I had my upstairs a/c unit give out on me it was 29 years old and needed to be replaced… I got in touch with turbo and was just going to repair it but ended up replacing the whole system up and downstairs…These dudes knocked out both units inside my cramped attic and the outside install in about 7 hours… Everything is plumb and level there are no sharp bends or turns in the duct work everything is strapped appropriately… They didn’t cut any corners and did a hell of a job…. I’ll be back in touch with them for UV, Media Filter and new duct work very soon specially this crew… See before and afterwards

I was happy with the services from Turbo Home. They came to reconnect my sink. They were able to provide a quick consultation and price. Once we agreed to the services, they moved forward and were able to perform the work very quickly. They also gave a few tips regarding my additional questions on a plumbing issue.

By far the worst experience. From my system not cooling, to them cancelling appointments at the last minute. The icing on the cake was my heat not being connected via my gas line once they installed the system.Furthermore, I got a different company out to inspect the system, they compared the invoice and told me I was charged for a bigger system than I had.I ended up having them remove their system and went with another company. All in all, I am finally satisfied.Please stay far far away from this company to save yourself the headache!!! By far the worst decision I’ve made in a while.

I love the service and attention. A few weeks ago I noticed that my air conditioner was malfunctioning, the air was not coming out and if it did it was very little, something that did not happen before. I had been recommended Turbo so I did not hesitate to call them to schedule an appointment and the response was very fast. They came to my house and made the corresponding diagnosis explaining and showing me where the damage was and gave me a solution to the problem that was the result of internal clogging in the ducts. I was very happy with the service, without a doubt I recommend them with eyes closed.

We called Turbo because our thermostat was not turning on. The technician arrived on time and went to the attic to check the AC unit. After a few minutes he says it was a wiring problem, and 5 minutes later our air conditioner was working great! A quick and well done job!

He even took pictures to show me what me what wasnt working properly with my Air conditioning unit. He sent out excellent techs to do the work. He explained to me how my warranty works and showed me how to look it up. He also worked with me on the pricing. I had just major Air conditioning repair in May with another company. The Turbo technician fixed it in a second and said it was just the capacitor. He fixed only what needed to be fixed and I didn't have to buy anything else.

Excellent service, without a doubt, almost immediate attention. I called and they quickly sent a technician to check my installations. My condenser had been damaged, the technician was very kind to explain everything that was happening and proceeded to fix it very efficiently.

My hot water heater was tripping the breaker but when I tried to reset it, it would trip again in a few hours. Damian came out and did an excellent job replacing the breaker and also replacing 2 of my electrical sockets. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Also, the raining during those days was pouring over Houston at that time and they came out anyway and did a great job!

