannot believe how close I came to getting ripped off. I will not be calling One Call again.

I have used One Call twice now in the space of a week. They were prompt, courteous and professional. I hate using plumbers and other services that have you pay for the hour, in this case it was by the job and they stuck to the pricing and they told you up front what the cost was going to be and they don't change it. I use them for my house and my rental house. The service is excellent and I would highly recommend them. If you have problems they are quick to resolve them and Brandy is extremely helpful with any questions you have.

I am selling my house and the buyer asked I service the AC prior to closing. I called and was scheduled for the very next day. The scheduler was friendly. They were not any help at all. The person that came made up his mind that the pipe was broken and that I needed a 5000 dollar repair to change the pipe. He didn’t try hard enough to unclog the pipe. I paid 150 dollars for nothing. I rented a drain cleaner from Home Depot for 30 dollars and with a friend unblocked the pipe in an hour. So I suggest you get a second opinion before you call these people, or do it yourself. It will be MUCH cheaper.

The service man came out at the time that he was supposed to. he was able to sync the thermostat with the outside unit and he showed me how to do this if this AC loses the connection again. I'm giving the service man 5 stars, but as for One Call Houston, I still give them 1 star. I'm still unhappy that they lied to me to get me to to buy this unit. I'm still waiting for the rebate that they promised. So, keep this in mind if they promise a rebate to you. They will lie to you.

One Call Houston is great! Months ago had to replace our hot water heater it was an great job! They also had to fix some plumbing. Now a whole system replacement for our AC and Heating system. One call is a excently company i was so empressed with the service they are extremely professional and informational . Ask for Devin he came out because I had a leak in my ceiling. I panic not knowing if it was from plumbing or air conditioning. He diagnosed the problem and showed me that water was coming from my a/c unit. This is a great company because their guys know a/c and plumbing. He gave me options that I could do. Unfortunately I have a 15 year old unit where parts are no longer on the warranty and and need to get my unit replaced which I will be doing through one call. Great company I highly recommend this company

After trying to replace our kitchen faucet on our own we realized the valves needed to be replaced, which was out of our realm of know-how. We called and they sent someone out that night. It was a Saturday night so we really appreciated it as we wanted to get it taken care of asap. We didn't realize the whole building would need water shut-off so they said they would contact our building management to get it coordinated and call us back Monday. I waited all day Monday and didn't hear from them. Finally I called Tuesday and left several messages. Still didn't hear from them (even though the machine says we will call you 7-10 minutes). Finally got a call back the next day saying they weren't able to get ahold of our management so we would have to call them to coordinate water shut off. I called and got a time slot scheduled with our building and then called One Call back to schedule with them. The morning of the appointment I called them to see when they would be there (as it was already 15 min after the appt) and they said they didn't have me down till the afternoon and wouldn't be able to get someone there in the scheduled water shut-off time frame. By now I was just fed up with tying to work with them and communicate with them. I cancelled the appointment and called another company who came down right away and fixed it all. Also, we got charged $90 for One Call to come tell us what needed to be done but then never got them back out to do the work. So $90 down the drain, literally. I'm sure they do a good job wth their services but they need work on their communication and customer service. I will say Lupita who I talked to on the phone several times was really nice and apologetic. I appreciated her answering my calls and trying to work things out. I just didn't have weeks and weeks to finally get someone here.

Called these guys out to Humble at short notice due to a badly clogged kitchen main line, and expeditious work was critical due to family being in town and we had no use of our sink for cooking/washing dishes. Bobby and Eddie arrived quickly and fixed the problem without trying to coax me into unnecessary labor and work. Everything is back to normal with reasonable pricing, and I'd recommend these guys, especially Bobby and Eddie!

They try to sell you everything they can by keeping you in the dark about what is happening. The tech casually ignored that my parts were under warranty and said I had to buy a whole new coil for $6000 because the unit is showing low Freon ratings. Never said he could fill up and just search for the leak, which I later found on the write up he had to do. When I pointed out that the parts are under warranty he said I had to wait until they check the warranty a few days later and I’m stuck with a broken a/c until then. Keep your $40 fee to come out. I won’t be using your business.

