They are overpriced but we didn’t argue as we were expecting better workmanship. Disappointed

A totally great experience with Cooper Plumbing. Jeremiah was the plumber that came out to find and repair a water line leak between water meter and house. This was on a Sunday afternoon and there was no extra charge for weekend service. He quoted a price for detecting the leak (where it was) and a quote for repairing; time was not a factor in the cost. Jeremiah will be taking his masters test later this year and displayed his master techniques throughout. I observed the whole process and was given very clear explanations of all that he was doing. He worked very efficiently, was extremely friendly and respectful. I cannot imagine a better plumbing experience thanks to Jeremiah. I will certainly ask for him for my next plumbing need and you might consider doing the same. You won't be sorry.

The surges leading up to the power outage on Monday knocked out something inside our furnace. Despite having a built in home generator, we had no heat until Dan arrived around noon today——it was 46 degrees on the first floor of our home when he arrived. He quickly diagnosed the problem, had it resolved, and for the first time in days we could start shedding heavy jackets and knit hats to just sit in our home and be working. Arrived on time, quick, knowledgeable, though pricy service. They charge a modest $45 fee due to fuel cost increase. They sent Yanis (a Master plumber) to evaluate and replace a broken leaking plastic ball valve and replace and relocate an improperly located pressure reduction valve in one visit. Yanis showed considerable knowledge and spent time explaining the repair and best practices. Whole job cost $1080 and took about 2 hours. Did a great job cleaning up too. Of the 2 hrs, waited 30 minutes for someone to drop off parts.Edit: Price was actually on the high side after researching parts installed. Parts was about $200 so paid about $350-400/hr for labor but Yanis was knowledgeable.

I have used this plumbing for several of my plumbing needs. Their responsiveness and professionalism is beyond reproach. With each ing situation that I encounteredit was an emergency situation, they are also so professional, were there to fix the problem immediately. You can feel more than confident when you use their services.

They came and did what they said they would and did it correctly. they were neat and tidy, leaving no mess and were on-time. They touted several discounts based on age, vet status, etc. that we were being given to make their services affordable. This was a daytime call, during normal business hours. We've had no more plumbing problems in the week since they came, so we are grateful for that.But- my quarrel is with the bill: an exorbitant charge on it that perhpas makes up for the discounts we recieved and how there was not a crystal clear itemization of costs. a handwritten bill with lots of writing and arrows, and overwrites, etc is confusing, obfuscating. it is no substitution for a clearcut, printed out bill that clearly shows the cost of each and every cost and service to be done and given BEFORE the service is provided. But maybe noone does that in the plumbing world?

“The John Moore way - an honest assessment (my butt) of the work you need done”. The first tech came out. Replace the fuse. Heater unit still not working next day. The next guy that came out told me that my control panel was bad and that I would not be able to buy it and I needed a new furnace for about $7000. I then remembered that I had a home warranty policy I called them they came out. They simply had to replace my thermostat $75. These people just want to sell you something you cant trust them get another opinion!
