He located the part needed, went and got it in a timely manner and repaired our dryer in no time. I had Cooper Plumbing replace the ball value on the main line coming into the house, as the old one the handle had rusted. They were quick and very professional. While I thought they were a litte pricey, the work quailty was excellent and I would use them again.

The technician was courteous and on time. He had my unit running and blowing cold in no time. I recommend Nick's to everyone. I was lucky it wasn't a major problem.

Hotwater In The Toliet. The experience began with Shea organizing the after-hours visit. She was extremely helpful. Had to reschedule but booked again the next morning. Jacob was very service-oriented and pleasant to engage with. He is also quite skilled as he had to conduct a big investigation to solve a difficult problem. Would recommend him to my mother for sure.

Very nice guy know what they was doing

At the time of this posting, the job had not been started yet. Patrick had come out and given us an estimate on the job that needed to be done, the young man seemed very knowledgeable and explained the work to be done and when it could be started.

I called and asked about hooking up my gas generator to bbq out let nat gas line. The guy answered my question was helpful. I called 5 min later with one more question and he responded with “can you call tomorrow it’s Sunday and I have better things to do.” Wow!!! That’s a first for me. I would recommend not picking up the phone next time if you have better things to do. Terrible!

Bluefrog was the second plumber I called in for a badly clogged kitchen sink. After 2 hours of trying to unclog, the first plumber told me that the line was probably broken and he needed to run a camera line in to determine where the break was - $$$$. I called bluefrog for a second opinion and their plumber had it cleared and draining perfectly in short order using a water pressure machine for a fraction of the previous estimate! He was friendly, personable and highly professional to boot! Highly recommend!

Water Heater Replacement

Joseph #810 was very professional and knowledgeable as to the problem we had with our plumbing. He took his time to fix the issue and cleaned and cleared up everything. I'm a returning customer unfortunately but thankful its with a company that delivers quality service and technicians that I trust. I would always recommend this technician and Roto-Rooter.

Francisco and Jorge did an excellent job on unclogging our drain line! They were punctual and very professional and explained everything every step of the way. I will definitely use them again.

Richard showed up when he said he would and even called to advise he was on his way. He did an excellent job though I was a little surprised by the cost, which was more than I anticipated. Still, he did tell me what it would be before beginning work and I approved it as I didn't want to have to contact anyone else.

Very professional and highly skilled, very well spoken in explaining things in easy terms. Fixed my ceiling leak fast even with the small confined work space, also answered all my questions in each area of projects I have planned (3), I will certainly put Lindall as a first to call on each of these. It's hard to find someone to trust to do a good job, he was great and has earned my trust.