A couple of weeks back, One Call sent out a technician to help on our AC on a Sunday. As it happened, the AC started working before he got there, but TJ did an outstanding job checking out the unit, and suggesting attic vents based on a infrared check of our house. We will act on that suggestion in the near future. TJ was friendly and went the extra mile. We will call on One Call if we have future issues.

We are very happy with the service Mark did today. We signed up for One Call Houston’s annual service agreement last week since One Call has been taking care of our 2 AC’s, 2 furnaces and plumbing needs for the last 25 years. Mark was very thorough in checking both our AC units, all our plumbing fixtures, and flushing our water heater. He was very detailed and took extra time after blowing out the evaporator drain pipes to be sure drain lines weren’t leaking and even put plumber’s glue on one drain pipe to be sure the drain pipe wouldn’t pull loose from the evaporator and leak. Mark also tightened up the stems at the base of the knobs on one bathroom faucet so water doesn't seep from around the base of the faucet. We definitely want Mark to take care of future problems we have with our AC’s, furnaces and plumbing. I give Mark and One Call Houston five stars for their outstanding service.

Matt came and fixed some plumbing issues at my restaraunt (Stoner's Pizza). He did a great job and educated me on how things worked as well as how I can keep everything maintained. Matt & One Call will now be our go-to plumbers! Great service!

We called several 24 hour services with an urgent leak and one call was the only one would could send someone out within an hour. Mark arrived, was friendly and did a GREAT JOB! I will definitely recommend both One Call and specifically Mark to our friends and will be using One Call in the future!

No idea why there are so many raving reviews about OneCall Houston on Google. Personally, my only positive aspects were prompt call center response and sending a plumber to my house the same day.My water heater gas control valve was diagnosed to have failed catastrophically, requiring replacement. Obviously I was interested in remedying this ASAP, as this prevented my water heater from functioning.Let the issues begin:1) My water heater was still under manufacturer warranty, so replacement parts were free, but the OneCall plumber refused to pick up the parts kit from a local parts wholesaler (literally a 10 min drive from my house). Instead he/OneCall baked the price of a new valve and kit into the pricing. The plumber said most customers just pay it to rush the install the same day (my BS meter was starting to go off by this point).OneCall = $629 total flat rate; OneCall is odd and don’t convey the separate costs for parts and labor (just a lump sum with no transparency). I found out the valve kit is valued at $250, so the labor must have been $379, the remainder. Skipping ahead a bit: other plumbing company in the Greater Heights area = $145 labor ($234 savings).2) When I balked at the OneCall pricing so I could ensure I was getting the best value, the plumber began pushing me to replace my entire hot water heater for over $1000. I was getting quite furious with OneCall then and decided I needed to shop the plumbing market, and to pick up the replacement control valve kit myself.I went to a different plumbing service provider, and saved over $200 in labor alone (not to mention I saved an additional $250 on the free gas valve kit from the warranty claim). The other plumber was much more pleasant and straightforward, finished the work in a quality and prompt manner.Overall, I am terribly dissatisfied with OneCall and their lazy, pushy plumber they sent. I nor none of you should accept their absurdly high prices and awful service, there are many other plumbing service providers around town.

My name is Dr. Bradbury. I have a home near the Galleria that is ~8 years old. My washer leaked all over the floor and so I called Sears. They told me the pipe was backed up - I didnt kno wthe pipes from washing machines backed up. Will came out, noticed that the house has a seprate drain pipe for clearing the washer and fixed the problem in <20 minutes. Will was the utmost professional, on time, courteous and honest. He explained what needed to be done and he did it. Problem solved. He could have charged me for more work but didn't. Very much appreaciated. I have no hesitateion in giving One Call a 5-Star rating and will call them again when I need to.Best of Health

Excellent response time and Wade did a great job. Luckily I had no serious problem this time but will definitely call One Call next opportunity. Since I had no serious issue, I can only say that the Tech seemed very competent in his job and helpful with suggestions to prevent next time. A/C went out and One Call came out same day AND installed same day! David Nieves was very professional, communicated everything very thoroughly and best of all, was fast! Will definitely use One Call again in the future!