I came home from work directly to prepare coffee as I usually do in the mornings when I get up late but it turns out that the pipe in my house was damaged, I had no choice but to call the turbo because they have a 24-hour plumbing service to come do the check, they found the damage immediately. Technician Andrew was very professional and knowledgeable, he made our Turbo experience wonderful and the process was easy and fast, it had been many days since I was able to solve the problem with my Air Conditioner. I scheduled a service for one of my AC units which was not cooling as much but still functioning. They sent a technician who could not speak English well and said his English is not so good he will have a friend to call me. He gave me his personal number and few minutes later I received from his friend who blatantly told we can do this job for you on the side for $1,100 if you give it to the company they'll charge you a lot more. I was taken aback and felt these guys are unscrupulous trying to steal from the company, so I reported to the company and someone named Shawn introduced himself as the owner called me immediately and tried to have me on a recorded line, when I asked why he confessed that he was not the owner so he wanted to pass it on to the owner. I said have the owner call me. As of now I have not heard from the owner but Shawn said that he fired the technician and as a courtesy he would take care of the job for free. Two days later he sent another technician who was unqualified to work on AC units linked to home automation with Leviton HAI thermostat. Unfortunately, the tech while trying to figure the thermostat disconnected the tiny wires inside and couldn't put them back on. This HAI system has been working fine for years and so are the other AC units all same age and working fine. So now I lost connection to home automation thermostat which is in the attic, a problem I didn't have before. Fast forward to date, 7 days later, the AC is still not fixed the thermostat is still disconnected and my difficult situation is compounded by rising Houston temperature. I pressed Shawn to connect me to company's owner but he is nowhere to be found despite my repeated requests for a call. Put yourself in my shoes, you will feel very frustrated by this company's poor professional ethics. On one side, you caught an employee trying to steal the company's business and you try to do the right thing by notifying the owner, on the other side the manager proved to be unreliable leaving you hanging. Perhaps the two are linked, and under an ethical and reliable manager, employees would not steal, I'm not sure. All I know is that they caused me a problem I didn't have and still no solution provided. They claim that the AC had a burned out compressor but they provide no evidence for it. The person who tested it first did not say such a thing and just wanted a side business for himself at a price far below the company is stating. They fired the technician after I disclosed to them this unethical act. Yes as of today no one from the company contacted me to fix the problem they caused. A very frustrating customer experience. Based on my experience thus far, I give this company a D or an F.PS: As you can see in this photo, their tech removed the cover of the electrical outlet and forgot to put it back on. I noticed the AC was loud and when I got there I found this metal cover rattling on the AC making loud noises.

I had damage to my air conditioner which caused the compressor to not heat, I called a technician from Turbo, who kindly scheduled me an appointment, they came to make a diagnosis explaining in detail what had happened, the repair was done in a very short time, they gave me recommendations for future occasions, without a doubt the best service they have been able to give me. Highly recommended.

Rigo came out and assisted us on a leak we had and took care of it with a warranty. Will definitely call them again!

Just had Christian R he was very nice and very communicated with me did a good job took his time would love to have him again next time.

The tech came out and said the motor and condenser was out so that was $800 I paid them. They left without checking if AC was working so I had to call them back within minutes and the office didn't want to send anyone out till Friday, they don't care since I have already paid $800 for a $100 part. After calling the manager they sent the tech back now they said the computer or something will be another $650. They didn't get it working the first time they came and they want to come back and charge me over 1400 for nothing and who knows if that's what's wrong. If you see negative reviews please make sure to double check before you hire this company. I originally hired them because I saw good reviews but I have had a horrible experience and my AC is not working and they said it will be till Friday when they can order the piece and they don't care that they were careless and not professional at all. I paid $800 for lazy work and still not working with the bent bolts with missing nuts they didn't put back on.

Was charged $350 to change a capacitor plus $200 for diagnosis. A little bit pricy. The technical also tried to persuade me to replace the 8-year-old unit (promised to check the warranty status of the current unit, never followed up), and gave me a quote costing >$10,000!

Hi, I called several A/C companies for help with a commercial unit. No one had the time but, Turbo A/C said no problem. They were so helpful and kept us up to date as to when the technican would be here. Rene was awesome, fixed the problem and stayed around to make sure everything was good. Great prices, great employee and great service!!

We have used Turbo Home services twice before in the past and after getting an outrageous quote from others for a few inside faucet installations and repair to outdoor faucet we decided to call them for quotes again. They got back to me super quick and the technician Justin that came out was really polite, knowledgeable and prompt. I showed him all our projects we were wanting done and even fixed one on the spot and told me how to fix it if it happened again! So nice! Can’t wait to have them out and do business with them again. He let me know they do pretty much everything from ac/ hvac, plumbing, roofing and even remodel! Give them a call you won’t be sorry.

We have now used Turbo Home Services twice for one of our rental properties to repair and ultimately replace the home furnace. They offered a competitive quote and were quick to respond. They also communicated well throughout the entire process. Their efficiency on completing the job was also well received as the tenant would have been without heat with freezing temperatures expected a few days later. Would recommend them and intend to use them again.

