We have used Jason for past 2 years. Always responsive no matter how small job is, nor what time of day/night it is. He stays until he gets the job done. Professional. Here is our finished bathroom post Tax Day Flood, 2016.

I am so thankful for this man! I found him through this app based on recommendation from this group. I text him and immediately he responded and said he could come out.My brand new water heater in 2020 had a defective part which was a nightmare for our family. He tried his best to fix it however we needed the part from Rheen. Once I got the part I immediately texted him and he said that he would be able to add me to his demanding schedule!I stay if you want affordable and efficient service please give this small business a try. Everyone else I called wanted to charge $175 just for diagnosis even though I was told by the manufacturer Rheen what the problem was.Thank you so much for your exceptional service and helping us to finally take a hot shower again!

We have used Plumbing by JRS for a variety of plumbing services at multiple rental properties. He interacts well with the tenants, addresses repair needs promptly and is very reasonably priced. He communicates and explains the repairs thoroughly,makes practical recommendations and does not try to up sell.

I disagree with the other reviewers. We called Jason out on a Sunday after our kitchen sink began leaking. Jason was prompt, courteous, and very affordable. We'll definitely use him again.

Jason is outstanding! My kitchen sink was clogged and I tried Liquid Plumber and no luck. I called Jason off Nextdoor and he came over within a few hours. He fixed the clog and is the best!! Affordable too! Thank you Jason :-)

I beg to politely, yet vehemently, disagree with the other reviewer. Jason is a simply stellar, and gifted, plumber, and JRS Plumbing is a reputable concern, which has fixed many of our home's serious plumbing, gas, and appliance, problems. Jason is the type of plumber that goes above, and beyond, for his worried customers and he goes out of his way to put their minds at ease with his awesome repairs. He updated our home's old, galvanized, piping with advanced PEX water line, which only the premiere plumber today has knowledge and expertise at assembling. He notified us of a gas problem, for our safety, quickly and diligently located the trouble area, and immediately repaired it. He purged our home of air in the gas lines, assembled a gas valve for us to convert to far more economical gas stove, from old and costly electric range, and he also installed a dishwasher with uncanny, inherent, knack, and professionalism. He got both of our water heaters running and functioning again, and he has also changed out dated bath/shower water valves, to update them, and he can do shower heads, faceplates, and faucets, as well. He knows drainage issues, piping, gas, faucets, and he can stealthily update dated water piping as well. He regularly assists home owners, renters, landlords, real estate agents, as well as home buyers, and sellers, just as well. And not only is he a simply awesome plumber, that can handle any and all plumbing repairs, he's a great friend, with a big heart, as well as a family man, that genuinely cares about his customers, as well. Jason intuitively comprehends the stress and anxiety that plumbing problems can wage upon the average family, and even the regular customer, so when he repairs he doesn't skip, or leave out, any of your plumbing issues. He will tackle them all, if you, the customer, remember to simply explain what they are.

Called him and told him the clog was in the bathroom he came and cleaned out the p trap in my ac when it was all ready cleaned out we paid him told me he would come back the next day early morning to do the bathroom my wife took a sick day and he never called or showed up texted him and no reply

I used Jason for the first time today 09/11/19 and could not be more pleased. A very likable guy who knows what he is doing. Quality work for a reasonable price. What more could you ask for.

Jason Spencer is the worst contractor I have ever dealt with. His warranties are worthless and he stops all communication when he does not want to face issues he directly causes. Check with the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners and check out his Montgomery County criminal record before hiring. I wish I had.

When I first used him he was great and polite. Over time he has ignored my request for service. When he did come out, he took parts to be replaced and basically forgot about me and never replaced the parts he took. I will never deal with him again professionally. I suggest you so the same and STAY AWAY!

Jason is awesome! Shows up on time, makes sure you understand the issue and does not push unnecessary parts or repairs. Will def use him again.

We are moving now into a bath and home remodel

We had a backed up water main last night with a backed up disposal and water pouring out from the back of the washing machine.JRS came over immediately and worked on it until it was fixed. This is the third time that we have used this company and will continue to do so in the future.