I wasn't going to write a review until I received an entent to lien letter from this company. They want me to pay the remaining balance on a job never finished and on a job that was done wrong. I paid them 1,100.00 (1/2 down) to install a shower. The entire process was a train wreck. Apparently none of the department communicate with one another because every phone call was ended with umm, let me call them and I will call you back. The first day of install (3 days later than what we were originally told) the guy arrived at 9 and left at 2. The second day he couldn't figure out how to install the bottom unit of the shower, so they tore out half the dryway and cut up beams in the wall to install half the shower incorrectly. He came out of the restroom at 6pm, said I'm done with this packed up his stuff and then left. I ended up having another company come in. They had to take everything thing back out, and reinstall. They had to take everything out because the way it was installed it never would have drained and it was set against the walls crooked. I think if anyone has a right to money it would be me. I paid 3,000.00 for your company's screw up Edgar...

They promise what they said. They were on time. They sent out a technician Rigo that wash knowledgeable and very polite. He explained the process the whole step of the way. The problem was fix in 30 minutes. The price was reasonably. I would recommend this company anytime.

When we first called they were very quick to respond indeed. They guy showed up in less than 30 minutes. But he didn’t have the part needed to complete the work so he capped off the line so we could @ least get our water back on for the weekend. He promised to return back on Tuesday as we had arranged, but come Tuesday around noon, nobody was still here @ the house. I finally left for a about an hour and did some brief errands and called my husband @ work to see if he had heard from Will and he told me that he had finally gotten ahold of him after he (my husband) had to call him to find out why he hadn’t shown up. will explained that he had to have emergency dental work and wanted to reschedule for the next day when he already knew I wouldn’t be available so he skied if we could do it on Thursday. My husband informed him that he would speak to me and get back w/ him immediately. After confirming w/ me that Thursday would be ok, my husband tried calling Will back several times and even left him a text message. We finally had to call the office later that evening after my husband returned home to speak w/ someone there about getting someone to come and finish the work will didn’t complete. It was only a short time later after speaking w/ his office and getting it arrranged for Thursday morning that will then responded back and acted like we the customer had nothing to be upset about. He talked down to both me and my husband like we didn’t even matter. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone. They will respond very quickly but will make an excuse not to finish and then have to come back @ a later date and if they actually show up it will be a miracle of God. Very poor customer service and they do not quote you a price. The first visit was $127 for the service call and another $524.50 for the emergency repairs just to cap off 2 1/2 inch lines. About $350 of that was for 5 minutes of work for him to remove 3 tiles around the valve to get to it which he could not get out with his dremmel tool so he took a hammer and smashed them to remove them. A little patience and that would not have been necessary in my opinion. My husband decided to go over to their office on Wednesday and speak w/ the manager or owner and was told that he could leave a voicemail. He asked if the manager was in the building and couldn’t get an answer from the woman so he left a voicemail. He never received a call back from Kim the manager so he decided to go down to the office and found Kim there . He asked to speak w/ the owner and was told he was in a meeting. He told Kim he was dissatisfied w/ Will and and how he had responded to us over the phone about lying to us when he didn’t show up for the scheduled appointment. She informed us that she had spoken to Will and that he had told her that my husband and I were both drunk when he showed up and he felt like it was a hostile environment! Not hardly Will! I don’t drink and very seldom does my husband, only on certain occasions... holidays, birthdays and social gatherings. This was not one of those occasions. But nonetheless, we didn’t want Will back out to our home after his poor attitude and sloppy workmanship. He even made a statement about how he used to work for John Moore. Now we know why he doesn’t anymore. He probably wouldn’t show up for work and actually expected them to be understanding.