The water levels in my shower were very low, it took me forever to take a bath properly, so I asked my son-in-law if he happened to know a plumber and he recommended this company, he made an appointment for me and after 3 days they sent to Damian, the tech told me that it was a very common pressure problem in the residential area due to the type of showers used by the construction company, he says that the holes clog a lot because they are of poor quality, he recommended that I change the shower head, I accepted and the same company was in charge of bringing it as quickly as possible, Damian disassembled the old shower head and it was really dirty inside, he assembled the new one with a special glue and since that day the water in my shower flows perfectly, I am going for a month from the service and I have not had any problem, although the problem was easy to solve, it would never have occurred to me, a very efficient company.

I received a very efficient service, they helped me with the repair of the air conditioning in the building as it had stopped working. In adittion the repair was in record time, I am very grateful, I recommend them completely.

Rene Lopez is the guy!!! He was reliable, responsible and committed to his work! He manage to find our A/C problem due a lighting strike and explain to us what happened and the while he was fixing the problem he explain to us how he fixed it. And let me tell you something, when they say turbo, they ain't joking. They fix the problem in a blink of an eye, we didn't had to wait weeks, just less than 24 hours. I had almost a week presenting water leaks in the air conditioning system of my office, this in addition to the unwanted humidity generated an unpleasant smell, as manager of my company it is very important for me to find professional workers who suit my needs and in this was the right place, I contacted them and they quickly sent the technician, they told me that it was a problem with the filters, which were no longer adequate for the proper functioning of the ventilation system, I am very grateful for their efficiency and punctuality

One day in my house the air conditioning began to sound strange, I did not give it much importance because I thought it was common, to my surprise it was not, after 10 minutes smoke began to come out of the appliance, I had to turn it off immediately but the heat was unbearable, I looked for a tech near my area and I found this company on Google Maps, I called the company a little worried hoping that they could help me urgently, the person in charge of the telephone line told me that he would see if I had any tech available and would call me back shortly, within 10 minutes he let me know if there was availability and within 30 minutes Kendrick was at my house, he did a deep clean and repaired my air conditioner, he also gave me several maintenance tips, I felt very happy with your service

This is my first time using this company and I was Astounded with the technician they sent. RENEE was Amazing ! He showed up way before the scheduled window given which was awesome. He was very efficient and got the problem taken care of right away. Explained everything to me very informatively. And the price was surprisingly reasonable. He represented the company proudly and I will definitely use this company again because of him !!! (Hopefully not soon though.... lol)

I bought an apartment on sale, obviously it had several problems, the one that stood out the most was the low level of electricity and humidity, so I decided to search for a company that could solve both plumbing and electrical problems, I didn't have to look much, well This company is located near my area, I called the number that appeared on google and asked for a visit for the following week, when the day came Kevin came very punctually, a very friendly and trained tech, it turns out that there was a broken pipe that generated humidity in the wall and also in the electrical system generating a short and for that reason the energy level was so low, although it was a long job I consider that Kevin was as efficient as possible, this meant that he did not have to come back the next day to continue the work, I fully recommend the company, they considered my needs and knew how to solve them completely.

After struggling with my builder’s AC service for years and never getting results, or being told to wait a couple weeks to try scheduling service, I finally decided to reach out to my local AC company, Turbo Home Service. Kenneth called me immediately to verify my appointment for the very next day (and on a Saturday, which was great!!!) he showed up on time and was not only extremely professional, he sent me pictures of my issues, wrote up and got quotes for everything I might need, included different options for my fixes and explained the issues to me so that I could understand it. I am beyond satisfied with his work and will be requesting him for all my home-fixes!

