No job is too big or too small for Nicks. I needed something installed this morning, Friday,December 20th. I make the call in the morning to set up the appointment, and within minutes I received confirmation that the plumber would contact me when he was on his way. That was then followed up by a text message, with a picture of the plumber who had been assigned to the job.When the plumber arrived, sometime before noon, I noticed that his feet were covered with protective covers, which I thought was a nice show of respect for my house. Nicks does not charge an automatic “show up fee”. Instead, the plumber and I negotiated the price of the job ahead of time, and I was able to pay with my credit card. No hidden costs - no games. Ben with Texas Premier Plumbing was punctual and quick to respond to my call. He saw that I was handy so he worked with me to diagnose the problem. With his help I realized it was a simple fix (a drain clog) and so decided to fix it myself. Ben didn't have a problem with that, charging me just for the service call. Very satisfied, and I'll call these guys again if I need a plumber.

Trevor helped me to fix the dripping shower head. The cartridge was stuck inside and really hard to take out, Trevor managed to fix it. I appreciate his effort big time. Plus good service scheduling and come on time, everything is great!

Excellent Service! I was faced with a sewar/plumbing repair where I had a serious clog that turned out to be a break in the sewar line. I knew that if I called the big plumbing companies who advertise non stop on TV-- I was going to be faced with a big invoice (someone has to pay for the TV ads). I did some research and found All Around Plumbing. Extremely punctual response and very professional. That did what they said when they said at the price that was quoted.