They came out within 24 hours to diagnose and fix a drainage issue. Rob was great - showed me what he was doing and explained the process. He also put up with my nosey hound dog wondering what he was working on under the sink. Problem was fixed in half an hour.

Overpriced exponentially. I.E they where charging me $300+ for a zoning sensor that was $29.95. I recommend being transparent with pricing. Owner did call afterwards and apologized for the discrepancy which i think goes a long way. They did find what was wrong with the AC

I had a contractor come in and redo my guest bathroom and he created a MAJOR water leak and in more places than one, he even caused me to have foundation problems. I then called One call the most wonderful young lady answered the phone and she was able to hear the panic in my voice Brandy had such an calm voice that she was able to calm me down. We've used One Call for several years. The first plugged sewer line was handled poorly by incompetent technician. I complained in detailed just the facts mam letter, and One Call fixed the problem immediately, technician no longer works there, one call made things right to our satisfaction. Since then all has been top notch service, Annual HVAC inspections, was advised I did not need to change my filter (HEPA $50/each) so often. Had new hot water heater installed and replaced 1955 era leaking water main to house. All done on time by people who knew what they are doing.

The technician Marvin, that came to my home, stated out his own mouth, that he did not have HVAC license. The manager called me asking, what can he do for me to remove the 1 star rating. After reading his review of what lm stating is untrue, l am not removing a DAMN thing! I am posting this to let other consumers know. It's up to them, if they wish to do business with you. I didn't simply because of your ridiculous quote and pricing of which you admitted to as well.So there!

Roger came to our house to unclog our kitchen drain after we got plastic stuck in it. He was knowledgeable and professional. Hopefully we don’t clog the drain again, but if we do, we will request him to clear things out.

We live in Montrose and on a Saturday morning our bath tub got stopped up so badly that the water wouldn't drain at all. We tried to snake it and plunge it, but nothing would work. We called Bobby at One Call Houston and he arrived in less than an hour (on a SATURDAY!!!). He explained the problem throughly and even suggested ways that we might fix the problem ourselves to save money. I called them out because my mothers A/C was having problems. They came out and recommended a whole new system. Of course, I had to get more than one opinion. Before they left, I had them run my credit for financing just to be sure that everything was in order in case we did decide to go with them. We decided to go with another company, but when company #2 ran my credit we discovered that the authorization from one call was still on there. I called numerous times within the next week to get this resolved and all i got was the run around. Excuses ranging from I dont know how to do that, our office manager had an emergency, and the classic it has been taken care of when it absolutely was not. Lets not forget that without me even accusing them, they told me that they weren't trying to make it hard for me to go with another company. BS, nothing but a huge headache! Called One Call A/ C to service a water heater that would not relight. Water heater was a 8 years old with a new digital electronic igniter system as the service man said . Try to re ignite heater but notice gas line was turn off. I did not say anything. He then says the unit needs to be replace that it cost about $ 600. To do but not guarantee because too many problems associated with it. Cheaper to buy a new heater but since location is not according to code it would cost about $3000.I told him that is ridiculous. That the price of the igniter is more than the heater. Mooney is going to make a loss like that. . That he couldnt replace the heater unless he relocates and install a new oneI told him to never mind his service sounds like a scam deal . Told him no thanks a d paid him $67. To just to tell me that. To me this company is NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANY BUSSINESS OR HOME for service.