You know you are working with the best of the best, when amid the largest winter storm in recent history and thousands of customers needing plumbing work and the Turbo team is able to take care of our urgent call as if we were their only customer. I contacted this company due to my fan motor not turning. Technician named JAY came out to inspect it. He was very knowledgeable, respectful and professional. He took his time to thoroughly inspect the unit. After a few minutes he showed me exactly how he determined what the problem was. Re-tested his findings in my presence which made me feel confident about his work. We scheduled a unit replacement for the next morning. The next morning Jay contacted me ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. Once he arrived he got straight to it and completed the job in about 2 hours. Upon completion he made sure all of my questions were answered before leaving. He cleaned up the area and even contacted me 2 days after to make sure everything was running good. I strongly recommend JAY for any of your AC repairs.

I called, thinking they were a local business. It seems that they have phantom offices around town to help them show up in the google local pack. They booked an appointment and had someone to my house within 4 hours.My technician, Jay, was very professional and fast. My only complaint would be that the charge was $350 for a $30 part replacement that took less than 15 minutes to diagnose and complete. That is certainly not the technician's fault, Jay was the best part of my experience. I even had him look at a couple of other AC problems that I had.If you are looking to deal with a local business, be aware that this is more of a regional business. Otherwise, based on my experience, you can look forward to prompt, professional service at a premium price.

My Home A/C quit working last night, so I called and made an appointment. I am very happy with the wonderful service I received. Jay came out today to diagnose the A/C, and found that the Fan Motor was bad. He had the part on the truck and was able to immediately repair the A/C. Hands down, best A/C service I have ever had. Great customer service! Rene was excellent. He was arrived early for the appointment, and repaired quickly the problem. Even though, I still had a problem. He came back quickly within 30 minutes, and solved the issue with my ac unit. He was so nice and honest. Also, the lady, whom I communicated by cellphone, was awesome and very sincere. I called Turbo Home Services on Sunday morning, and I had a technician out by 3pm that afternoon. I was given a window of arrival between 1-4pm, and I received a call from Jay at 2pm saying he was about 45mins away from my home. He was professional and friendly when he called to tell me he was on his way. He arrived a little less than 45 minutes later. When he arrived, e had a smile on his face, was patient with my dog and accommodating to me whileTaking care of my son. He got right to work diagnosing the problem and had the problem w my AC and had it fixed in about an hour. He explained the work he did, offered to walk me through his work he performed (I declined), and he explained the charges. I am pleased with the service I received and happy w Jay’s professionalism. I will use Turbo again.

Late Tuesday afternoon of the great Valentine’s Day winter storm we had a pipe freeze and burst forcing us to shut off water at the street. We called Turbo Home Services on Wednesday morning and got in contact with a very professional scheduler. The first day available was Saturday from 5 until 8. On Saturday morning Sean, the operations manager, called to see if it would be alright to come earlier. Sean came out diagnosed the problem and due to a shortage of parts scheduled repairs for Tuesday. Earlier this morning we received a call asking us if it was OK to make the repairs today, on Sunday no less. The crew showed up when scheduled, made repairs and we have water once again! Super service, good people. I highly recommend Turbo Home Services

I called to have my heating system repaired before the storm, unfortunately they were unable to complete the repair due to part unavailability. The technician was super helpful and allowed me to have input and ask questions. Ultimately, I was able to repair my heater in time for the freeze because of the instructions from the technician and my ability to order the part myself. I am very pleased with the technician and will definitely be using Turbo in the future.

I called Turbo on a Saturday when we were having the coldest weekend of the year. My heater had stopped blowing hot air. They sent a technician out the same day. Jay was able to get my heater working well enough to hold us over until Monday when he was able to order the parts to repair it permanently. I was not expecting Jay to come out until at least Tuesday but he texted me Monday afternoon and said he would be there that night. He was at my home until 9pm making sure everything worked correctly. Jay was very responsive over text throughout the entire process. He even checked in with me the following day to make sure we didn’t have any issues. I would highly recommend Turbo and specifically Jay. Thanks!

