Can't express my satisfaction in dealing with cooper plumbing. I knew things would be taken care of just because of my previous use of Cooper plumbing services. I had to replace a main drain line for my utility room (to the sewer main) and a gas main from the meter to my home. Project involved some interconnecting trenching in the backyard, quite a bit. The Nick's team (Eric ran the project) did a great job. Started Monday, city inspection and backfill done by Thursday. Great communication, neat, orderly and clean. They handled changes and adversity well as the project moved. Great group.

When the owner of the company shows up at your door at 10:45 pm to help with a plumbing issue, you know they are the real deal! His team are the best. These plumbers were super great to work with. After being frustrated by 3 other companies I was referred by a friend to Plumbing Houston. They were honest and not pushy. They also didn’t try to scare me or up sell me like everyone else. They saved me $16K and an emotional breakdown. Instead of Jack hammering my brand new renovation we cut out 2 ft of concrete and replaced one pipe. I would absolutely use this company again but I will call them first and save the headache.

I would highly recommend Redfin Plumbing. Uli was Amazing! I was having water pressure issues and he changed the cartridge in my shower. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Uli answered all my questions, and he did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. As a single woman, that doesn't know anything about plumbing, that was greatly appreciated. Ask for Uli, he's the best!!!

The plumber was nice and very professional. It is easy to feel uncomfortable when a stranger enters you home. My family was VERY comfortable with our plumber. A big part of that was all the communication I received from the company and the technician before he arrived. Including a picture of our plumber. I would definitely use this company again.