I recently had two Lennox XC25 AC systems installed at my house. Henry, Randy and the rest of the One Call crew did the work. I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Workers arrived at 9:00am and by 5:00pm, both systems were up and running and cooling my home. Everyone was very professional , knowledgeable and focused on completing the work. I was very impressed with the whole operation. Also, One Call fixed some major deficiencies in the ductwork configuration that was originally installed by the home builder. This coroprati9n runs like a Swiss watch; well organized, WELL qualified. Their qualified techs, Matt and Rob identified our issue, a broken sewer drain to the Mudd district header and aided in the repair. Their gol$ maste4 plumber Josh knows his stuff and drove this task to completion. All needs were facilitated from organizing the digging for access to the buried header, obtaining permits, doing the work, obtaining inspector approval to closin* up the hole created went smooth without a hitch.This all occurred within maybe 12 hours total from physical start to finish. Unbelievable!When they left, the place they digged looked better then when they started!A++ company, highly recommend.They’re in my call numbers for reputable contractors.

ONE CALL PLUMBING: Installed a new bathtub drain and shower kit, a new vanity drain, re-built the drain under my kitchen sink, and replaced rusted stop valves in my upstairs bathroom. Lance was dispatched to my house to clear a clogged toilet. He arrived on time and quickled cleared the clog. The price was great too. I would use One Call again and would recommend them to others.

Wasn't going to write one but now I have to. I want to start by saying the customer service is second to none. They are literally some of the nicest people in the world. The main reason why I didn't completely spazz out when things weren't going the way we wanted them to go and it took longer to get everything squared away. So thats the first thing. They have a strong follow up system, they keep you informed to the best of heir ability from what I can see. They were open on a Sunday (a major plus), and the tech (ROB) came early in the morning instead of the normal late afternoon times to make sure it was done before I went to church. (Considerate). He did the (very expensive) gas test (that they discounted to be fair and reasonable) and tried to see what the prob was, even though the test didn't reveal where the actual leak was in the house, (remember this). So he told me it could be anywhere. I told him I'm sure of where it is because i could smell gas coming from the laundry room wall days before when the gas was still on. (Hate that I called counterpoint first, will never do it again). He told me theres no way of knowing unless we open the wall, so instead of paying 180 to do that, i took a hammer to the wall myself and as soon as I opened the wall we saw the cracked and rusted gas pipe. Asked him how much to fix that and I paid, He got it fixed in probably 10 mins. Headed out the door. The inspection was suppose to happen monday and did not because of something on their end. Tuesday had a miscommunication with the city and still no inspection, had to reschedule and the city came that afternoon, we did not pass because the meter had gone back done (after two days) and there was a small vent piping issue at the furnace (something they could've told me Sunday, not their job, but since you're up there and have to schedule an inspection, why not right?) So wednesday comes around and Rob comes back to look at what we need and tells me another bite is coming out of my pocket to fix that. One call not only sent someone that day to take pictures and get parts and schedule me for a next day repair & inspection, but they did not charge me to fix that issue in the attic. This is what I call fair, considerate, awesome customer service. I spent a nice wad of money, (Esp for the test that didn't help me at all, the permit that couldn't get pull till 2 days later and etc) and they met me where I was an decided to help. I truly appreciate them and will definitely use them again if ever we have a problem with our home in the future. Call them now if you need them. Don't waste your time with anyone else. Seriously.

Definitely tried to sell me. Said I had a $16K problem and didn’t even try to offer any other solutions. I felt tag-teamed, as there were two of them. They didn’t even try to get me to understand the problem. Instead, they offered financing. No thanks. I called another company to fix the problem. They came out, explained everything clearly, and I’ve been sitting in a cool home ever since.

AC went out during the day and came home to a hot house after work. Called OneCall and David Nieves came out the same evening to check it out. Replaced the capacitor in my outside unit and everything is working normal again. David was professional, honest, fair, helpful, and finished the job in around half an hour.

Rigo came out the day I called. I'm in an old house built in 1930, so the plumbing is kinda tricky. Unfortunately he had to pull the toilet, but he was able to clear the line of a clog that was backing up the bathtub and sink in my bathroom. It cost $380, but most of that was because he had to pull the toilet. He crawled under my house and took pictures of the pipes to explain what was going on. He didn't try to up-sale me, which I appreciate. I would use One Call again!