Leslie was great, nice, and explained everything. He got out to my house fast as can be that day and fixed the problem with the AC I was having. Very friendly service, and made sure the process was easy for me. Leslie knew immediately what the problem was and knew where the source was instantly. You get knowledge along with the service. Wish I would have called sooner if I knew it was this easy and cheap to have someone come out to look at the issue and fix it!

The Tech that came to service our A/C, was Alex Zelaya. He was very knowledgeable, professional and on time. After I showed him the units, he went straight to the problem. Our plumber and his assistant were wonderful. Very knowledgeable, positive, did exactly what was supposed to be done, and did it well. Left everything neat and clean. Called before hand so I knew exactly when to expect them. Very difficult to find honest straight to the point service these days but glad to have found it with Turbo.

I called Turbo Home Services to come out to inspect our HVAC system following a home inspection report that identified some possible concerns. Jay W came out promptly within the assigned time window; he was professional and efficient as we reviewed the report together and he inspected the equipment.In the end he concluded that only a subset of the report was an actual problem and he was able to fix those items on the spot for a very reasonable price! The final invoice included the detailed report which we were able to send to the buyer.

Do not count on them to do what they say. They Haven't one time made it to an appointment they scheduled continued to be lied to day after day. Do not. Do not use this company our headache continues as I am writing this review. Still after 3 days waiting on a manager or supervisor or somebody who actually gives a #%$@ to call us back. If you wish to hv the job done right and feel like your a valued customer do not use Turbo home service'sAnd then you get the cookie cutter response on the review. Please contact our office to resolve issue. I've literally contacted the office everyday.6 days in a row

Justin came out on time and really took the time to assess my leaky faucet. He gave a great explanation of what the problem was and how he would fix it. He scheduled a follow up to fix the issue on the spot and was very professional!

I called on a Sunday afternoon, I arrived at the house in the middle of summer and the air conditioning seemed to have been damaged, the interior temperature was 85 and it was always programmed for 68 degrees, they immediately solved us, it was only the wall panel, kind, attentive and diligent.

The main pipe in my house was broken, I called turbo and they changed the pipe the same day, it was a good plumbing job.

Edgar was awesome! We had a complicated clog in the dual vanity sink and he was determined to get it fixed! He fixed the problem and was very nice. Definitely book him for any plumbing issues. He’s super knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.

Alex arrived on time and he was very courteous, honest, and professional. He explained all the options of how to repair our AC. He made a point to show me on the AC unit everything that was broken. When Alex was going to be late I was able to reach them very quickly and they informed me that due to the weather they needed to move the time and they were actually earlier than expected. I had used this company before to get an evaporator coil replaced. They were fast and did what I requested. However this time when I requested the capacitor be replaced on my condenser unit they have charged me $350 to replace a bad breaker that was hot and tripping. The breaker was hot because the capacitor is bad. The replacement breaker is used and appears older than the existing breakers in the box. My AC still does not work because they did not diagnose the issue nor do what I requested of them. I am happy to update review once service is performed satisfactorily.

They were kind enough to offer me a same day appointment for my AC issue when it suddenly stopped working. The tech was punctual and worked until the issue was resolved. Due to the way my HVAC was wired, he couldn’t install the smart thermostat, unfortunately, but didn’t charge me for the work. One thing you can improve on is providing your techs with PPE, the tech didn’t have shoe covers (I provided plastic bags), and he eventually removed his mask.

It took a while for me to get the courage to find a company to trust to do the work I needed and I am glad I went with these guys!!! They did a phenomenal job and Joseph was incredible. He went above and beyond and was very nice and did a fantastic job! I was so comfortable with him I hired him to do more than just what he came for! He had no problems doing it for me. Pricing is very reasonable for the amount of work! A+++

I have to give credit where credit is due. I had a previous company that had came out and attempted to fix my AC issue for me. It worked temporarily. I called for him to come back and received the run around for a few days. That’s to many in Texas’ heat.. I called Turbo Home services and they were out to my home in less than a few hours. The technician was knowledgeable, professional, and he fixed the issue in a timely manner. I’m a happy camper!

