Great experience, from scheduling to the gentleman coming out to perform the work. Swapped from dual drain sink to a single, new faucet and new disposal installation. Very quick, well done. Price seemed high but you get what you pay for these days, so I still chose them and happy with the outcome.

Technician Willie Johnson is a great person to work with. He explains everything before the work is started and followed up to confirm that we were happy. He diagnosed the issue when he unclogged the drain and provided an estimate during his first visit when he unclogged the drain line from the kitchen to the main drain.We needed a sewer line re-routed. The crew that dug the trench and installed the line were great. The trench had good drop for good flow. The crew cleaned up when they finished, replaced the grass turf after filling in the hole, and were very friendly. We would call Nick's again for service. Just be sure that if you do not speak spanish that they send at least one person that speaks english. This was an issue with one visit and Willie and the management at Nick's took care of this for the final visit.

Kitchen sink was starting to back up, so they ran a snake thorough the outside drain and they were able to remove the clog.

Alton was professional and able to identify our issue/ repair our overflowing sink quickly. Communication and appointment notices were provided throughout the process. I will use the Blue Frog team going forward.

Wedgeworth plumbing professional Rex is super awesome! He went into my home after other plumbers did not want the job, because of the tight space. He was prepared with professional knowledge and equipment. After completing a thorough communication and cost estimate, the job proved to be difficult, but he stayed with it and the results were excellent. I could not be more happy with the result and efficiency - I am sure Rex represents the high quality of Wedgeworth company's service. Highly recommend!

Used this company for a washer leak and they came out a couple days after I called. They were prompt, polite, told me what the issue was and begun on the work after I confirmed I wanted to go forth. They were clean also which is a plus, they didn’t leave work for me to clean up after they were done, so thank you for that. The service was fantastic, and Houston plumber Mario Alvarez (Tech #711) explained the entire process. He successfully cleared the sewer line, and also did a quick video of the line to show it was cleaned successfully to the city sewer. He was quick, timely, and a very nice gentleman at all times. I will definitely call Roto-Rooter again when we have plumbing and line clearing needs!

These guys are great! They moved 2vent pipes, moved s water line for the fridge, installed a toilet and installed a water filter system for our bar. I would say the quality of work is excellent ? and we will be using them again for our plumbing needs.?

The prices with the quality of workmanship is unbelievable, the technicians are well trained and know what there doing , Eddie answered every question and concern I had , and also explained to me why they also have a roofer come out to reseal the exhaust pipes over both of my new hot water heaters.