We discovered a gas leak in our backyard on a Tuesday. It was about 35-37' that needed to be trenched Called center point, they came out and took our meter until the problem was fixed. I called one plumber for a quote (since I have no idea the cost repair of this). I called 2 other plumbers for other quotes. I did not plan for the 2 plumbers to show up at the same time, but they did. One call was the 3 rd quote to show up. One call plumber tells me, I called my boss to tell them X plumbing company is here to give a quote too. My boss told me to give you the same price as X company minus $100.00. The deal is only good for right now! The job will be finished in 1 day. I called my husband to tell him the quotes. He was ok with going with one call.Wednesday:One call sent 2 guys Wednesday morning to start trenching. They started about 830am and finished digging about 5ish. The guys had to leave to go get a part since they did not have it on them. The 2 works and the master plumber came back about 630-7 pm to finish this up. My husband was supervising them. They did not have the proper tools or knowledge how to fix it. So handy dandy u tube was brought out! In a nutshell they damaged the fitting they were attempting to install with improper tools, and needed to purchase more parts to splice the section that was now damaged from the attempted install.Thursday:I called the office about 10 ish to find out where the guys are. The office staff said once they finish the job they are on, they will head to your house. I was ?! Then the dispatcher guy tells me it was taking his one worker all morning to find the correct part. The 1 worker showed up about 1145! I asked the guys why I was not the 1st on the list to be finished the workers told me since your getting such a great deal, we got here when we could I was told this several times by the crew since I was getting such a great deal....... He stsrted working on the project. I cannot remember why they still did not finish Thursday, but they didn't.Friday:They didn't show up u til about 11 again. They finally got the line set up to where the city could come out to inspect it. About 3 pm I had to take a very sick dog that had surgery Wednesday back to the vet. I missed the city inspector. I did now know I had to be present. I cannot fault one call for that. They pumped 15 psi's in the line.Monday:The city came out to inspect. And it failed! 1. The line had a leak. It was sitting st 0 psi! The worker said it was holding Friday when he was here. Well sir now it's 0! the worker came out that afternoon to try to find the leak. He could not find the leak in his new line he said it has to be on my line in the house. He looked for a leak on my gas lines in the house and found nothing. The worker said well it must be In Your walls somewhere. We will have to open your walls up. I asked to recheck his line so I can see myself it's not his new line. I took a picture as soon as he put the air in his new line. Justnin a few minutes, his new line already started loosing air. He looked for the leak and still couldn't find it. We all came up with the idea to put air in the line and check in the am to see how much air it lost. The worker left. As soon as he left I took my soapy water looking for the leak! Bam I found it. The pressure gauge that he had installed was what was leaking. The worker gave me his cell number, so I sent him a messge I found the leak. He came back refixed it. He put more air in it so the city could come back Tuesday to reinspect.Tuesday:It passed! Centerpoint came about 5 to put my meter back on. He said their are 2 reasons I cannot put your meter back! 1. The plumbing company's gage is still attached and we are not allowed to take them off. 2. The new gas line hole is still not backfilled and it's a safety issue to put the meter back with all that open. The plumbing company finally came back about 6ish Tuesday evening to backfill it. Thank goodness Centerpoint was nice enough to go do his other jobs and come back to us.

I would like to strongly recommend this company!! We had a big plumbing problem and the service man named Matt that arrived at our home was such a pleasant and professional man. He said he wanted to make sure it was nathing stuck there or anything. Outrageously overpriced.Friendly, knowledgeable technicians did a good job. But charged twice as much as they should have.Freon was $200/lb when other do it for half that. Quoted a coil replacement for $4500 that others will do for $2000. Quoted running a new duct for $425 that others will do for $250.

Eddie and Billy came to my house on June 24, 2015 and did an excellent job fixing my kitchen leakage. They were professional and the pricing was very reasonable and I would definitely use their service again!