We had a simple electrical issue that needed to be fixed quick. Our appointment was booked same-day and Alex R. came on time and was friendly and personable. The problem was fixed in 5 minutes and then he proceeded to do the complimentary 15 point check that was included in the price. We will definitely be calling him again the next time we have an issue!

Kenneth was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful when he did an AC tune up. He was thorough and took his time. Most importantly he wasn’t pushy. Kenneth made recommendations of repairs he thought would be most beneficial and never once tried to persuade me into getting additional, potentially unnecessary work done. My ac went out in the summer time and Jay came out the same day which was on a Sunday when I had called 6 other places and no one else could make it that day. When he came out he told me it was just the capacitor and was able to replace it quick. Good fast service and didn’t try to have me replace things that weren’t needed. He only fixed what needed to be fixed.

Jay was knowledgeable about my AC system and quickly diagnosed the issue. He was able to quickly replace the part at a realistic price (lower than competitor quotes, and I checked). His demeanor was humble and service-oriented. I truly appreciated his service!

There were 4 splits in pipes in an unfinished attic, after a historic freeze, and a team of 3 people headed by I.D. fixed them in less than 2 hours. Later, a faucet filter got clogged with debris, and it was fixed in 10 minutes by Darwin. He also checked the attic plumbing again to be sure no more leaks had appeared. All of them were very focused on their work, with no wasted time, and they gave information and answered questions thoroughly and kindly. It was great, and I strongly recommend Turbo.

I'd previously scheduled an appointment with Roto Rooter to have a drain pan installed for my new washing machine. I needed to have the pan installed before Home Depot could install my new washer and dryer. Roto Rooter cancelled on me the day of my appointment and when I told them I really needed them to keep their appointment they said well I don't know what to tell you. I had to shift my appointment with Home Depot out another week as a result. Next I scheduled a plumber through American Home Shield they were scheduled to come out the next day at 8 am. At 7:40 am they called and said they couldn't make it. So finally I called Turbo Home Services, spoke to Maria and she assured me she could have someone come out today. Sure enough Brandon and Brad showed up at my door around 12:30 and within 20 minutes my drain pan was installed. They were both really nice and courteous and professional. If you need plumbing services call Turbo! 2 thumbs up!

I had a unit installed by them almost 5 years ago. They installed in one day and the finance option was a major help to me. They are very friendly, knowledgeable and they make sure you know all your options. I just had my 1st issue with the unit and they came out the same day and took care of it quickly and with a minimal service charge. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get a new AC unit or looking for someone to Service the one they already have.

Our A/C fan motor was not turning. Sean came out, was polite, friendly, and on time. He stated the capacitor was bad and replaced it with a new one. 5 minutes after he left, the fan motor quit turning and he had to come back to check the unit again, this time stating the fan motor had to be replaced. Someone else had to come back out to complete the repairs, plus there was an additional cost we were not expecting to pay. I felt Sean should have checked the fan motor, too, while he was here before diagnosing it was just the capacitor.Nelson, an experienced tech came out to repair the fan motor. He was very knowledgeable, professional and reassured me that our unit will be repaired. He checked out the unit, replaced the part and our a/c was up and running!! Nelson is an amazing man of God! I truly recommend him and will ask for Nelson again should we need repairs on our a/c!! Thank you, Nelson!!

I would recommend avoiding this company. I requested a technician come diagnose my a/c which was not turning on. After looking over the unit, the technician recommended a complete replacement for $6,300 as the compressor was no longer functioning. Given this, I agreed have the unit replaced. Luckily, a second company was able to show up early (I had requested them to come out later that day) and within 15 min, they assessed that it was nothing to do with the compressor and my unit was just fine other than a new starter was needed, which ended up costing me on $200.After this experience, I have no trust in Turbo Home Services and would never recommend them to anyone.

