This is my second time using GEI Plumbing Services. My tub faucet in the main bathroom was leaking. The plumber, who completed the repair was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He fixed my faucet sooner than I expected and did not leave a huge mess for me to clean up. He also made sure the new faucet cartridge had a good seal that would prevent any leaking. This company is excellent in customer service, setting appointments quickly, and providing top quality work. I’m a very happy customer.

Bluefrog plumbing came out and provided me with a free estimate to replace a section of the sewer line and drain clean out. Alton and his team arrived as promised and provided me with a very reasonable and competitive estimate. They are honest and give accurate information. Unlike the big company I hired to perform the unclog gave me an incorrect diagnosis and tried to charge me an arm and a leg to fix it.

The plumber I had was named Mike, and he was very professional. He took care of the job quickly and had everything in order quickly. luckys plumbing is absolutely first-rate. they are good people who show up on time (or even early), who do terrific work, and who charge a reasonable fee. i would use them before i used any other plumber. (also, in this covid era, they also show up wearing masks, which is absolutely the right thing to do.) my entire large family uses luckys. i recommend them highly.

I had a great experience with Hugo's when I had an attic pipe leak last November, so I used them to repipe my house and install a new water heater. The communication about arrival times, etc was good, but there was clearly communication issues between the company and the crew they had (as I later learned) subcontracted out. That crew had left my house in disarray, left major appliances/furniture in the middle of hallway/rooms, didn't reconnect my washing machine, and made no effort to minimize the mess they were making with the drywall cuts - everything felt careless and sloppy. I had to call later because they had left my old water heater in the middle of my neighbor's yard. They came that evening to move it until it could be hauled away the next day, but I think this was a really disappointing experience for a project that is already known to be expensive and disruptive. I appreciate that they were able to schedule the job so quickly, but I had to ask for someone from the company to come and check the work - which, to their credit, they came and did on the same day.The woman in the office was apologetic and offered me a coupon for my next job, but I don't think I'll be using it.

These guys are AMAZING. So professional, really fast and really nice. They came the SAME day, on time, and called when on their way. We have already used them twice for different services and we have been so well taken care of each time. AND they gave us a better price than other people we called.