My AC fan was not turning on. I called One call service and the guy said it was a wire that need it to be replace, he said its $468 to replace the entire wire or $268 to replace a piece of it. He replace a piece of it and before he left he told me I need it to replace the compositor and that was $325. They AC stopped working again the next day. A different guy from One Call Service came in said he will charge me $195 to replace the compositor. After he replace the compositor he said he did not charge me because he said I need it to replace the motor fan and that will cost me $585. THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF.

I had One1Call Houston install my new HVAC system a couple years ago and it has kept me wonderfully cool in summer and toasty warm in winter with no problems and a reasonable cost to operate. Henry Newsom has been extremely friendly and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone.

Long story short these guys were expensive, and did a poor job. A tech came and diagnosed our problem as a leaky evaporator coil and so we bit the bullet and got it replaced. Two weeks later the AC is not working again, and this time it's the condenser, and I was given a high estimate. The condenser was leaking so bad it should have been caught the 1st time, it may have been the only culprit. I was given a high estimate so I called a second company who replaced the condenser for half the price, and found a melted and leaking evaporator cap from the first job they had to replace. The second company noted that the evaporator coil was slid into place and not bolted to anything, its cabinet was not replaced. I probably paid 2x what I should have for the evaporator, too.

I had Eddy out to my house in the galleria to fix my garbage disposal. He was very clean and polite. He also informed me of all my options before doing any work. If I ever have any plumbing or A/C work I will call One Call Houston every time

Our tech, Henry Newson, came out to check our AC system. He walked me through what he was doing and clearly communicated my options. It turned out our AC system, a Lennox Elite series manufactored before 2010, has an evaporator coil that tends to corrode. He explained that this issue has been resolved since 2010. Unfortunately, the coil needed to be replaced.I appreciated his honesty and patience as I contacted the original AC installers to confirm the Lennox warranty coverage. He was willing to work with me to determine the best option.

We had an issue with our plumbing and Rob was at my house within a few hours. Service was quick and precise, Rob was great and I will be recommending him to all my family and friends.

On 5/24, Roger came to check my A/C unit. When he comes in my house he is looking around (looking at the things in my house) instead of looking at me to greet me. He accessed my A/C unit from standing on the stairs of my attic. Instead of giving me quote to fix my unit. He tells me repeatingly, I need a new unit and it's $5000. I then ask him what is it gonna cost to get my a/c working and he repeats $5000. I expressed that I could not afford $5K. Then he informs me One Call A/C has financing. I express again that price is too high and he says I can buy a refurbished unit for $1400. I repeatly ask the guy what can I do to get my A/C running and he is repeating telling me I need a NEW A/C UNIT. So he charges me $47.50 and leaves. I called EZ Comforts A/C company that replaces my fan motors the next day. Witthin 30 mins i can feel my house get cooler. I DONT KNOW IF HE ROGER DOES THIS TO SINGLE FEMALES. I JUST FELT THAT WAY.

Horrible services! I was over charged for the work that was done on my toilet and the technician didn't even fix the problem. I had to contact someone else who fixed the problem. I informed the the customer service rep that water was still leaking in my home and she insured me that someone in upper management would be contacting me but know one did. Avoid this business if at all possible.

Lance was dispatched to our small, condo project to investigate our loss in water pressure. The city had recently sent a sub-contractor to our property to relocate our water meter. They apparently did a poor job. Lance found that an old valve, which he had to dig to discover, had been closed. Lance was very professional, thorough, corrected the problem, and helped give us the basis for a claim against the city.

Solved my AC wiring issue. It helps that he is knowledgeable on both AC and electrical matters. Great attitude too and very customer friendly.

$832 ($ 925 without discount!) to replace a fan motor! NO WAY. Do not call these people under any circumstances.
Edited to add: replaced motor for under $200 with an honest tech.

they say 24 hours, but when we called they said they would have a technician call us - no call back after an hour. We called again only to be told you are not on the schedule. They did not offer any future appointments. I guess you are supposed to know when your AC will break so you can schedule it.