I did my roof with this company couple weeks ago I had an awesome experience from the beginning to end I felt like they were top notch professionals very courteous and polite.Felix is amazing guy someone you can trust in a business that it's not that easy to find, eventually we did also a lot of remodeling in and outside the house both me and my wife are extremely satisfied with the results. The reaction we get for my friends and family is amazing everybody's excited about the upgrade with dates for the house and all of this would not happen without turbo home services

I had this company come out to my home to service one of my AC units. The top two floors of my home are not cooling well and I have two AC units that come in my house. Two for the bottom floor and two for the top floor. I had a tech named Victor come to the house to help solve the issue. Apparently, he opened the dumpers and did a temperature check with a probe for what was coming out of the inside unit. I was told everything was “fine “. I’m still having issues with the AC. My top unit has been on for over 25 hours trying to cool the floors below 76°. I understand this is Texas and it is very hot. However my bottom two floors have no issues maintaining a temperature of 72°. I paid a $39 diagnostic fee and the issue was was not resolved. I called back later in the day to have someone come out and look at this issue again. No one has returned my call.

We used them directly after the awful winter storm freeze in Feb. 2021 to repair a broken pipe in our garage. They were one of only a few plumbing companies to actually return our call since everyone was swamped and couldn't get parts or labor. Sean, the operations manager, was kind enough to work in the field helping out customers such as ourselves that were desperate for repairs. They were able to repair the leak so that we were able to finally turn our water back on. Apparently they used Uponor tubing for the repair which turns out is much better to withstand the cold than copper piping. Very helpful, professional and responsive.

I'm not sure how much money you guys are paying Jay, but that guy needs a raise! He was awesome. He literally saved me hundreds if not a thousand dollars. I was fortunate to find that this guy was not only knowledgeable about his profession (HVAC) but he was also able to assist me with other concerns i had with my home. I was very impressed with the service, the customer service, the explanation that he gave (very detailed), and his willingness to address concerns that he was not originally called out to for. I would say most importantly as a customer, he did not try to up-sale me on anything or make me feel as if the work needed was unnecessary (like a scam). We are moving soon and i will be doing business with this Turbo again! I intend to ask for Jay by name.

This morning my parents toilet began to leak, I asked around for some reliable and honest plumbers and was referred to Turbo Home Services! I’m so glad this is the route we chose because they did not disappoint! Joseph was accompanied by another coworker (didn’t catch his name, sorry) they were in & out within a hour & half! Very nice, respectful and quick! Also, we were told their estimated time of arrival would be around 7-8 pm tonight!! But, surprisingly they arrived around 5:30 pm and was done before the time we were quoted! I definitely recommend Turbo Home Services to anyone with plumbing needs and not looking to break the bank! I called and asked five different times to speak to someone and every time they just took my name and no one ever called me back. They booked an emergency envy appointment, never showed. Never rebooked me and then sent me an email to review my service...that I never got. It’s a shame because I was looking for a long term plumber. No way I will ever call them or use them again or refer them to anyone.In response to your review, you can keep your appointment I had for Wednesday at 1pm and show up and fix my burst pipes. You have my name so you should have my information in your system. Or just check for one of my 5 messages I’ve left to call me back. I will update this referral once you rectify the situation.

We needed all under sink angle stops throughout the house to be replaced due to deteriorating 15 year old undersink plumbing condition.Contacted Turbo Home Services through Thumbtack. Received immediate response to set up a same day inspection with quote and subsequent appointment to go ahead the next day for complete replacement with stainless steel flex lines and quarter turn valves.Service was excellent, efficient and professional with competitive pricing.Overall very satisfied with the quality and the workmanship and the quick turnaround.Definitely recommend Turbo Home Services.

Awesome company to hire for HVAC issues. Jay was very professional and patient in explaining our issues. He taught us how to program our thermostats to avoid future issues. He sent the invoice for our service exactly when he said he was going to. We would definitely hire them again!

The repair tech Alex came out with plenty if advance notice, was very efficient, and not only had our problem fixed but made a few recommendations about some potential improvements to our AC system. Bets part about that? Wasn't pushy in the slightest.Good, efficient work. Worth the call.

I called Turbo Home Services with a kitchen drain problem. Robert came out and quickly diagnosed the issue. He was on time, very polite & very thorough. All work was completed the same day at the estimated cost. Robert is an excellent plumber and definitely knows what he is doing. I will call them again for any plumbing needs.

The air conditioner repair tech, Jay, came out and found the problem right away for my a/c not cooling. The unit could not be repaired because it had a large leak. After we went into shock of how much it was going to cost to replace both units, he informed us that the company had a payment plan. The next day the crew came out and installed the units. Jay followed up after the crew left and the next day to make sure we were satisfied. I was very impressed with his service from the beginning to the end and will recommend Tubo to anyone needing a/c service.

Alex Zelaya was wonderful. Replaced my air handler after it was struck by lightning. It's not pushing air like my old unit and Alex came back today and spent almost 4 hours checking everything after another person came in and said they were only here to look, not to fix anything and i would have to call the company back to get them to send someone else. Alex was professional and courteous. I hope if I need service in the future, he is the technician that gets sent to me.

I had a water pipe leakage after hours on a weekend and needed service in emergency. Called up Turbo helpline, who agreed to send the tech in right away to take care of it. They also helped me over the phone to close the main water valve. The service technician was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. Happy with the entire experience (my first with this company) and I will certainly be using them again.

Good: Jay did an excellent job explaining things Sunday and with the repair work Monday late evening and even coming back Tuesday morning to finish up. Victor did a good job with communication and going above and beyond to rectify a bad situation.Bad but good effort: My only complaint was that I was promised On Sunday that the compressor would be replaced and the AC working by Monday. By 9:15 PM on Monday the work was still not done and I was forced to spend $80 for a hotel room because my house was sweltering. I expressed my anger to Victor and my puzzlement as to why a compressor wasn’t located all day on Monday. He was very understanding and apologetic and somehow found a compressor late Monday night and had Jay and the crew come install it late Monday night and then return to finish Tuesday morning. I really appreciated Victor and Jay going above and beyond to rectify the situation. Not happy about the $80 but really applaud those guys for making the best of the situation . Thanks!

Sean came by and was very punctual. Had the unit running in seconds. We turned the unit off. He walked me through what he found. The concern was that the main power terminals to the attic unit pull disconnect was not sound. I completed the electrical repair myself by replacing the disconnect box. Their cost was very reasonable at $40. Additional cost to me $9. I will use them again!

I'm at the final stages of renovating an older home and needed to do the necessary in order to bring the water heater up to code. TJ and his partner came in and we're very open and informative about the items that were needed. The quote was reasonable and the work was very quick and well done. I have no complaints - I do recommend them.(Edit) I had another call out for a plumbing situation that was long overdue. Justin and his partner came into the evaluation and gave the best course of action that would not cost an arm and a leg. They also educated me in the process. After installing a new box, they advise me on how to take care of it to avoid future call-outs for non emergencies. They even install the gas line on my cooktop. This is an extremely helpful company. Highly recommend.2020 UPDATE:After an overlooked AC line leak resulted in soaked sheetrock, I woke up to a portion of my ceiling on my floor. I called Turbo Home and they sent someone out the same day, ahead of estimated time. The AC repair was fixed fast and now we are on to the ceiling and insulation. Good to know they still provide quality service and reasonable rates. ??

My AC went out and my brother recommend me to Alex Alex was a great person! Shawn was sent out within about 2 hours of us calling when our home was at 83 degrees and fixed our issue within 5 minutes and was so friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend and use them again in the future!
